I COULDN’T BE MORE PLEASED WITH MY VISIT. The staff was friendly and attentative, seeing me on time for a regular checkup. I was informed that I had a cavity and needed a filling. I figured I would have to make a seperate appointment but to my surprise they were able to see me later that day. I have never had an unsurpassed customer service experience like I had at Bluebonnet Dental Care. I will recommend my friends and family here. I’ll be returning as well. I loved it.

I have always had good experiences at my appointments. The staff members —from the front desk, hygienist and dentist are friendly, helpful and don’t ever seem rushed. The office is very clean and is run smoothly. Candace has been doing my cleanings, X-rays etc . She is easy to talk to and is very efficient. Able to answer any questions I have. I’ve also had fillings , teeth whitening, and wisdom teeth pulled in the past at bluebonnet dental care with zero complaints on any procedures. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

Going to Bluebonnet dental care was THE BEST decision I could have made when looking for a dentist. They have flexible hours, late, early and even on saturdays which works well with my schedule. Man if this isn’t the best spot in Louisiana to go to I don’t know who is! I came as a walk in after being turned around by every other dentist location for walk ins and not only for service for a temporary crown immediately but at a price that was less than everyone else quoted by a long shot! $500 cheaper to be exact! Elizabeth was very kind and took care of me and even knew a little bit of football haha! I appreciate them a great deal and will be back!

The entire staff was very friendly. The Check-in and Check-out process was seamless! Candace, my very passionate hygienist (who happens to be my sister) is always very informative and thorough during my visit and even today she insisted on the importance of flossing as she could tell I had gotten lazy. The technology that is used in the office is top-notch, I was very impressed. The Dr. was super friendly and personable. Came in for a cleaning and xrays as a first time patient. Crystal was my hygienist. She was very friendly, kind and gentle. She did a superb cleaning and gave me great information on how to continue having a great smile. My dentist was dr. Breah B. She was very kind and made me feel at ease. She discovered i needed a filling and to see an oral surgeon about my wisdom teeth removal. They were about to cause a lot of problems soon as showed on my x-rays. They numbed my mouth for my filling. Didnt feel anything. Quick and painless. Mrs. Brooklyn was here assisant who was also comforting and efficient. She even offered me a blanket because she noticed i was cold. The whole staff is amazing. Very comfortable environment. Will be back again. Highly recommend!!!

The staff here were awesome. I went in and needed my tooth pulled and a bone replacement graft. I didn’t expect to get things done on the first visit. I checked in to the Coursey location on accident & suprisingly needed a root canal. They hooked me up that day so the infection didn’t progress and I was pain free. I went to this dentist because they offer a new patient free exam and x-rays. They treated me very well and they were able to work with my work and school schedule. They also offer the cleaning at a discounted rate because I was a new patient. The front staff was very nice and they even offered water and other incentives to me. When I have got my teeth cleaning here the hygienist was very nice and when she was trying to take my x-rays she was trying to be very careful and courteous. I continue to come to this dentist because they are very professional. They were also able to fit me in to get my wisdom teeth extracted the next day because I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Bruni and his wife are wonderful people and do the best at dentistry.

I don’t like seeing the dentist one bit and hesitate at making an appointment for my teeth cleaning and check up. I decided to try a new dentist because the one I had previously used wasn’t really taking care of my needs as a patient. I decided to try Bluebonnet Dental Care because it was nearby. The place was high tech, much better that my previous dental provider. They had new equipment; state of the art. I felt comfortable upon walking through the front door. The atmosphere was friendly. The staff was nice and cheery. The dental hygienist took her time to clean my teeth thoroughly. Dentist Bruni was great. He explained things in a very down to earth manner and took his time with my teeth. He didn’t act all rushed, like my old dentist did. He made me feel at ease during the examination. The place was friendly, clean and most of all efficient. They didn’t have me sitting in the waiting room long and didn’t have me waiting in the dental chair long either. Time efficient.

I received top-notch treatment from Dr. Burkhalter and team! Dr. Burkhalter is competent, careful, and compassionate. She adroitly accomplished 5 procedures with poise and minimal pain. She prepared a tooth for a permanent crown which had been done poorly previously by my former dentist. She managed to do so without harming the nerve in this tooth because of her great skill, professionalism, and pride in her work. She also phoned the next day, to see how I felt afterward.
