I had a great dentist but my insurance provider and her parted company. I was forced to find a new dentist that honored insurance from my provider. My provider only provided two recommendations, in my area, to switch to. After researching these two recommendations I decided I would be better off if I spent quite a bit of time on Google doing my own research and I struck gold with Dr. Brandon Thai. I was initially put off by the name of his practice, “Bouquet Smile Dental”, because I had no desire for cosmetic dentistry. I did however, like the facts that he was: certified as a dental surgeon; had been in practice for many years; received his education from a respected university; had many very positive patient reviews; and he accepted my insurance. I found him to be very professional, caring and skilled. His support staff is personable, friendly and proficient. The dental procedures I have had have been virtually painless and they have honored my need only to do what is needed and not try any hard sells on things I don’t need or can afford. I also appreciate the fact that they don’t waste my time sitting in a chair waiting for a procedure and return all my calls and answer any questions promptly.

One honest review The staff here are warm, friendly, and caring. Dr Thai is like some kind of genius !! This is by far the best place for you and your family. The prices are not cheap but you get the best services, staff, Doctor and materials you can find. Every Time I need help they always make room for me in the schedule, there is always parking and two great restaurants next door. Not sure what more you could ask for?

Just had root canal done and it was painless procedure. Dr. Thai and Dr. Pham were experts and professional. All the staff members/assistants were friendly, professional, and wonderful. The place always super clean and makes you feel like home. I highly recommend you to make your next appointment for your dental needs.

I’ve been going to this dentist for over 10 years. They’re probably one of the best in the SCV. I’ve referred numerous people here and they all have great things to say. They are very friendly and nice. They are always concerned your comfort during any procedure. They always go over any charges before doing the procedure and check with your insurance to make sure that there will not be any surprises.

The staff and the doctors (dentists) are very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife sand children feel comfortable and never complain of abnormal pain when getting any type of work done on their mouths. The prices are reasonable oppose to the other practices in the area. I’d highly recommend this practice.

I used to hate going to the dentist for any type of cleaning or procedure. But with Dr. Thai and his staff, I feel more comfortable than ever walking into his office. Not only is Dr. Thai very good at what he does, he makes you feel welcomed and very relaxed. It is a very friendly staff and they are always making sure you are comfortable with every step of the process. I highly recommend this staff for they are the best I have been too in the SCV area and they play some pretty good music in the office too!

I have been going to Dr. Thai for over 4 years. I needed a of of work like an implant this year and Dr. Thai took great care of me. Very gentle. Kind. Each step of the way went smoothly. And even though it’s the Dentist office the staff at the front desk and Farah and the whole gang make it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Thai and Bouquet Smile Dental!

I hadn’t been to the dentist for 10 years until I came here just two hours ago and saw Dr. Pham and leading up to this appointment I was in tears from fear of the dentist but oh my gosh Dr. Pham was so sweet and gentle and cheered me on the whole way saying how great I was doing and her amazing assistant Rosa kept me smiling and was so comforting. Now I swear I’ll be a routine customer for my cleanings because there’s no way I’m scared of the dentist as long as those two are helping me. Btw I had a deep cleaning today and she gave me numbing gel first and I didn’t even feel the needle. She stopped whenever I felt the tiniest bit of pain as well and slowly worked back to it. Just… what a great experience for the dentist. So relieved. Thank you for dealing with me guys! Oh! Forgot to add The girl at the reception was very sweet as well I didn’t catch her name though I would just highly recommend people who are anxious about dentist to come here. So welcoming and friendly.

My last real dentist visit was as a child. Tramatized since, I’ve had years of mouth issues through out my adulthood. Not anymore! I found my dentist. With pain and an infectected wisdom tooth, my husband pleeded with me to see the dentist that changed his life. The ladies at the front desk were very professional but also caring and gentle. The technician was super gentle and patient to get the correct xray. The amazing dentists that cared for my extraction were informative, gentle, caring and humble. Never losing the professionalisim you want from all care givers.

i must say i am terrified of dentists..until i met dr.thai and his staff!! i avoided dentist for the better part of 15 years,until i had a dental emergency!! dr.thai and his amazing team of dental assistants came to my immediate aid and took care of me in the most gentle,sensitive and careing way,relieving me of pain that dropped me to my knees!! i had aquired may issues do to years of neglect that required much attention,and through it all not one ounce of pain…not one!as of today i keep regular appointments and look forward to my visits.every time i have walked into this office,i have been greeted by name and with a smile,the assistants treat me like im family,the office manager sarah treats me like we have known eachother all our lives,and dr.thai is the most gentle,patient dentist immaginable.i will never go anywhere else and i reccoment this practice to you and your entire family!!! yes even the nervous children,you would not believe how well ive seen them comfort a child who was scared…they really go all out above and beyond!!! thank you dr.thai and staff for all you do!Bouquet smile Dental sets a standard of care that makes the standards of care at any other office absolutely unacceptable!i believe you and your family should expect and require the level of treatment I receive here..see Dr Thai and smile again..i did sincerly, keith

Dr. Thai and his staff are absolutely amazing when it came to cleaning, filling cavities, and bleaching my teeth for my wedding. My prior experiences with other dentist have been painful. I have seen him a total of about 6 times within the past few years. Dr. Thai was very gentle, patient, professional, and did a thorough job. I have really sensitive teeth and gums, so it helps o have a good dentist. In addition, the prices for dental services are reasonable, although I did not mind paying more for an effectively and pretty painless experience. Bottom line ….you I’ll never have to look for another dentist after seeing Dr. Thai. He’s great and his staff are incredibly helpful. 🙂 you’ll have no regrets

We have been going here for the last year, always so happy with everything. But today DR. Thai when the above and beyond! My 10 year old daughter broke her front tooth off at the gum line. It was so bad he didn’t think he could attach a cap, so he made her a special bonded tooth. Needless to say my daughter left in tears of joy!! They are so caring and go out of their way to make you comfortable. We will never go anywhere else!! Thank you Dr. Thai

I made an appointment for an exam for the first time in 5 years, they are open 1 Saturday per month so that’s why I originally picked this place. I ended up getting an exam, deep cleaning and a filling. The entire process from start to finish took only 1 hour! The staff was friendly and professional and did amazing work. I will definitely be coming back!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Thai and his wonderful staff today for a check up and cleaning and I had the best dental experiences I’ve had in a long time! I recently switched dental offices and I am so happy I made the switch. I was seen on time, I was greeted with warm welcomes, and more importantly I felt so comfortable. I honestly felt as if I were seeing friends as opposed to seeing the DENTIST! Dr. Thai was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Farrah (who did my cleaning) was so gentle, sweet, and really made me feel like I was more than just a patient. First impressions mean a lot and Dr. Thai and his wonderful staff truly made a lasting one with me!
