I found my way to her practice in an unusual way — and am so grateful for the series of events that brought me to this doctor and her wonderful staff. This entire practice has my most enthusiastic endorsement.

Dr Yeung is a great dentist. She provides excellent service and is very thorough. Her office hours are convenient for professionals as she opens before 9am and closes after 5pm during the week and open on Saturday! Parking is free too. Highly recommended

Dr. Stephanie Yeung did an amazing job today. Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. She’s fantastic. Bright, knowledgeable, careful, thorough, seamless and fun. She explained everything she was doing every step of the way with such ease and comfort I felt like I also had a dental degree. Beautiful office, comfortable surroundings – Just a wonderful experience all around.

Dr Yeung is not only so professional and phenomenal as a doctor, her care and attention to detail is amazing as is her compassion to her patients.  I would highly recommend her

I could have sworn I had written a review a long time ago! But if I didn’t, it would be an injustice to Dr Yeung. I am so sorry. Dr Yeung is the most amazing dentist ever. I had a 6mth old temporary tooth that I thought was pretty much dead, botched from a previous dentist that I chose not to return to. The tooth was in such bad shape that two dentists wanted to do a root canal on it, two other dentists wanted to do a crown.  I was exhausted from all the conflicting info but wanted one more opinion and found Dr Yeung. She made the most sense and explained why. She fixed it and I avoided a root canal and crown! I feel so blessed to have found her. Dr Stephanie Yeung is the real deal. Probably the least important to mention but she gives the beessttt teeth cleaning!!  Every dental office I’ve been to are usually done by a technician, I will never go to a tech ever again. Dr Yeung does the cleaning herself and she set the bar verrrry high.edit: I take that back, I actual have had other dentists do my teeth cleaning), and none have come close to Dr Yueng’s quality and skilled results!

De. Yeung is so amazing. I emailed her to set up a appointment and she got back within hours and told me how to about setting a appointment. When I got to my appointment she was so sweet, friendly, and explained everything that she was doing. I felt so comfortable with her and especially because she has a very positive vibe. If you looking for a Dentist then you have to schedule your appointment with her. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Yeung is friendly, intelligent, and effective at her job. I showed up late due to a scheduling snafu and she still fit me in. I hadn’t been to a dentist for several years (since moving to LA), and she did a good job making me feel happy to be back on schedule, not bad for having failed in the past. My teeth feel great, and I’m glad I found Dr. Yeung to get them that way.

I randomly found Dr Yeung on yelp, and she’s a really good dentist. I’ve been looking for a good dentist who will actually spend time with each patient and she does the job!  After having a bad experience with another dentist, I’m glad I found Dr Yeung! I’ll keep seeing her and definitely recommend her to my friends and colleagues!

In need of a quick cleaning before vanishing from L.A. for five months to work out of state and then abroad, I discovered great reviews of Dr. Yeung right here on Yelp and decided to try and make a quick appointment before leaving town.  Luckily for me, Dr. Yeung was able to fit me in, and all I can say is that all of the other five star reviews are absolutely right.  I can honestly say that Dr. Yeung is the first dentist I’ve ever seen in 40 years of living in Los Angeles whose only concern was taking care of my needs and concerns, while making certain that there weren’t any issues which required immediate treatment.  No finance person trying to rope me into a long program of unnecessary treatments at an exorbitant amount of money, or insisting on dealing with minor issues right there on the spot.   Just the facts, followed by a thorough, painless cleaning–by Dr. Yeung herself, not a hygienist–which, along with her delightfully smart sense of humor, made time spent in her office an actual pleasure.  And I never thought I would say that about a dental visit!  As far as I’m concerned, I never need to see another dentist in the L.A. area, other than Dr. Yeung!

Dr. Yeung is the most caring dentist I have ever encountered. Her office is small and she does everything herself which ensures very personalized service. Everything Dr. Yeung has done for me is of the highest quality. She even has evening hours for the convenience of her patients.

Dr Yeung is the best dentist I ever met. The best is she can speak cantonese (Chinese). My mom had big problem with her gum due to a bad denture and got pain over months. She got much better when Dr. Yeung helped to adjust it on her first visit. My whole family appreciate it very much.

Prior to Dr. Yeung, I had gone for routine teeth cleaning at Santa Monica Esthetic Dentistry and they had refused to clean my teeth because they insisted I needed a deep cleaning for ~$1700. They had also spent 2 hours poking and prodding my gums to take excessive photos of my teeth with a DSLR, in addition to a bunch of X-rays (which they charged me ~$500 for). The doctor there, Dr. Ganesh, was extremely rude, condescending, and let his personal opinions cloud his professional judgment. I took time off work and Santa Monica Esthetic Dentistry and its staff wasted my time and overcharged me for stupid procedures. I came to Dr. Yeung because I wanted a second opinion from someone who would be honest and realistic with me about what I did and didn’t need. I made an appointment during a transition period, which was while she was getting ready to move to her new building (don’t worry, it’s .5 miles from where she currently is), so my scheduling got a little muddled as it was through email. She thought I DIDN’T confirm and I thought I HAD confirmed via email. When I showed up to my appointment and we realized this miscommunication, she didn’t tell me to reschedule or come back later. She took a deep breath and said, “I will make this work.” She looked at my X-rays, prodded at my gums and teeth a little bit, asked me some questions, and said I didn’t need a deep cleaning. I didn’t have any cavities, fillings, fake teeth, etc. and I’m 24. She said all I needed was basically a power clean, and she got me in and out in under an hour. Don’t be deterred by the 5 stars and only 23 reviews, Dr. Yeung is really great, conversational, and she will make it a point to take care of you and make sure you okay with her pricing, insurance policies, etc. before proceeding.

Will try to keep it short.  Went to another dentist for a consultation, they basically told me my teeth had a million things wrong and that I had to get several fixes done or my teeth would be forever in danger.  They sent in a finance person and told me my procedures needed to be started that day and also told me the costs would be almost a grand, even with insurance.  I told them that I would look into more opinions before deciding, which they did not like.  I told my coworker about the ordeal and she referred me to Dr. Yeung.  She told me Dr. Yeung had her own practice because of all shady things some of these other dentists practice. I made an appointment for a consultation and went to the Santa Monica office.  Parking in the lot is validated.  Dr. Yeung asked me a few questions and looked over my x-rays that I forwarded over from the previous consultation.  She looked at my teeth for about five minutes before telling me what I kind of expected-the last dental office I went to greatly exaggerated everything and I didn’t really need any of the urgent fixes they suggested.  She also went over some orthodontic questions I had in regards to Invisalign.  After all that, she basically told me she was out of my Insurance Network and that she could refer me to a good dentist in my area who wouldn’t try and take advantage of me.  The consultation was free and she went above and beyond to find me someone in my insurance network.  She explained to me that if I wanted to go with her, I would have to go through a reimbursement process with my Insurance and that it would be a major hassle.  So, essentially she gave me a bunch of great information, two referrals(dentist and ortho), validated my parking, and told me it wasn’t worth my time or effort to go to her cuz of the reimbursement hassle.  I’ve never met anyone so honest and helpful in this industry before.  Everyone is just trying to get your money so its hard to trust anybody’s actual advice.  So, Dr. Yeung is a keeper. I wish she was in my Insurance network cuz I would go to her regularly in a second, even though she’s not really all that close to where I live.  Can’t recommend her enough.  5/5 stars easy.  Would give more if I could.

I visited Dr. Yeung today for the first time, and it was my first visit to the dentist in awhile. She was an awesome dentist from start-to-finish (and the cherry on top was finding out she was a fellow USC Trojan alum :). I went in for a general cleaning and check-up. We finished in about an hour and that included filling out new forms, taking new x-rays and the cleaning portion of the appointment. Other pros about this place include validated parking, clean/spa like environment, and the USC Trojan sunglasses you can wear during your visit. In the end, it was super easy and Dr. Yeung is very sweet, personable and funny. Definitely think I found my dentist in LA!

I enjoyed my visit to Dr Yeung’s office in santa monica. I hadn’t visited a dentist for a while and I was slightly embarrassed. I had a lot of dental work to be done. Including, dental cleanings and exams, root canals, dental implants, fillings, and dental crowns. Fortunately Dr. Yeung made the experience very pleasant. Dr Yeung was thorough and she presented all the options available clearly and concisely. The office is clean and well decorated and you can even pick your own favorite Pandora station! Oh and 2 hours of free parking in Santa Monica! Overall I’d recommend her to anyone looking for personalized care. Dr Stephanie Yeung is a in network delta dental insurance provider.

I never write reviews. But I have to say that Stephanie is the best dentist I’ve ever had! Over the past few years, I’ve been to several different dentists in Australia and the US. None of the dentists I’ve been to were like Stephanie. My teeth needed cleaning so bad and she did an amazing job without causing me any pain. In fact, she told me that after the appointment I may be sore and recommended me to take a painkiller. I had no problem whatsoever! My teeth have never been so clean. She is very compassionate. She took her time to clean my teeth without causing any pain during the cleaning process. I visited another dentist with high ratings on Yelp last year and he was the worst I ever had. He did a quick job that took only 15 minutes and gave the polishing to his assistant! Stephanie used the machine for the easy parts and manually cleaning the other sensitive parts. She really took her time and after I got home and looked my teeth I was amazed at the end result. I’m not going to look for a new dentist and I highly recommend her to you. FYI, she didn’t ask me to leave a review. I did that at my own will just because I was very pleased with the quality of her service.

Dr. Yeung was professional, courteous, and quick. Great chairside manner and thorough, clear explanations. Everything you’d want from a dental experience. Highly recommended!

Dr. Yeung is a great dentist and really tries to do her best for your dental care. She won’t recommend expensive and unnecessary procedures and is always personable and calming during visits.
