I recently had a tooth extracted.  Dr. Young was very nice and made sure that I was not hurting.  Lorie assisted him with my needs.  She was kind and considerate of my plight.  I feel very comfortable going to this practice.  This will be the first time that my jaw has turned black and blue and sore where the tooth was removed.  I do realize that pressure was applied to this area and it was a jaw tooth.  Hopefully in another day the swelling will go down and it won’t hurt as much as it does today.

I switched dentists last year to Dr. Young and Brassfield cosmetic and Family Dental Center. I have been very pleased with the thorough professionalism of Dr. Young and his team. They are up on the latest best-practices in dental care and I think that my dental health has improved significantly since they started taking care of my teeth.

Amazing dentist and hygienists. Very friendly. I don’t like going to the dentist at all, but Dr. Young and staff have ways to make you feel less anxious and more at ease with things going on. The hygienists are very thorough and gentle while working on your teeth. They are happy and friendly. I highly recommend going to Dr. Young! He knows what he is doing and will take time for you and listen to you. You’ll feel like his only patient, and he will make sure you are as comfortable as can be while in the dentist chair! You will not regret making an appointment here!

Just returned from the dentist, and I had to have a back tooth extracted that had become abscessed. I have the BEST dentist in Greensboro…Dr. Robert Young at Brassfield Cosmetic & Family Dental Center. I highly recommend his practice. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, and his staff members are all wonderful and kind. What a pleasant experience it was, believe it or not. Dr. Young is so gentle and proficient. Go and see him for your dental needs (and no, I was not paid nor otherwise coerced into making this recommendation)

I went to Brassfield Cosmetic & Family Dental as a new patient. When I was reviewing dentist offices in the area I was looking for an office that had excellent reviews and great customer satisfaction. When I walked in I was welcomed with a warm welcome and felt like I’ve been going there all my life, like I was a part of their family. I am extremely happy I chose Brassfield Cosmetic & Family Dental and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming to Brassfield for almost a year. I am overly pleased with my experience. The staff is just AMAZING! Dr. Young is just as fantastic as his employees. The facility is clean and the staff is ALWAYS polite. In an age that where it seems as if customer service is a dying breed, Brassfield Cosmetic & Family Dental Center just reminds us that it still exists.

I’ve been receiving dental care from Dr. Young for over 10 years. Him and his staff are friendly and they provide high quality care. They take their time to talk, educate and build a report with the clients. They also have a high standard for hygiene and cleanliness. When I first started with Dr. Young, he took me on a tour of the facility and showed me how they sterilize their instruments and talked to me about the measured they take to ensure clients are safe. This helped to ease a lot my anxieties around going to the dentist. I greatly appreciate him and his team. They are highly recommended!!!

The staff at Brassfield Cosmetics & Family Dentistry were very hospitable. It had been a number of years since I had been in for a check up. My dental hygienist educated me of every step during my appointment, provided helpful recommendations for maintenance of my dental health, until I would see her again. Altogether, each staff member, including Dr Young made my experience very pleasant. I would highly recommended this practice to anyone.

The staff is AMAZING and professional. Treated me like family. I felt a comfortable warm environment from the time I walked through the door, as I was welcomed with a smile and a come on in. The office is decorated beautifully and clean. 5 stars for sure and I would definitely recommend Brassfield to my friends and family.

I LOVE this dental office. They are the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff is always so nice, accommodating and professional. They make sure that you understand all the cost up front (including with insurance so there are no surprise bills). They treat you like family and not just a patient/claim. I just… I love them. They are always answering any questions and making sure they give you the best option for you, not whichever is most expensive like most dentist. They are truly the best.

I can highly recommend Brassfield Dental for the Following reasons: When you first walk in the door, they make you feel right at home. They are very professional and capable, congenial, and friendly to their patients. And do a most amazing job of working on your dental health Also, when you walk in the door, they greet you with a smile and call you by name. The staff all do an excellent job in their field of expertise. Dr. Robert Young does excellent work!

First… the place is very clean! They do take covid precautions, temp, masks, etc..all staff wore masks. Very friendly staff.. & they don’t mind answering any questions you may have,.. I have very detailed visits which I love. I found this office through reviews online a couple of months ago because I needed a new dentist . I had my 2nd visit today and I’m thankful for the pleasant warm welcome I have felt on both visits. Doctor Young & assistants are very attentive and I enjoy conversing with them. I definitely recommend this office , first impressions are important and this staff made a great one!

I don’t even know where to begin! Everything about this office is phenomenal! I came in as a new patient! Very nervous! I was in terrible pain! Dr. Young saw me that day, and i left pain free! I highly recommend! If you’re looking for the best dentist, look no further! You have found him! Wonderful office staff as well! I was very pleased! Had a root canal done with NO PAIN! I don’t need to say anything more! He’s the best! Thank you Dr. Young and his staff.

Great facility and the nicest staff. Very focused on the patient and not just in and out for for a cleaning and being made to feel like you are a bother because X-rays take a bit longer due to sensitivities. Like everyone else out there I dread going to the dentist and have only visited one dentist who I liked as much as this group. A great find in Greensboro!

This was my first time at Brassfield and had an amazing experience. I am new to the area and everyone made me feel right at home. I had to get a filling and Dr. Young made it painless and he called the next day to see how I was doing! It made me feel as if I was genuinely valued as a patient! I will recommend this dental office to anyone who asks!

I came to Brassfield Cosmetic & Family Dental Center battered, bruised and worn. Dr. Young, Kim, Lori, Shannon and Heather are miracle blessings. This team is so caring, professional and thorough. I am convinced, finally I am in the right place for the proper care that I deserved and is much needed. I had just gotten over my childhood trauma before going to another practice and that practice took me back to fear and added more damage and trauma. Thank God I was lead to Brassfield Cosmetic & Family Dental Center. I am so blessed and grateful to be able to be seen by Dr. Young. Looking forward to going to my dental appointments. The latest appointment was outstanding! Ashley is the most amazing hygienist; she is so compassionate she worked so diligently with me. The end results are magnificent! Dr. Young is the most! Had a great experience on my first visit. The doctor and staff made me feel every welcome, saw me right away and walked through next steps and a treatment plan, while also providing out of pocket estimates and what my insurance would cover. It was efficient, while also taking the time to explain and answer questions about what we were seeing on the X-rays.

I feel very comfortable & welcome anytime I’m in this office, (which is saying a lot considering this is dental!) Everyone is so friendly. The environment is clean & calm. I trust in every team members skill & competence. So far, Dr. Young has done amazing work for me & members of my family. I will most likely stay here long term. Definitely recommend.

This is a phenomenal practice. The staff is friendly, extremely professional, and thorough in all aspects. They fixed a number of problems missed by my other dentists and hygienists over the years. They are also efficient and meticulously with their services. I highly recommend them but be patient because they currently have a wait list.

Dr. Young is amazing! He is very gentle and talks to you every step of the way. His assistant Lorrie was great!! She made sure I was very comfortable. The payment plans offered are very flexible and they work with you. Cyndi has cleaned my teeth twice and she is great! Walks you through every step and makes sure your aware of every issue she encounters while cleaning.

My husband and I were both referred to Dr Young by our oral surgeon, and we couldn’t be more pleased! The staff takes their time with you like there’s no one else in the office but you! That’s VERY rare to find this day in time! I’ve had to go back several times because I neglected my teeth for a few years… they made my procedures virtually painless and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. After my first time there, they’ve known and called me by name when I enter the office! Best dentist I’ve ever been to, for real!

I have been going to Brassfield for several years now despite moving from Greensboro and living in Winston Salem. The entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their professionalism is obvious and they are always willing to explain anything that is going on with the health of your teeth. From an administration/billing point of view, they are very proactive in helping you understand all the costs associated with any of the treatments that they feel are necessary to maintain the health of your teeth. If you choose to go here, you will feel welcomed and well taken care of.

I have been coming to Dr. Young for years. Dr. Young, Cindy and the rest of the staff are amazing! They give you an incredible amount of personal attention and really come up with a personalized plan for your dental care without trying to sell you on unneeded work. The office is clean and has a nice vibe, everyone is friendly and professional, Dr. Young is nothing less than amazing and I will never go anywhere else!
