I lost my husband to cancer. The night he died the very next morning. My tooth fell out my front tooth. It was Saturday morning at 6:30. I called Dr. Borgmeyer. And they got me in by 8:30 and fix my tooth. They had realized. It was talkin that my husband had passed the night before. And they didn’t even charge me for the visit. How’s that for a dentist? They are excellent. Best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Dr.Borgmeyer has been taking care of me for 8 years now. I am a person who is very scared of going to dentist and I get very nervous and sometimes sick before going. However Dr. Borgmeyer is absolutely terrific!! He makes me feel so calm and at ease. He has no ideal how much I appreciate all the work he has done on my teeth! I recently had a front tooth fall out and he got me all fixed up and I can smile again! Thank u Dr. Borgmeyer you are definitely the best!!!

Borgmeyer dental has a great staff and exceptional Dr’s. My special needs son was in need of dental care. They gave me the treatment plan. I was expecting to be told that he’d need more extensive treatment considering his missing teeth and gum disease. It was a nice surprise to have a DDS just talk about immediate needs. Not starting with we need to replace teeth with bridges and crowns soon. Which I know we’ll do in the future. Thank you Dr Borgmeyer.

These guys are the best, both doctors are great and the staff is wonderful as well.  If anyone ask me about a dentist I would recommend I never hesitate to recommend them.  I am confident in every aspect of any work I have ever had done by both doctors.  When I lived out of state I flew back to St. Louis to have Dr. Borgmeyer do my crown.  It was done right and at a price better than I could get done elsewhere.  But the quality of the work is outstanding.  State of the art equipment and options were made available to me as well.  You won’t find better care or credibility when it comes to dentist or dental care.

After just having 2 teeth pulled a few hours ago, I can still say that the Borgmeyer dentists are the best around. From the friendly staff to the old Novocain cheek jiggle, I will always recommend them. I discovered them in 1983 when my family and I lived in England because my father was in the military and we had come back stateside and I needed a tooth pulled and braces. Dr. Dave was a big help recommending an orthodontist and I have been going to him ever since after moving back to St. Louis in 1992.

This is from Marilyn Hannick… Had a great experience today at this office. I had a tremendous pain in my lower right jaw. The office could see me today and let me come in as a new patient. All the personnel in the office are wonderful, from the 4 dentists to the members of the staff. It is a small office and the staff are so welcoming and the dentist answered all my questions. I am so thankful that they could see me today!!

This was my first time at Dr. Borgmeyers office. Emma was so friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was extremely thorough and gave me feedback on how and why I should be flossing more without the usual disappointed tone you get from other dentist offices. I will be coming back for a long time!

I’ve been coming here since I was in elementary school, I’m an adult now and I love going here. Dr. Borgmeyer and the techs are awesome! They are extremely nice but will be honest with you when it comes to care about your teeth. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I come to this office! If you are looking for a good dentist I recommend Borgmeyer Dental.

Excellent and professional staff! I brought my toddler in for his first dentist visit and our technician was patient, kind, and did a perfect job explaining to him what was going to happen. They also had very reasonable pricing given that I do not currently have dental insurance. The office was full of historic charm and had a very calming atmosphere; almost like a trip back to the 50s, but with all of the conveniences of modern medicine. I highly recommend choosing this office if you’re in search of a dentist.

The best dentist office ever!!!! The staff are all amazing and that’s what you want when you go to a dentist office nice friendly kind loving staff. In the past I have had bad experiences with other dentist offices which prevented me from going to the dentist for a long time. But I’m thankful that I was referred to this office. Simply Amazing!!!!!

I have been asked to leave more dentist offices than you have probably been to in your life. I expressed my deepest fears to friends and neighbors who agreed I would be fine at Borgmeyer. I don’t get Novocain for cleanings and fillings. I just hold my hand up when I need a break. From the front desk to the last chair in the back, I was treated with respect and my fears were acknowledged. I used to shake, get sick to my stomach when looking at the calendar knowing an appointment was on the calendar. I go next Monday and here’s hoping it’s just a cleaning.

I am not of fan of the dentist, I never have been but Borgmeyer Dental has eased the anxiety I have about the dentist. Everyone is so personable and professional. The people in this office genuinely care about each individual that walks in and makes sure they feel comfortable. I always know I’m in good hands when when I’m there.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, but this was an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, and welcoming. The office itself was very nostalgic, like it was right out of a Norman Rockwell painting- which was cool. It was also clean and well organized. I made more appointments for the future. I think I’ve found my new dentist.

I had a really bad issue with my tooth. No other dentist in the area was willing to take me in so fast. Thayer got me in fast. But that was just the beginning. The front office person is so nice. Efficient and kind. The office is eclectic and fun. I was able to talk to just about everybody. They explained everything in terms I could understand, handled my situation, and were reasonably priced. I can not say enough good things about them. They have my business for a lifetime!!!!!!

Family friendly, extremely competent and professional. Our family has been patients for well over 35 years. Doc is the best and he has assembled the best support staff possible. I actually try to get there two or three times a year for cleaning. I am convinced that, without their attention to my specific dental needs, I would today be wearing dentures. My teeth may not be gorgeous, but thanks to the Borgmeyer method, they are mine.

We love Dr. Borgmeyer. He and his staff are wonderful with adults and kids alike. We have been going there for about 4 years, and never had a bad experience. They don’t do the bells and whistles, like TV for the kids, but they do treat them with patience and respect, which is so much better. They cleaned my 4 year old’s teeth the first time with him on my lap, and talked my daughter through all of her “firsts” so well that she is actually excited to go back and say hi when it’s time for a checkup again. They also just helped my husband avoid a nasty repeat root canal from one that another dentist had done years ago. Dr. Borgmeyer added him to the schedule the next day, treated the problem, and worked with him to make sure it all didn’t happen again. We are so thankful for them!

Let me tell you. My regular dentist has insisted for years that a sensitive tooth is “all good”. I needed a second opinion and Yelp lead me here. From the moment I scheduled on the phone (they got me in within 2 days), to the waiting room (I waited 10 min max), to the dentist and pictures, I was completely impressed. The dentist (the youngest guy) listened to everything I had to say, joked with me and reassured me they’d figure out the problem. Coming from a “traditional x-ray” place, I was amazed at the technology here with digital images of my mouth that I COULD SEE and the 3D imaging of my entire mouth that he let me look at. The hygienist was also very nice although she didn’t need to do much in my case. The dentist poked and prodded to help pinpoint the problem. In the end, I left pissed at my previous dentist as I now need a root canal (gasp! My first dental work in 30 years!) Now, at one point in my life my dad made me wear a mouthpiece to protect my teeth during everything. They were the most prized family possession: all those trips to the ortho, turns of the key to widen the jaw, retainer after retainer. A ROOT CANAL on the family treasure?! I was terrified despite being a regular and generally loving going to the dentist. The day of the procedure he reassured me of my feelings, “yep, they are no fun,” and proceeded to start. As far as root canals go, I think this one went pretty well. They seemed very thorough and knowledgeable on the RC. The molar took a little over 2 hours, including getting the final crown (which they make at the location during the procedure). Total cost before insurance was about $2k. I immediately made an appointment for my next cleaning and gave a big finger to the previous dentist!

i used to be petrified of the dentist and didn’t go for years! when we moved to stl, my husband and I thought it was about time to take care of our oral hygiene. now we come here every six months for our cleaning… AND WE DON’T DREAD IT. it’s a cute family practice, big dr. b & his son. they have eight chairs (off the top of my head) and are very well staffed. they have multiple dental hygienists so chair turn over is pretty quick. out of the many times I’ve been here, I’ve never had a bad experience! I love the personal touches they have on the walls/decor. once I complained that I was chilly, and they gave me a blanket! ACCOMMODATING! the staff is all very knowledgable and I really really appreciate dr. b’s honesty when something isn’t his forte but can quickly recommend a specialist. I ACTUALLY ENJOY GOING TO THE DENTIST! who wudda thunk it??

I’m Extremely Happy With Dr. Borgmeyer and his staff! Dr. Borgmeyer has been my dentist for years (and now his son too) and I have never had a bad experience. Whether I’m getting a filling, extraction, root canal, crown or just a cleaning (and I’ve had them all) I have always been completely satisfied with the care I receive. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable! A visit to this office is more like a visit to see a friend!

If you are in need of a good professional dentist, look no further. I am now coming here for life as going anywhere else would be foolish. From start to finish, my cleaning was handled quickly but not rushed in any way. Dr Borgmeyer gave his assessment and gave me the all clear on cavaties. Honestly, what more could you really ask for? The retro theme on decorating the office was very nice and denotes a strong “it may be old but it’s totally cool” vibe. A++++ All around guys and gals.
