I needed a tooth pulled and was drawn to them for the good reviews. Very glad I came here! I was very nervous about the procedure, and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Even the waiting room was relaxing; well lit, clean, and new. I didn’t have to wait a long time after checking in to go back, and the staff was very sympathetic to my needs. Dr Crump is undoubtedly the best dentist I have seen since I was a child. He was gentle, disarming, and had a fantastic bedside manner. Like I said, they’re out of network, but I will be going back!

We first came here to get a 2nd opinion for our young children, their previous dentist wanted to do a lot of work and we just didn’t feel comfortable. Dr. Crump was amazing! He saved my 5 year old from what we were told would be a root canal, he is very honest and caring. The entire office staff is very friendly and they do their best to accommodate all my children into one visit.

My wife and I have been going to Boise Family Dental for years, and we love it! The staff is always friendly, and Dr. Crump does a fantastic job.  Him and his staff are very thorough,  and make sure to explain as much as they can about what they’re doing and different options might be available for a procedure.  They care about their patients, which is something you don’t always see from a dentist’s office.  We recommend them to everyone- 5 stars for sure!

I had unbelievable tooth pain and had to have an immediate dental intervention to alleviate the mind numbing pain I was experiencing. I chose the first and closest dental office off of google maps, and thankfully it was Boise Family Dental Care. From the beginning they offered quick and reliable care to me in a time of need (especially notable with Covid-19 in progress). They assessed my needs quickly, and were 100% transparent and upfront about all costs before proceeding, so there were no hidden costs. The staff are incredibly accommodating and caring. The doctor as well, along with being thorough and knowledgeable. He helped me understand what my situation and explained options available to proceed with, with me being the deciding factor. I have a major irrational fear of needles, which they helped me through and made easy for me to manage when I needed to be numbed. I never felt overwhelmed or out of control of the situation. They helped me through my tribulation and kept it affordable with options (disclaimer: my insurance helped a lot). This tooth experience went from being painful and scary, to a major relief. I have nothing but thanks for Boise Family Dental and their staff.
