BEST DENTAL GROUP EVER!!! Saved me thousands and that is the least of the benefits of finding Blue Sky Dental Group!! With a family of five and have lived in many states and seen many dental practices Blue Sky ranks head & shoulders among them all! They saved me thousands by giving me honest and correct advice versus the advice I had been given from my prior money grabbing unethical dentist. Let me tell you it is more prevalent than you think! This is a family owned business and you can tell the difference. They bend over backwards to ensure everything is just right. The staff and the doctors could not be more compassionate and competent. State of the art equipment coupled with massage chairs, multiple flat screen TV’s for your viewing pleasure with choice of programming….free gumball machines for the kiddies with toy surprises inside…No detail overlooked. A very unique and very pleasant experience!! I am a fan for life!!

I had a great experience at Blue Sky Dental. The office is new and very clean and the staff is exceptional. Shannon and Caitlyn welcomed me with a smile, Mia cleaned my teeth with care, and Dr. Jonas checked me out. I would highly recommend.

Last night I went into a moms group looking for a dentist because the dentist I originally scheduled with for today canceled on me yesterday because I didn’t want to do all the work they recommended so they said they didn’t have time for just an extraction and canceled my appointment but said they can fit me in in a couple weeks. Not only was I going to be left in pain from a bad tooth but it made me feel really unimportant to them as well. I felt they just wanted our money but not a little of it but all of it for all the work they wanted to do. Many people commented on my post recommending places and Doctor Jonas commented saying they were going to be busy but to give them a call anyways to see what they could work out. I went in at 1130 and we worked out some details, they worked with me financially as well, which was really great because it’s Christmas time!! I walked out around 1400. The place was very clean and very comforting. The employees were so kind to me, many different people came in to check on me while I was waiting and the lady who was interviewing for a job even held my hand during parts of the procedure because I’m a bit of a scaredy-cat I will be switching here for good and even my husband said he’s going to check it out for his next cleaning! I recently had a dental emergency and Blue Sky immediately saw me and started the ball rolling to fix and save my tooth! They sent me to St. John’s Endodontics who also fit me right in and performed an emergency root canal! Their office was great! I went back to Blue Sky for the finishing crown and I’m now pain free and have a beautiful tooth! Dr. Stevens and Katie did an awesome job through this whole process in making sure I was given the best dental care possible! Their whole office is great! Thank you Blue Sky!

I have been a patient of this group since the opening. I’m a patient, but I have turned into a fan. This is a “well-oiled-machine” that gets better as time passes. They have the latest equipment and the team is very diligent and service oriented. They keep expanding their services which means that the dentists and personnel are up-to-date. They have all bases covered; a dentist that knows Spanish as well as a very knowledgeable office administrator. They tell you upfront what are the costs related to the procedure and reimbursement from insurance. If you are looking for great dentistry service, this is your place.

Blue Sky Dental billed me for 2 procedures not covered ny my insurance without my approval. I went in for 1 of my 2 free cleaning and x-rays I get from my insurance once a year. I got a bill from them for 164.00 for photographs and one other procedure. At no time was I made aware that these photographs were not covered by my insurance until I received my portion of the bill. Do not go here . I am calling them today for there total lack of transparency and to see if these charges can be removed. Im. Happy to say this is resolved. When I called they adjusted my bill.and said the procedures not covered by insurance were complimentary

Had a bad experience with another local dentist but Blue Sky Dental was a FANTASTIC experience. I was seen on time with a 2 day notice to them for an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional. The clinic is very modern and comfortable. Best part is the pricing disclosure BEFORE the work is done. I want them for all my dental work

This dentist office is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly, and i feel like they genuinely care about the patient. Any time i ever feel any sort of pain or discomfort, they stop and do what they can to rectify it and make it as painless as possible. Not to mention the tv’s to help distract you from your mouth being prodded in. Great place, would recommend to anyone!

Today I saw Dr Jonas and Katarina, the dental hygienist. Blue Sky Dental Group provides me with caring, kind and highly knowledged staff. I’m grateful to be a patient. They have State of the art equipment, too. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients’ safety which is a major plus in light of covid. Give them a call. I’m glad I did.

Having had horrible dental experiences in the past, I was reluctant to go. Upon arrival I was greeted by smiling and understanding faces. All of the staff are sincere in their caring and make the visit very comfortable. I have seen my share of dentist in the past and most were only ever seen once…this is not the case at Blue Sky Dental. I will keep them as my permanent dental group. I have even brought my kids in to be seen by Dr. Jonas. From the very bottom of my heart, thank you guys for being understanding, helpful, and always listening to my needs. I appreciate you all.

I love the high tech technology in the office and the friendly staff! I am so glad my husband recommended Blue Sky Dental to me. Both Jasmine”s and Shannon were super friendly and patient with me answering all my questions and concerns. Dr Jonas was awesome as well and put my mind at ease and took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth. I cannot wait for my next visit! Great experience, friendly and attentive staff. The dental tech was thorough and asked me regularly if there was any discomfort or if I needed a break. The dentist came in and discussed my dental health and made recommendations. I was looking for a new dentist after moving from Tampa and I am very happy I trusted the reviews I read and chose Blue Sky Dental Group

Dr. Jonas, and Dr. Stevens offers a bi-lingual practice. The location is well situated in a new complex next to Planet Fitness on Old Saint Augustine Road. The office is like a soothing spa. Equipped with an internet counter where family and friends can wait while you are being seen for treatment. Also, there is a gaming machine for hours of fun. Water is always offered from the water case. My experience is that there is little to none wait time. Sometimes I was running late. The staff was reassuring that it was fine, and they could fit me in. I try not to make that a habit. The examination rooms are just as beautiful as the waiting area. The exception is there are TVs on the ceiling so you watch a favorite show to take your mind off treatment. Ask for the massage chair. So you get a massage in the chair while laid back in a relaxed state for treatment. Dr. Jonas, and Dr. Stevens are caring practitioners. always available by one phone call away. Treatment was too top notch. Both highly educated in general dentistry to surgery and cosmetics. Dr Jonas told me he loves to change a persons confidence with implants. I underwent their mastery of care with dental implants. Renee is a dental hygienist. Once he gets his hands on your mouth you know his work is top notch too. Extreme difference between Mr. Renee’s work and other hygienist. The office staff is well trained and on their game. Great customer service! Genuine concern for your treatment.

I’m in love with this place!! From the building, to the friendly environment created by the staff, to the Netflix they let you watch as you’re getting procedures done – oh my geez its amazing!! This is one of the best dentist i’ve ever been to they takes such good care of my teeth and that’s so important being that a healthy smile is everything. My mom and I are excited every time because they genuinely love what they do and it shows. Take my word for it and book an appointment, they’ll become your best friends.

This is the best dental office in Jacksonville !Working as a dental assistant has caused me to be more picky than the average person when it comes to finding a GREAT dentist with staff just as amazing . (S/o to Leah for getting my appointment scheduled) From the time I walked in Caitlin greeted me with a smile and everyone was so nice ! My hygienist Katarina was very gentle and efficient . Dr. Jonas is super nice and was able to get 2 fillings done same day ! I don’t see me going anywhere else any time soon . If anyone is looking for a great office , I would highly recommended this one !

I haven’t had great dentist experiences in the past but this was very different. My first visit was an emergency visit and they got me right in even though I wasn’t an existing patient and they were very pleasant on the phone and in person (opposite of the office I had been going to prior). That experience continued for the remainder of the visit with everyone in the office including Dr. Jonas who was wonderful! I would recommend this practice to everyone I know.

I received an amazing review for this dentist office, so I decided to come here for my wisdom teeth removal. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! Doctor Jonas has communicated with me via email, helped get me quotes & answered all my questions/concerns. They’ve even responded after business hours! The office called to check on me after my extraction. They definitely make you feel like a person & not just another patient. I’ll be continuing any dental work & cleanings here at this office. I love Blue Sky Dental, coming from chain owned Dentist office to here is like night and day! They have great customer service and follow up after your services! I usually do not like going to the Dentist but I truly enjoy each experience I’ve had at Blue Sky Dental Group, and not to mention, it is always clean & well kept!

What a welcoming place and especially the staff. I presented Dr. Jonas with a puzzle and he gave me options so I can smile wide again. I came here after getting another opinion. While there is extensive work Dr. Jonas was upfront and honest no false promises I cannot believe I am excited to start getting dental work done but I am. After researching on a couple different places, I decided to go with “Blue Sky Dental Group”. I’m glad I did because the staff was awesome and the facility was beautiful. This was my first visit, so it took about 90mins (X-ray, pictures, cleaning etc.) I would definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for a caring dental group.

I’ve been going to Blue Sky Dental Group for a year for Invisalign and cleanings. Dr. Ashbaugh and Dr. Stevens are great. They’re both incredibly friendly, professional, and make for an enjoyable experience. The office is very comfortable and modern, and I love that they have two TVs in the examination rooms (one for when you’re sitting up and one for when you’re lying back). They’ve handled COVID well. I enjoy being able to check in to my appointment via text. Overall, this is the nicest dentist that I’ve been to. Thank you Dr. Ashbaugh and Dr. Stevens!

Blue Sky Dental and specifically Dr.Jonas and the office manager Leah went above and beyond to help me with my dental care! I have breast cancer and with that I needed a lot of work done to prepare me for certain medicines I am going to be taking. They put my health and comfort before their profits in order to take care of me! They are so caring, which I have never experienced in a dentists office before! The office is beautiful and comfortable and everyone there was kind during my long procedure. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I never thought I would be the kind of person to recommend a dentist, because I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I’m telling everyone I know to go to Blue Sky Dental!
