I cannot say enough about Dr Brian and his staff. I have severe dental anxiety – literally phobic. Childhood trauma that destroyed me. So, I have avoided dentists for my entire adult life – I only go when something emergent occurs. The last time was almost 8 years ago when I had a tooth break and needed to be extracted along with wisdom teeth that caused it – and that was additional traumatizing. A couple weeks ago, a molar suddenly felt funny and I realized a chunk of it had broken off and fallen out. Knowing I had no choice, I called Dr Brian’s Office, as he has been the trusted dentist of my husband and my eldest daughter (who has had a lot of work done and still trusts him completely). It was super hard for me to go just to have him look at it, and then today I had to go and get a temporary crown on. I cannot even believe how much effort Dr Brian and staff put into making sure I was comfortable, felt safe, walked me through everything with all my insane and anxious questions, held my hand, touched my shoulder, made certain I had literally no pain – I barely even felt the shots because he is that skilled and gentle. Kept the mood light enough that my anxiety was eased, but maintained professionalism too. It wasn’t fun, but he and his team took such great care of me that I have the courage now to go back for the rest of the procedure and maybe even start taking better care of my teeth with cleanings and exams that I have forever avoided.

Dr Brian is the only dentist I’ll go to for now on. He is super nice and explains everything that is going on and why it is happening, he even shows your your x-rays and pictures of your mouth and where the problem is. I’ve never had a dentist do that before. He listens to great music while doing his work and really does an amazing job to make sure you feel no pain. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore thanks to him and his sweet dental assistant, Allison, that also helped put my mind at ease.

This is truly upscale dentistry! Dr. Brian is truly the best. My experience at this office is always pleasant. There are many reasons why I like this establishment. 1. The team as a whole seem genuine and they seem like they like what they do. 2. The cleanliness is top notch. 3. You truly get a 5 star experience. 4. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome from the ladies at the front desk. You are always escorted to the room where you’ll be having your procedure. They always go an extra mile to make sure your comfortable in the chair. They really want you to speak up if you feel any type of pain. I’ve had negative experiences with other dentist not believing me when I feel pain. They also offer blankets as the rooms can be cold. They also encourage you to choose the music you like to listen to while you’re in the chair getting work done. I like that Dr. Brian calls to check in on you after you get work done. All in all I would recommend Dr. Brian and his team to anyone.

Well, let me start by saying I have always dreaded the dentist and have a pretty hefty fear of all dental work. Dr. Brian and his staff do a fabulous job of taking care of me and putting my mind at ease. Dr. Brian does great work and is truly enjoyable to spend time around. Over the last 8 years, I have never encountered a staff member I didn’t like. Even making appointments is pleasant. They really work with your availability. The office is so clean and friendly. If that’s not enough, it’s close to Chick fil a so you can get a milkshake after you fill your cavities! If you are in need of a dentist, do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Brian Gradinger and his staff.

Dr Brian and his staff are the absolute best!! Kind and gentle. If I could give him and his staff a perfect 10 I would. Five stars is not enough. Take it from someone with several root canals and crowns. I absolutely hated the dentist until Dr Brian. My past dental experiences were horrific. I have the ultimate trust in him and his work. He will keep at it until its right. I will go to no one else! My adult kids love him and his staff as well. They actually book their own appts that says a lot:)

Highly recommend Dr. Brian. Everyone was so kind and courteous from the moment I entered the office. The RDA was super friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and Dr. Brian sat and took his time explaining my x-rays and answered all my questions. I have never had a dentist take the extra time to be so thorough. The hygienist was amazing. She was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable while cleaning my teeth. I will be referring my family and friends to this office.

I have to say Dr Brian and his office are as good as they come! I have had horrible dental experiences and I have had a ton of work done so I consider myself an expert. He has a ton of patience, is extremely gentle, and most importantly cares! He strives for perfection and it shows. If I could give him and his office a gazillion stars I would. I cannot say enough about Dr. Brian and his team!! They truly care about their patients, and I no longer dread going to the dentist due to their gentle approach. Dr. B is a people person and helps you to feel at ease in his chair, and his assistants Allison, Sara, and Christine really help to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I hadn’t been for quite awhile, and needed some work. Dr. B didn’t push anything on me, and discussed the treatment plan with me, like my opinion mattered. My experiences with the hygienist have also been amazing, as they go over ways to improve your brushing and flossing in between appointments. Give Dr. B and his ladies a try and you’ll never be afraid of the dentist again, I’m not!

If there is one thing I did right over the years… it has to be choosing Dr. Brian as my dentist. ALL (yes ALLL) of his staff are amazing!! I have been looking for an honest quality dentist for years and am so happy I finally found my dental home! The office atmosphere is so welcoming that all of my anxiety was immediately gone after stepping in and being greeted by the friendly receptionist. Dr. Brian is such a nice guy that he even went out of his way to help me out and come in on the weekend when the office was closed. My insurance is out-of-network with this office but I will never go anywhere else because it’s the best office ever with very reasonable prices for the quality of care received.

I’ve been getting dental care from Dr. Gradinger for 5 years now. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienists are very thorough and take their time making sure to get all the plaque and make sure the teeth are completely clean. They are also very informative, and update me on areas I need to improve or areas that I did improve since the last visit. Dr. Brian is easy to talk to and although I haven’t needed a lot of work (thankfully) his one filling hasn’t given me any trouble! I recommend this office as I have not had such personable and thorough dental care anywhere else!

Dr. Brian and his staff are amazing! They accommodated my needing to reschedule due to Child care issues SEVERAL times without any issues and were so understanding. When I finally did make it in, they were again super accommodating to me needing to be in and out in a shorter than usual amount of time as I have a very needy infant. They did so without making me feel like an inconvenience and without seeming rushed. They are so professional and their front desk receptionists are so friendly and easy to work with and the office has a very family like atmosphere . I will never go to another dentist!
