i was so unhappy and nervous that I got lost on the way here, and threw up in the parking lot. Staff, great. Patience with anxious clients, great. Cost out of pocket relative to previous xp, very good! I can see that Dr. Maley and his team built this practice. I saw Dr. Thomas, and I bothered to log in to say, Dr. T is great. Will return. This faith justified.

As usual, great service from the hygienist and Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas took the time to point out something they’re monitoring – not something for me to worry about, but paying attention to based on the x-rays. Very comforted to know he and Dr. Maley are staying on top of things. Thanks for your care

After a few too many years away from the dentist, I had a filling come out and had no idea where to turn. Luckily my dad had seen Dr. Maley and Dr. Thomas previously and sent me their way. From the front office staff to every other staff member I interacted with it was a painless experience and they even calmed my nerves about my first ever crown. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I went to Dr. Bob Maley Family Dentistry after graduating and decided it was time to find a dental office more close to home. Due to good reviews, I actually found this amazing dental office that is farther from home! I drive from Downtown to St. Paul for every dental visit because it’s worth the drive. Dr. Thomas and his friendly staff are nothing short of wonderful! The hours are accommodating, the staff are helpful and I never have to wait in the lobby after my appointment time. *Massive Perk* They also offer a teeth whitening program; when you spend $100 for a teeth mold, each time you go back (~6 months) for a dental cleaning you are provided with a teeth whitening syringe! If you are looking for a new dental office, I suggest going to Dr. Bob Maley Family Dentistry and asking for Dr. Thomas!

The care, personal attention, and genuine approach this Dental Clinic practices and expresses…means literally everything to me. Over decades, I’ve been encouraged, rewarded for valuing my dental health. Having a fine group of supporters is of utmost importance….evidence that we live in a Society of mutual care.

Who in their right mind actually likes going to the dentist? I certainly didn’t until I started going to Bob and co. They make you feel good, even without laughing gas. No lectures and no guilt. It’s a new facility and completely modern, but the people are so nice that you feel that they’re old friends. No surprises, no pain, no abuse. And now my teeth are clean.

From the text reminders to the check in process and no-wait time to the efficient, professional 6 month cleaning – great experience all around. Office has responded to the pandemic with many upgrades in air exchanges and protocols to ensure patient and staff safety while continuing their commitment to caring for their patients. I’ve been with this office since BEFORE it opened in this location for a reason – a high standard of care putting the patient’s health and needs first. (Shout out to Candace!)

Val did a great job cleaning my teeth (she always does) and makes it an experience that I don’t dread. And with her encouragement to regularly floss my teeth, I know my teeth won’t fall out (inside joke). Dr. Maley who is always receptive to any dental problem or concern looked at a tooth that I was concerned about (recurrent abscess Li #3). He gave me a referral back to Metropolitan Endodontics Dr. Peterson for a consult. I had an RCT done in March 2018 by Dr. Peterson. Finally, Violet did an excellent job checking me in. I was not as bubbly as usual and she did not waver in her quest to assist me.

Dr. Maley has been my dentist for quite a few years now. He is an extremely talented professional as well as being very caring, friendly and informative. He has helped me with routine maintenance care as well immediate service during a few episodes of crisis. His staff is just great and responsive to patient needs. This includes all assistants, hygienists and front desk. They always greet their patients with warmth and caring. A first rate organization.

Absolutely the best dental experience we could have asked for for our children (2 and 3). From the incredibly kind professionals at the front desk to the kid-friendly hygienist and ultra-kind dentist, we were BLOWN AWAY. Legitimately cannot wait to go back; they have this industry figured out

I recently moved, and needed to find a closer dentist. I tried one, whose office and manner made me uncomfortable and unsure of the coming treatment or the long term cost. So my son suggested Dr Maley, and, long story short, I was there yesterday for two new crowns and two fillings. Dr Maley helped me relax, and made sure I knew what they were doing. And with the equipment to create crowns and put them in at the same appointment, they saved me another visit. Thanks, Dr. Maley!

I found Dr. Maley and his wonderful team a few years ago and am so glad I did. After a negative dental experience elsewhere, I felt self conscious and anxious going to the dentist. I do not have any anxiety walking into the doors of Dr Maley Family Dentistry. From administration at the front desk, hygienists, and Dr Maley himself I have only received kindness, patience and the best care. My son (6 years old) loves going to the dentist. I truly appreciate the effort put in by all to make my son and my experience at the dentist excellent.

Amazing dental work, this was my frist dentist visit in years. Everyone was very kind and very helpful. Candice was the one who did all the cleaning and everything, she was very nice and explained everything she was doing which helps a lot with my anxiety. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Our entire family has school been going to Dr. Maley for years. Not only does he help us care for our teeth, he also gives good information to the kids about not drinking too much soda, eating too much candy etc. When one of our boys was anxious about novocaine for a filling, he made it into a fun game and the whole experience turned out to be a positive one. Can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at Maley Family Dentistry!

Whenever I go to Dr. Maley’s office, I feel as if I’m joining a group of close friends for a fun time. They not only warmly greet longtime “patients” like me with the biggest smiles, but newcomers, too. Because of everyone who works there, I no longer feel my old trepidations about going to the dentist: No more fears of pain, they are skilled and have state-of-the art equipment, and they give me tips on how to keep my teeth & gums healthy or improve them. I know they truly care! They also happily answer any questions: About fluoride, toothbrushes, the best way to brush, flossing, what to do about cancer sores… you name it. And take it from me, their reclining dental chairs are the best thing for an aching back!

We found the practice about 5 or 6 years ago just from Google. Thought we’d give it a shot and now can’t imagine anything else. We have 2 kids that have been patients for a few years. We just had to do our first fillings and sealants and they literally left the dentist telling me they can’t wait to come back. Dr. Thomas did so amazing with them and Stefanie is my kids’ absolute favorite. They’re patient, kind, energetic, fun, and help the kids understand what’s happening without giving them too much information that would scare them. I had previously tried out 2 other places in the twin cities when I was new to the area. The place I went to before this one wanted to do 3 fillings on me at my next appointment. When I did my next appointment at Bob Maley’s instead of the other clinic, he said I didn’t need any fillings, showed me where the “watch spots” were and taught me about when and how teeth can remineralize. No one had ever done that before. 5 years later and I still don’t need those 3 fillings because those spots remineralized on their own! If I would have gotten those fillings recommended by the other dental clinic I would have needed to keep getting them replaced in my lifetime and maybe even end up with crowns. Instead, someone looked at my actual history, compared X-rays, and taught me about remineralization on my enamel. My husband hates switching doctors/dentists/etc. and even he switched and it grateful that he did. I know this is the longest review ever. But sometimes anecdotal stories can be helpful. I’m glad Dr. Maley brought in Dr. Thomas a few years ago. We never want to go anywhere else!

The two of us had our first appointments with Dr. Bob yesterday, and both of us felt that we finally found not only a great dentist, but a welcoming staff and a very comforting and COVID safe environment. I haven’t viewed dental appointments as pleasurable before, but this one was, and we are looking forward to our return visits.

Many people do not like to go to the dentist for various reasons. I used to be one of those people. Yesterday, I went in for my 6 month check up and it was another pleasant experience. I had a new person that I had never met before clean my teeth. She was great like all of the other people that have worked on me. I have in the past and will continue to recommend your services!

This place is amazing. I went to Bob Maley earlier this year, had a great experience, but later found that my insurance didn’t cover him. Well, months later I went to a place that my insurance does cover. It was absolutely horrible. They told me I needed fillings for six cavities, which seemed strange, because I’d had no cavities just months earlier. I called Bob Maley’s office. He had me come in for a second opinion, completely free of charge. He did an examination, and found that I indeed did not have six cavities. He did this just so I would have peace of mind. Cheers!

Dr. Bob Maley and his friendly office made me actually enjoy my dentist appointment. The front desk staff welcomed me with warm smiles and greetings; the assistants treated me promptly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure; and Dr. Bob reassured me every step of the way, making sure my teeth were cleaned as fast as possible without sacrificing quality. Every single staff member took the time to make eye contact, talk to me about my dental history, and get to know me. I truly appreciated the fantastic customer service of this office. This morning myself and my wife had an amazing experience that we absolutely didn’t expect at Dr. Bob’s office. We have two kids, 4 yr-old and 2yr-old, especially my son who is 2 year-old has never visited a dentist office but with the fantastic interaction and great service, he did full teeth care without any crying or struggle. All staffs are super friendly and professional. Dr. Bob shows great care for little ones. You will know why this office has all 5 stars review once you visit here. We highly recommend here if you are looking for a great kid friendly dentist. This morning experience made my day!!!

Had my first appointment yesterday and the staff were very professional, friendly and did exceptional work. I would recommend this dentistry to all my friends and family as they made this a very pleasant experience. I was actually running late and arrived just at my appointment time but was still seen immediately after filled out my paperwork. I will be taking my newborn daughter here as soon as she needs a dentist. Great place to take your family 🙂
