Blvd has been my place to go for my dental work and now my orthodontic. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I really like the proactive approach they take here. They lay out your options of “ while you’re here let’s do this that and this “ vs adding 3 visits. Works for for me always. I highly recommend it to anyone. Great staff, clean , lots of parking space ( great for downtown location).

This office is literally the BEST! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, I couldn’t feel more at home when I come in and that is special all on its own. To actually look forward to seeing everyone in a dental office is just hard to come by. So I’m very appreciative of that. Dr. Cummings is a very well rounded dentist, so I was able to not have to go to a specialist to get a tooth removed and it was all done with his utmost care and attention and without pain or any problems. I also had zero issues getting the stud put in for my upcoming implant procedure. In fact when I get to scanned for my implant they called the facility that specializes in that that and was told I could go in right then so I had no waiting period and it took less than 10 minutes to get in and out. All has gone swimmingly. I’m so grateful that I found this office! If you are looking for a dentist and staff that truly cares about their patients and go the extra mile with being incredibly sweet and polite, I can’t stress enough that THIS is your place! Thank you all for such wonderful care!

Seriously, if you live nearby or are in search of an exceptional dentist with a staff (from front end, to techs, to cleaners) to match . . . THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I have been terrriifiedd of the dentist after having less-than-astonishing experiences with my former one, setting me up for some deeep cleaning action and fillings. Being the naturally anxious and panic disordered individual I am, I let them know of these things prior to the appointment and during, and they couldn’t have been more calming, explanatory and understanding. I honestly never thought I’d “love” a dentist, but oooo I LOVE THIS DENTIST!!! I’ll be back in 3 months per their request, and I’m in no way terrified of the visit.

This practice is wonderful! I’ve been here twice and I didn’t think my experience could get any better than the first time- but I was wrong. My hygienist was amazing (Gabriel- hope I spelled that right ) he was he gentle but efficient. He also explained everything he was doing as well as tips on how to make my teeth and gums healthier at home. The dentist is also great- he pops in, gets in there and checks everything- he always seems kind, engaging and I never feel rushed or over sold on anything. You have definitely gained my trust and earned my business Side note- I work in a client relationship industry myself and something I’ve noticed both times is how this business feels like a team atmosphere. Everyone is constantly checking in with each other and offering help if need be. Maybe this is why you feel good vibes at this location- everyone seems really supportive and happy to be there. From the time I walk in to the time I leave I feel happy to be there…. honestly I never thought I’d say that about going to the dentist!

Happy to give the first 5 star review! I was a Floss patient at this location and then BLVD took over. I never had a problem with Floss, and my appointment today with BLVD went just fine. I love that they were able to keep all the same patients so I didn’t have to worry about finding a new dentist. Today I had a kind of weird request: Remove my permanent retainer I’ve had since 8th grade! The dentist was super friendly and told me what he was doing as he was doing it (prying off cement and wire and then buffing out the little bits) and then it was over. Pretty easy. Then I made an appointment for my husband and left. 🙂 Something I learned: If you’re a previous Floss patient at this exact location, you can only go to this BLVD Dental and NOT the one on Riverside.

I was impressed with BLVD from the beginning, but after the initial interaction, there was a hiccup, my issue was actual with the Lab, who failed to deliver as promised. This issue irritated me immeasurably, of course I contacted BLVD, who immediately went to bat for me and recoved the dropped football, they spoke to the Lab and had them expedite my requested product. I am so proud to be dealing with a very professiona team at BVLD. They made things right for me! They could have just told me it was out of their hands, but instead they fought for me. Now I understand bad things can happen, but how you recover and make it right for the customer is a mark of superb committment to the client. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use their services.

From my initial registration call and my appointment with BLVD, I was very impressed. Subsequent calls scheduled the appointment and even helped me find the office. The office staff, Danielle and Carmen, were congenial, patient and helpful in all aspects. While Michelle, the hygienist and Dr. Cummings were conversant, considerate and professional. Overall, a great experience. Glad I found them.

These guys are great! I’m one who typically gets stressed when visiting a dentist, but Gabriel has a nice manner to him that puts you at ease during the cleaning. Dr. Cummings, the dentist, is great too. He’s quite the professional. He recently did an extraction, and I’m very pleased with the quality of service and personal bedside manner – a combination not typically found throughout the healthcare community in my experience. Finally, Danielle at the front desk is a pleasure to work with. She takes the time to make sure that I’m her number 1 priority. Thanks BLVD Dentistry!

Next time I will call the office to make a new patient appointment. I was under the impression that as a new patient I would receive full x-rays, cleaning, and exam but instead only received partial x-rays and an evaluation of where I was experiencing tooth pain. The visit only took 30 minutes, which was a bit alarming for a new patient visit especially since I had cleared my work schedule anticipating a long doctors appointment. I recommend establishing clearer expectations from Zocdoc and the doctors office; otherwise, lesson learned

I have been coming here for a few years and everyone that works here is so nice! I used to have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but they help me feel so comfortable when I’m there. I never hesitate to ask questions and trust that they give me their honest thoughts on treatments without feeling pressured to spend more money.
