I drive by this place on my way to and from work. It seems like they are always open.  After losing a filling, I finally made an appointment and I’m glad I did!  This was probably the best dentist office I have ever visited.  They have early morning hours, but I learned that they have evening and Saturday hours as well.  The dentist was very caring and spent a lot of time with me.  The office was clean and bright and the staff was very friendly.

I have been a patient here for many years.  Because of some bad experiences as a child, I am very dental phobic.  I really didn’t want to transfer my fear of dentistry to my children.  Brentwood Dental Group is all they have ever known in a dental practice.  They have no fear of the dentists at all.  They are always very relaxed when they come here.  As far as me?  I am much more relaxed in the dental chair than I have ever been.  I have never had a “traumatic” experience.  The dentists are compassionate and the staff is very understanding, and they have great hours!

Dr. Wasson and his staff (Colleen & Lacey) today were super friendly and very efficient at my appointment earlier today. The office is doing a great job with precautions for Covid and I felt safe during my visit. I have been coming to Brentwood Dental for the last couple years after moving back to the area and I always receive top notch care. I researched extensively for a new dentist when I returned and I have never doubted my choice.

I am new to St. Louis and was looking around for a dentist in my network. I called around to a few other places and was disappointed in the customer service and appointment availability. As soon as I called Brentwood Dental Group, I knew their polite and welcoming attitude on the phone would transfer into my appointments. It sure did! At first appointment, I was happily met at the front desk by staff who realized it was my first visit and wanted to make me feeling welcome. The hygienist (Kayla was her name maybe?) was a gem and she explained everything she was doing before she did it. Dentist Cruz took his time and wasn’t in a rush. A truly lovely place! Will be sending my husband and his coworkers there!

I’m a dental avoider. It’s not even that I’ve had bad experiences beyond the trauma it seems like everyone’s pediatric dentist inflicted, so I’m an irrational dental avoider, on top of it. After a couple years of skipping out on checkups, I decided to bite the bullet, remembering that the last time I’d skipped for too long, I ended up needing a root canal. I did a lot of research. Yelp. Facebook. St. Louis Magazine. And I kept seeing Brentwood Dental Group ranked among the best. They’ve got really convenient hours and are close to work, so I took the plunge. I’ve been there four times now: twice for cleanings, once for a filling and once to get a filling replaced and the staff and Dr. Wasson have been great each time. Everyone is very kind and professional and each time has been totally trauma free. Yeah, it’s still the dentist and it’ll never be on my list of places I’m excited to go, but I can’t imagine going anywhere else now that I’ve found BDG.

My first appointment and they were on-time. Every employee was very friendly. The hygienist was great she cleaned my teeth to the best of her knowledge very gentle and took her time. last but not least i loved loved the dentist he was just nice. He answered my questions satisfactorily and very genuinely. Overall everyone knows what they are doing. I drove 25 minutes to this dental place, but it’s worth it. I will recommend all my friends to go here. Thank you so much for the great experience, looking forward ward to my next appointment.

I became a patient of Dr. Wasson about 6 years ago when I began Invisalign treatments. He and the staff at Brentwood Dental are truly the epitome of professionalism. I could use so many words to describe my experiences there. Today, I was truly amazed at how in sync Dr. Wasson and Colleen worked together. It was like watching a symphony. I’m very thankful to the services I’ve received from Dr. Wasson and Brentwood Dental. They truly are top notch.

Let me just say that I am a wimp when it comes to dental pain. I chipped a tooth and needed repair. I called BDG and got in fairly quickly. The Dr was awesome. I don’t like the numbing sensation and he got me to relax and fixed my tooth. I also had a tooth that needed a root canal and crown. When they started working on the tooth they found it was not as bad as it appeared so instead of a couple thousand for the crown, it was only about $250 for the filling. They easily could have charged me for the root canal but they were honest and did the right thing. I appreciate that. My whole family switched to BDG and could not be happier.

The people at Brentwood Dental Group truly care about their patients.  Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Michael Faddis and his awesome assistant, Gina. They are two special, caring, and capable people and they make a great team. Dr. Wasson is also terrific, and the entire staff is friendly and professional.  Plus, this is as comfortable, low pressure, and pain free as a dental place can be. Margaret and I both thank you all. Highly recommended! !

The staff are all really friendly! I am petrified of going to the dentist and have had a fear my whole life. My first few visits were made just to calm my anxiety and my dentist really did everything to calm my nerves. I ended up getting a root canal and a crown and got through the procedure with no fear! It was great! I have a few small cavities that I have left to get filled and then I am on my way to just regular maintenance. I haven’t been able to say that with confidence my whole adult life! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit Dr. Wasson in the Brentwood Dental Group! I was in town from Texas for my mother’s 75th birthday and I was in need of dental help. Overnight, an abcess almost destroyed my visit but Dr. Wasson and his assistant came to my rescue. I needed a root canal, but due to time restraints, I couldn’t get one that day. He provided me with some relief and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. Thank you, Dr. Wasson for all you did and the conversation about 80s music helped to ease the pain as well!

I have gone here for 20+ years and have been very happy. It saddens me tremendously that my new Dental Insurance is not accepted here. After all this time, I’ve had to change. Perhaps I can come back some day.

I had an excellent experience. I have dental anxiety and sensitivity which usually requires medication. I went through the whole experience without any medicine for sensitivity. Very pleasant, listened to my concerns, and kept checking with me to make sure I was good. So glad I switched to Brentwood Dental! Sue is awesome

I love this place! Sweet staff, friendly, amazing people. They care about my needs, listen to what’s important to me and respect my choices for my care. I have been going here for years and I am never going anywhere else. The doc always remembers the stories I share with him at my previous appointments, which makes you feel like they really care about you. Billing is smooth and easy, and when they made an error they immediately fixed it and even went above and beyond to do the right thing. I love this practice so much and I’m glad I found them a few years ago.

I have to always give this place a great review. I always go to this dentist because of their professionalism, their commitment to patient care and their flexibility! I used to go to another dentist in town and had a poor experience. The time I had a dental emergency I called this office even with them not being my dentist and receiver great, speedy Care! I decided to change to this dentist. This place does a great job with letting you know your appointment is coming up. They send emails, texts and phone calls! They also will call you to let you know someone had cancelled if you want to try to get in quicker! The hygienist are really caring and nice and do a great job! The hygienist do a great job with cleanings and make sure you fill welcomed. They also make your teeth nice and clean. When the dentist come in they greet you and are very professional and friendly! Also in the welcome area they have tons of magazines and it’s always great customer service! I hope that if you are looking for a great dentist in the STL metro area you will consider giving this dentist office a try! They will make you smile!!!

As wonderful of an experience as a teeth cleaning could possibly be. The staff here are so nice, helpful and friendly. The waiting area is clean, well decorated, had coffee, reading material and a TV. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes in the waiting area before I was called in after check in. My hygienist, Sue, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and thorough. She answered all my questions and we conversed during my whole visit ( as best we could with my mouth wide open lol) The dentist looked over my teeth a bit later in the visit and he was awesome too, with gentle hands and said only good things (which helps). At the end of my appointment, I made one for the husband! Overall, great office, friendly staff and nice atmosphere for that twice a year visit. Another plus is that they are open on saturdays and offer appointments in the evening on the weekdays for those who work a bit later. 🙂

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wasson for about three years now and its been a wonderful experience! Invisalign is what initially brought me to Brentwood Dental Group, but after receiving exceptional service and results I decided to remain a patient for all my other dental needs. In addition to Invisalign, BDG has performed my teeth cleanings, general checkups, and a crown. I’m terrified of dental work and I can say all of these experiences have been great. Everything is explained ahead of time and they really take the time to ensure you are comfortable and understand the process. The office staff is extremely friendly and appointments always seem to run on time. The office hours are great, with lots of evenings and weekend appointments availabe. The office atmosphere is pleasant and well kept. The only improvement I would recommend to BDG is that the area where the patients are worked on be a bit more private. Not that I need my dental care to be private, but there are no walls or partitions so you’re kind of just in one big open room with the other patients.

I love, love, love Brentwood Dental! Even though I hate going to the dentist in general, mostly because I’m scared, I have no fear going here since I know I’ll be in good hands. My previous doctor was great, but unfortunately he left the practice. My new dentist? Dr. Wasson is at least as good, if not better than my previous one. He’s so friendly, responds to all my crazy questions, and explains all the details so that I can understand and feel comfortable about what is happening. He’s relaxed yet professional. Great combo with a curious patient like me. Plus he’s always so funny and making jokes. Maybe my fear is obvious… but somehow these guys always manage to make me feel comfortable. My hygienist, Sara, well, she’s awesome. She customizes my treatment the way I want it, and she remembers every time I go back to do it the way I requested. That’s the kind of personal touch you want when someone is poking around in one of your body openings I guess 🙂 lol Every single person on staff here is kind, friendly, and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience calling them, or getting anything done. Making appointments is easy, and they are flexible when you need to change. They are also quick to resolve any issues when they happen. And then the billing: it is always fair and correct – and in my experience it’s hard to find a decent, not fraudulent healthcare provider these days. Every charge is always clear and understandable. They even credited an amount back to my account due to them previously giving me an incorrect estimate on an X-ray. The insurance rate didn’t appear correctly in their system when the service happened, so I actually owed them money for it when we had thought it was 100% covered originally. Instead of charging me, they took care of that charge, when in reality they really didn’t have to. You tell me what other healthcare provider would do that for their patients, because I don’t know any! I trust these guys fully with my wallet and my dental health.

My experience continues to be amazing with this Dental Group. They are quick professional and the facility is state of the art. They use the latest technology for your visit which ensures quality care. I am comfortable there and I typically hate going to the dentist. I recommend this to anyone interested in a new Dentist.

I have been coming here since my dentist retired last year. They are all first rate, all the way. Everyone that works there just couldn’t be nicer or more friendly. They went out of their way when I had a problem and had me come right in. They made me a new crown and it’s just perfect. The dentists are all really great and the facility is state of the art in every way. Since they do all the different dental procedures, I can’t see myself going anyplace else. I can’t say enough nice things about them!

I have severe dental phobia, and was really putting off going to the dentist. I was afraid of the pain and of the lecture I knew I was going to get. To my surprise, neither of these came!  The cleaning was only slightly uncomfortable, not painful at all. And instead of getting a lecture, I was told what a great job I was doing caring for my teeth (despite my diet of sugar and starches, I might add).  Everyone was very kind and understood that I was semi-terrified. They made me feel very comfortable, and I highly recommend them.
