I have been a patient of Dr. Malik’s at Dental Excellence , for the past 4 years, have had tons of dental procedures during that time. I have always found everyone at the office super friendly and very professional. I have been very satisfied with the care I get and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for dental care, in a heartbeat.

It was my first visit yesterday to the clinic. I loved the way they took care of me. The employees were all professional and they did the perfect job. Dr Malik was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would for sure recommend my frnds for this clinic. The Best was Chai , the therapy dog out there. He was super cute. Overall it was a very nice experience at first visit!

When I first came to Brentwood Dental Excellence and Dr. Malik, I was very behind on dental care due to high anxiety from previous bad experiences.  I was facing alot of repair work and didn’t know where to begin.  Right away Dr. Malik made me feel comfortable and assured me that what I was feeling was valid and she was hearing me and understanding me.  She treated me like a human being and not a dollar sign.  We worked out a treatment plan together, which included sedation dentistry–in the past 5 years, I have progressed to not needing sedation and am overall much more calm and comfortable, and my teeth are healthier for it.  Dr. Malik and her staff take great care to earn patients’ trust and to keep it–and that includes evolving with her patients.  I recently got a new job and my insurance is now out of network, and I’m paying much more out of pocket for dental work, however, I will not leave Dr. Malik or her team–the care I’ve received is far too good and the relationship I have built is far too important, and definitely worth anything I’m having to pay.  I ALWAYS recommend Brentwood Dental Excellence to anyone I talk with regarding dental care.  There is no one better in the greater Nashville and surrounding area than Dr. Malik.  I always feel valued and respected and that means more to me than anything.

This dental office is awesome! All of the staff are super friendly and are always welcoming and smiling and genuinely seem happy to see me. I broke a crown while eating dinner over the weekend and called and they were able to squeeze me in and in no time they got me set up with a temporary and a new crown in no time. I highly recommend this dental office and would encourage anyone I know to go here.

My first experience as a patient here was amazing. Summer the hygienist made me feel at ease about my cleaning which can sometimes make me very nervous. She explained to me what she was doing throughout my time with her. This made me think my daughter would feel very comfortable here as she gets extremely scared of the dentist at times. From the moment she walked in for her first appointment she was greeted with smiles and you could tell that put her at ease. She went back by herself with Rena the hygienist and that has never happened before! Rena took amazing care of her and the whole experience was extremely pleasing. We love being patients at Brentwood Dental Excellence!

I have been going to Brentwood Dental Excellence for a long time . Dr Malik and her staff are very nice. I always feel comfortable going there and feel at ease whenever I am in the chair. I am not ashamed to say that I didn’t have good dental habits before but Dr Malik and her hygienist Rena totally changed my habits by explaining the importance of it. They are committed to preventive care which I appreciate a lot. The whole experience always is awesome. The minute you walk in till you walk out of the practice you feel special. And yes, Dr. Malik’s therapy dog “Chai”, I am in love with him.

Today was my second appointment at Brentwood Dental Excellence and let me tell you I understand why they have Excellence in their name! Everyone is so nice. Chastiny was my dental hygienist and she was just lovely. Super nice and welcoming. Very informative and gave great teeth cleaning tips! And since we are living in crazy Covid times I do have to mention that they were very thorough with cleaning and taking all the necessary precautions to make patients feel comfortable. Very happy with my experience!

I absolutely love this dental office. It took me a while to start back going to the dentist due to my dental anxiety. But this office team took care of me. Every one is super nice and very attentive. Dr. Malik is absolutely wonderful. Love the way she takes time to talk to you and pays attention to your well being. Highly recommend this office.

I was blown away with the speed at which they were able to complete my crown. All done in one visit and the crown sits below the gum line so it is literally invisible.. Not to mention that I had a crown done and the following day I had 3 fillings, a fluoride treatment and a cleaning all with no need for pain killers. They are precise, professional, technologically advanced and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Malik and her staff are very skilled, knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. I have received excellent care from the doctor and the hygienist. They use the latest equipment and diagnostic tools to X-ray, take photos and screen for disease. At my first appointment, Dr. M remarked that my teeth are generally healthy, but a few of my oldest fillings are beginning to show wear and tiny cracks. (My previous dentist had told me that, also.) She did not recommend that those five fillings be replaced, just that we monitor them in the future. I received a thorough and gentle cleaning from hygienist Rena. The office staff is professional, courteous, efficient and caring, too. I was especially impressed with the insurance coordinator, who is extremely knowledgeable about the intricate details that integrate treatment with proper payment. She explained my policy and helped me time my treatment to maximize my insurance coverage. The best review question is always, “Would you recommend to a friend?” Yes, I have recommended Dr. Malik and Brentwood Dental Excellence to my friends and family. Two of them have made appointments and they are very pleased, as well!

I have severe dental anxiety and my experience here was AMAZING. Dr. Malik is SO kind, comforting and professional. Her whole team made my appointment better than any dental experience I have had before! I rave about this dental office to my coworkers and friends, this positive experience truly changed how I feel about the dentist and I was so comforted through my anxiety. I got laughing gas for my cleaning + numbing mouthwash and it was a game changer. I truly recommend this dental office, especially if you suffer from anxiety! Thank you!

Starting with my very first visit, several years ago, I have CONSISTENTLY received excellent care from Dr. Malik & her tremendous staff. The administrative staff, hygienists, assistants and, of course, Dr. Malik & the other dentists have all been wonderful! Whether it’s for cleanings & x-rays or for other services and/or emergency dental care, I have been highly satisfied every time. And that’s not only important to me, but also pretty impressive, in my opinion. Because of my faith in the care and customer service I’ve grown to depend on, I actually LOOK FORWARD to my visits! And, I am not exaggerating one bit. It is my sincere pleasure to offer this glowing review for this fine dental practice.

Dr Malik is a wonderful doctor, very compassionate to her patients,spends enough time ,never rushes,listens to your problem carefully and tries her best to help.She is very knowledgeable , skilled and kind physician.Her office staff is excellent.Very friendly environment,proper follow ups and flexibility to accommodate patients according to their schedules make this office the best place to go gor your dental needs. I am not a big fan of dental or physician offices, and so for me to give five stars is awesome! I am always scared to go into the office, and they made me feel very comfortable and safe as they always do. Summer is very gentle and Dr Malik has me a little more relaxed about the gum work they will have to do…..easing my mind by explaining things more carefully. I am glad to be here in Nashville now where I can get this kind of care. Thank you!

I started seeing Dr. Malik 2 years ago after my previous dentist hadn’t been proactive enough in treating my dental problems and they progressed into bigger issues. She and Dr. Patel have treated and corrected many of these issues and referred me to other specialists who I’ve been pleased with. The doctors and staff here are very kind, gentle & knowledgeable. Bonus! If you have dental anxiety, their therapy labradoodle will ease your nerves during treatment! I’ve seen him snuggle kids during procedures and he seems to really calm them!

Dr. Malik has been my dentist since moving to the Nashville area 7 years ago. My 3 teenage daughters are patients of hers, as well. I have had extensive work done through Dr. Malik and I couldn’t be happier with the job she did on me. Her staff is awesome too! With the busy lives my daughters and I have, they are very accommodating with appointments. They offer times as early as 7am and after school slots too, which is very important for us. Unfortunately I’ve had to call on emergency situations, once even from out of the country, and Dr. Malik always calls me back right away and has come into the office after hours to help rectify my dental issues. I can’t forget to mention Rena, my hygienist at Brentwood Dental Excellence, she is great! Everyone there is professional and genuinely concerned for my families dental health and we appreciate that!

While living in California I saw the same dentist for just over 20 years.  I was hesitant to find a new dentist upon moving to Tennessee and couldn’t imagine anyone else measuring up to my CA family dentist.  My fears quickly vanished after seeing Dr. Malik and her staff.  They quickly became my family dental office.  She and her staff are all so professional, friendly, patient, gentle and kind.  I have referred them numerous times to friends and family.  I now take my elderly father who has dementia to Dr Maliks office as she has a sweet and gentle service dog who comforts my dad at each appointment.  My family loves everything about this practice!

Dr. Malik and her staff are very professional and friendly.  My first visit was very comprehensive and I was advised to see an Orthodontist due to structural/alignment issues with my teeth.  The misalignment is causing bone loss and cracks in my teeth.  I now have the opportunity to correct the problem and prevent  expensive dental work in the future.  I wish I had gone to Dr. malik sooner.  I am so grateful for Dr. Malik’s  expertise and the time she spent explaining her findings.  I have scheduled an appointment for my daughter too.

First time at the dentist in years, Dr Malik and her team made feel at ease, I have a terrible fear of dentist and doctors in general but her warmth and the way she explained everything to me was so refreshing. I would absolutely refer my family and friends to her! Great person as well as great Dentist, and let’s not forget about the best Therapy dog!!… Chai!

I had a bad accident when I was 16 and knocked out my 2 front teeth . I have had really bad luck with my mouth ever since , and having to wear a flipper (fake teeth on a retainer) for 7 years – my mouth became full of cavities. Brentwood dental excellence is the first place I went to where I didn’t feel judged or Talked down to . Everyone is so nice and caring , and always takes the time to answer any questions. They treat you like friends and family and not just a patient !

Always a warm and welcome place to visit. Every member of the team is so friendly and makes the experience a pleasure. All of my experiences with both Dr. Malik and Dr. Patel have always been great. It’s nice to have a dentist that has my complete trust. Highly highly recommended. I’m not going anywhere else.
