I started coming here as a child when Dr. Hartwell was the dentist.  Him and his staff were always fantastic.  Then when he sold the practice to Dr. Booker it was such a smooth transition.  Even my son doesn’t mind going to the dentist and he is almost 19.  They make everyone feel comfortable and are very accommodating when things pop up.  My son always has Danielle as his hygienist and she is just so sweet and friendly with him. I wasn’t sure how the change to the new dentist would go but everything is great and I would recommend their office to everyone that I know.

I just wanted to say (regarding Booker Family Dentistry), as usual, everyone and everything was great during our visit to Booker Family Dentistry. Efficient, friendly, and comfortable. The entire staff genuinely makes us feel welcome and they are glad that we came. They not only take concern for our teeth, and dental hygiene, but take an interest in our well being. I had to fly into the Downriver Area from California and find a dentist for my mom. My mom is hypercritical and nervous. Oh, and she’s 89. I’m so happy I took the advice of the recommendations on Yelp. The reception at the office is very calm. The staff is professional. Dr. Booker is knowledgeable and caring. My mom had to have a root canal and other work. She didn’t complain once–which I think is a world record.

I’ve gone years without seeing a dentist to many bad experiences over the years and truth be told had I not broken a tooth over the weekend on some beef jerky I would not have gone this time. I called the office at 7:25am even though the website said they opened at 7:30, I was in that much pain. I had an appointment set up in minutes and the lady that answered was not only super pleasant but very understanding when I told her about my anxiety towards dentists. I most definitely will be coming back, years of anxiety and avoiding the dentist and am hour here changed that completely. The entire staff were friendly, professional and above all compassionate. I really lucked out that this office was the one that came up in a random google search.

I had my first visit today at Booker Family Dentistry. They came highly recommended by many of my friends in the area. I went in for cleaning and my first consultation. From the moment I came in, the reception staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy and I was on my way to my assigned room. My Dental Hygienist, Lisa, was very kind and thorough. She explained exactly what we would be doing on my first visit and the reasons for it. The cleaning was pleasant and pain free. Dr Booker came in and was extremely friendly, engaging, and professional. He took his time to examine my teeth and provided great informative feedback. Check out was a breeze and I was even offered a flower from a vase to take home. My daughter really enjoyed it. I was highly impressed with my visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to others.

Kind, considerate, caring, interested, and on and on and on…..there are not enough words to sing praises for Dr. Booker. I would send all patients, young children to elderly adults to this practice. Dr. Booker is a gem, and we are lucky to have him and his team in the downriver community. Thank you from my deepest heart for taking such great care with both my parents ( 92 and 93 ) …. you are a champ !!

Dr Booker has completely redone my son’s smile. His problems started with his baby teeth and braces left his teeth marked and discolored. He’s always had cavities, has had several root canals & crowns before seeing Dr. Booker. I was sure he would need expensive veneers to make his smile look nice again. But Dr Booker did fillings on his teeth, reshaped them to match and they are white again with no veneers!! Just fillings and the time and care to do them the right way. I cannot believe the results! I wish I had before and after pictures to share. Dr Booker and his entire staff are very helpful and informative. My son says they are all very friendly and genuinely nice. Do not hesitate to go to this dentist!
