I have been going to this practice for over 9 years and would not consider going anywhere else! I have had some complicated dental issues in the past and have had no problems since becoming a patient of this practice. Everyone is friendly, kind and efficient. This dentist office feels like an extension of family. My children jump with excitement when they find out theyre going. Dr. Trevor and Dr. Bryan. They are so kind and so patient. They perform all the cleanings as well. For my kids first visits they let them check out all of their tools which put them at ease. My daughter does not warm up quickly to people but on her first visit with Dr. Bryan happily let him do a full cleaning on her. Their prices are reasonable, they get you scheduled quickly and have never had us wait in the lobby for longer than 5 minutes. I couldnt say enough good things about this family. They truly are what you would hope any dentist would be; gentle, honest, and caring.

Wonderful group of three dentist. Family practice…two sons joined their father in the practice several years ago. We have had our our teeth taken care of there for over thirty years and couldn’t be happier with the care we have received! They are great with little kids, too. Our kids, who are now adults, have never been afraid to go to the dentist.

Really great dentist! They are gentle and seem very concerned with your comfort level. I do not like going to the dentist (who does), but it is always a pleasure to visit this office. They have taken me on short notice a few times and always do their best to get you in the same day if you are in pain. Very highly reccomend this dentist office! I love the office, location, pricing, staff, etc. Everything is perfect. I send family and friends here when they need a dentist. Dr. Trevor, Lisa, Jim, and assistants are always awesome. Gentle, friendly, helpful, genuinely interested in patients’ lives. Everyone at this family business cares and is invested in doing a good job. They have a small exercise facility on the first floor that is FREE and they do charity work in remote Honduras because they are good people who want to help the community. I am a life-long patient and customer.

Let me preface this review by saying I don’t just hand out 5 stars unless the business is exceptional or phenomenal…so me giving 5 stars already speaks volumes. I love this family-owned dentistry office and I highly recommend this place to others (I’ve already put in a plug to friends who recently moved to Columbus and will continue doing so to anyone who asks for a recommendation). My husband and I see Dr. Brian Bourgeois and he is a personable, friendly, and relatable family man. He answers all of my (many) questions with detailed explanations and always asks me questions about myself to get to know me as a patient. This office goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service…Dr. Brian took extra time to buffer off glue left behind from braces that my ortho’s office failed to remove completely, they provide fluoride free of charge to adults (this is a service not covered by insurance for anyone over the age of 14), they have a gym that customers can use (never seen or used it so I can’t speak much about it), and they were very understandable/flexible with us when we were running late to our appointment after an unexpected flat tire. Our insurance is about to change in July and I really hope this office is still in the network or I will literally be beside myself…based on previous experiences, it is very difficult for me to establish trust in new professionals as I tend to be skeptical until proven otherwise. Nevertheless, it didn’t take long for me to break down my barriers with this office. If you need a dentist office, look no more because this is the place!!

I went in to get my teeth cleaned. I have never in my life had a dentist clean my teeth. I do NOT like the dentist office, but Brian was easy going, and did a great job cleaning my teeth without discomfort. Dr. Brain answered all my questions about my teeth, and did not try to upsell me things I didn’t need, but explain what I might need in the future, and what to watch out for. The office was very clean, and the staff very friendly. I’ll be going back. Thanks for the clean teeth!

Love this place. Wish they took my insurance because I would make this my family dentist! I had a wisdom tooth that was broke off at the gum line my dentist was closed for the hoilday so I called them and was able to be seen the next day (Saturday) I seen Brian and he was so nice. He made me feel so comfortable! Talked me threw every step. Believe it or not it was not painful at all . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wow!! All the staff is amazing and friendly! I had an emergency, well to me it was, my dog chewed up My top plate!! They got me scheduled very quickly and working fast on getting my replacement conpleted! Dr. Trevor is wonderful! He explained everything he was doing in detail and asked if I had any questions. He is very thorough. He and the whole office staff cared about me and my situation, I didnt feel like just another patient. Thank you!!

We have been visiting Dr Trevor for our dental needs for several years now and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received (we had a bad experience with another dentist on Rt 161 and come to Dr Trevor through my wife’s colleagues’ recommendation). About the office: the office is very well kept. The quality of furniture in the wait room is really good and is quite tasteful. I also like the fact that there is water and coffee available. Everyone in the office is very friendly. We always enjoy our visit and interacting with Dr Trevor and the staff. The display of Star Wars characters as soon as you enter is very creative and fun to look at. They also have a gym downstairs that is available to all their customers for free. We don’t live nearby otherwise would have made use of it for sure. We have recommended Dr Trevor to several of our friends already and would continue to do so.

Dr. Fred is always a pleasure. Enough said! Also, this was my toddler’s first time ever visiting the dentist. Dr. Trevor was wonderful, letting her see and get used to the dental equipment, as her “first appointment” – this is so important for young children to not be afraid of the dentist. Thank you. 🙂 I don’t usually leave reviews; Bourgeois Family Dental has more than earned it. I’d recommend them to anyone, especially people who find the dentist stressful/unnerving. They are absolutely wonderful.

I have been going to Bourgeois Family Dental Center for over 25 years starting with Dr. Fred. Now Dr. Trevor has been my dentist for the last 10 years. They are an incredibly caring team that listens intently, loves what they do and they take their time with you. If you are looking for an ultra flashy high pressure operation where you feel like a number, then this would not be the place for you. Let me start by saying i loathe going to the dentist. Back in February I had cracked a tooth. I spent the evening trying to find a dentist that was open Saturday to no avail. Luckily through my dental plan I found Bourgeois Family Dental. I was able to get scheduled. The staff made me feel at ease & gave a step by step process of what we were going to do. 3 visits later I had a new crown & have had no issues since.

Going to this dentist office was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had a severe toothache and needed to get an appointment ASAP. I called and got an appointment the same day, as a new patient. When I arrived I noticed it was very clean. Everyone was super nice and comforting. Dr. Brian was very calm, friendly and put me at ease. He explained all my options to me, and explained everything he was doing and why. I also liked how he was judgment free. So many dentists I’ve been to made me feel like I was being judged but not here. He was very gentle with the novocaine and I barely felt anything at all. Very professional people. Highly recommend and I will return for all my dental needs

I’ve been coming to this office and its previous location for almost three decades now, and the quality of care is still as top-tier today as it was when I was a kid. As someone with an uncompromising sweet tooth, I tend to get a little anxious when I’ve got a dental appointment drawing near, but even when I come in and get the news that I’ve got a less-than-pearly white in need of repair, I’ve always been able to count on efficient, personable, and thorough service from the Bourgeois family. Also, Dr. Trevor frequently manages to remember our conversation topics from past appointments, which never ceases to impress me, considering I’m only in there twice a year. Either I’m super interesting or he’s got an exceptional memory, and I’m pretty sure it’s the latter. At any rate, if you’re on the hunt for a reliable dental office with awesome staff and a long-standing record of excellent service… this is that office. Check it out

I had a tooth with temperature sensitivity and went to a dentist where the staff looked like models and was informed I needed two crowns for $1000 each after insurance. I went to Bourgeois Family Dentistry for a cleaning and examination and Dr. Brian identified a cracked tooth. He suggested a conservative approach, starting with a crown, and if it solved the problem a root canal wouldn’t be necessary. Happily, it wasn’t and the fee was as quoted and a lot better than the glamorous outfit. Dr. Brian took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and their diagnostic and x-ray office equipment is first rate. And they have a toothbrush chained to a dragon in front. So I went back when I had a piece of one of my cold-war era fillings crack off and Dr. Brian saw me within a day or so, made the repair and I was out of there in a half hour. Haven’t noticed that tooth since. What a great dentist office! A three-generation tradition of thoughtful, careful and reasonable dentistry. Super nice people, too.

This is the best dental practice I have been to. State of the art equipment and procedures of comfort for all ages. They go on mission trips to 3rd world countries with great dental needs and visit local schools. Can’t say enough about this long time area dental practice of father and sons.
