Nervous to get a filling from horrendous past experiences with dentists from Pasadena and San Marino, I didn’t know what to expect from dentists nearby in Arcadia. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Dr.Kuo to me. I can honestly say he’s the best dentist in Arcadia. Frankly, the best dentist I’ve ever had. His office is new, clean and comfortable. When I entered his dental office for my first appointment I admired how private it was. I felt very relaxed, unafraid and unashamed of my teeth foreseeing no judgment. I met his wonderful dental assistant, Vanessa. She was so kind and always smiling. She was patient and sweet. For any question I had, she would answer politely. When I met Dr. Kuo I was very satisfied. With his certificates and awards in his dentistry, meeting him made him even more credible. He was knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had without making me feel inferior but rather respectable. The filling process was nice and he was an expert. I was in no pain and felt very calm. He always made sure I was okay and made great conversation. He took all my nerves away. Once he finished, I was very thrilled. He gave me wonderful advise and set me on the right path to having no pain. Overall, I absolutely recommend him, he’s caring and friendly. He also knows what he’s doing. Unlike the pasts dentists I’ve had, who just treat you like another patient, Dr.Kuo values his patients and I know I will come back to him. He is very honest and never exaggerates prices or procedures. I once had a dentist who told me I needed 15 cavities just by looking quick at my teeth, I didn’t believe him and when I asked Dr. Kuo he didn’t assume but made sure his intuition of only having 3 cavities was correct. He took X-rays and double checked by looking deep into my mouth and taking his time, he was right and reliable. Dr.Kuo is very ethical and that is hard to find in dentists, he wants what’s best for his patients. Thank You, Dr. Brian Kuo, for making my experience with a dentist much better. You are not just any dentist, you are the best.

Dr. Kuo saw me recently for a 2nd opinion/consultation after another dentist said I needed a gum filling and antibiotic rinse. I didn’t understand the need for all these procedures when it had never been brought up to me my dentist in my home state After evaluation he determined that those extra procedures were not medically necessary for my teeth. I was relieved but also thankful he wasn’t money driven to try and undertake those procedures himself. I will definitely come return to his office. He’s a young an upcoming dentist who is worth your time and trust.

My experience with Dr. Kuo and his staff Debbie was awesome/surprising/great. I had a wisdom tooth removal back in late Jan and the whole process was like ” wow”. And I say “wow” because it was quick. I went in sign paper work, Debbie put on a numbing gel, they applied the oral injections in my gums and then he started to extract my tooth. Honestly the whole process was quick. Like in 5 mins he took both my upper wisdom tooth and I felt no pain. He gave me extra gauze pads and a sheet of paper that says what to do and not to do. The next day after the extraction I felt no pain, I felt no pain whatsoever after my tooth got pulled out. Honestly, I think it’s just all in your head.
Anyways, I would come back again. Thank you Dr and Debbie.

I would give 10 stars if possible. This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to in the San Gabriel valley. My friend from Monrovia saw Dr. Brian Kuo for a dental checkup and he was very happy with their services, so he referred me to see Dr. Kuo. I am from Alhambra so the clinic is close to my home. When I called to make a consultation, the staff Debbie was very helpful with setting me up with an appointment that fits my schedule. I love that the clinic sometimes opens on Sunday as a favor to patient! Outstanding service from the moment I entered the door. I did not wait long to see Dr. Kuo. After getting the x-ray done, Dr. Kuo explained to me what the treatment was going to look like and gave me a break down of the cost. I did not have dental insurance (bummer), but the fee was still very affordable! I decided to get my tooth fixed and a cleaning in the same visit. The process was SO fast and painless. Bonus: I can watch TV during the procedures. I really appreciate the team for explaining every step of the process. I already made another appointment to take care of my cavity fillings and root canal. Excellent work!!! Thank you Dr. Kuo and staff! He is definitely the best dentist in Los Angeles!!! I will definitely refer my friends and family and take my children here for checkup.

Dr. Kuo and his staff are super kind and helpful! Dr. Kuo really makes sure that I feel comfortable and pain free during my visit. Setting up an appointment was smooth and fast. Their office is clean with brand new equipment and TVs in every room. When I got here, the waiting room was full but I still did not wait too long for my appointment (maybe around 15-20 min). His staff is very considerate of the patient and they always explain the procedures and processes fully. Their holiday decorations are cute and welcoming. They even have complimentary toothbrushes, toothpastes, etc. Definitely the best dental clinic in the area!

I was referred by two friends to visit Dr. Kuo’s office for my dental emergency.  I try not to exaggerate when it comes to writing reviews, however I am more than willing to help others who have dental anxiety.  Dr. Brian Kuo and his staff are amazing, honest, and excellent at what they do.  I came in with a broken premolar and Dr. Kuo repaired my tooth as good as new.  His office is the most modern and advanced that I have ever been in.  He was careful to take pictures and show me the damage and offered me multiple solutions.  Dr. Kuo is very detail oriented, explains everything extremely well, and doesn’t pressure you into anything that is unnecessary.  Again, I hate to repeat myself, but this is by far the best dental experience that I have ever had.  His staff is extremely helpful, and always happy.

I decided to go to Dr. Kuo to get my wisdom teeth extracted after seeing his positive reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. Booking the appointment was very easy thanks to his friendly assistant Vanessa. Before the appointment, she communicated with me through text message to verify and run my insurance, and she even gave me an estimated price.  When I went into the office, I noticed it was very clean and modern. There were comfortable sofa chairs for my girlfriend to sit on while she waited for me. The paperwork process was fast and simple since Vanessa had already run my insurance through.  Before the extraction, Dr. Kuo examined my x-ray, which was taken at the office, and explained to me why I would need my wisdom teeth removed. Then he told me the exact price of the procedure and asked if I was okay with it. There were no hidden costs.  During the extraction, he was quick but also precise. He made sure to ask me if I felt any pain every few minutes to make sure that the local anesthesia was working. He also repeatedly told me that I was doing well, which gave me more confidence in the procedure. Overall the extraction took around 40 minutes but it felt faster than that. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs to get their wisdom teeth, or any teeth for that matter, removed to go check out Dr. Brian Kuo!

Dr. Kuo is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. The atmosphere in the clinic is very inviting and there are even wall-mounted TVs in the waiting room and in the exam rooms – I got to watch The Avengers while being worked on! Dr. Kuo has removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and got me setup with Invisalign. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Kuo’s clinic. I always have a great experience and highly recommend seeing him to get your teeth worked on.. he knows his stuff!

I originally chose to visit this office based on Yelp review and their availability. I made an appointment for an exam and basic cleaning. Dr. Kuo was very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable in his practice. The office was clean and modern. He didn’t rush me through the appointment like my old dentist. I am very impressed and will be a long time Patient of Dr. Kuo. Great news is I don’t have any cavities. Just need to keep up with my brushing and flossing.

After my previous long-term dentist retired, I was scrambling for a while to find the ideal dentist – trustworthy, skilled, experienced, friendly & knowledgeable with all the current research & innovations.  Just needed a check-up, cleaning & possibly some whitening as one was long overdue… @__@”‘ I found Dr. Kuo by recommendation & was very glad I did.  When first calling in to inquire about recommended procedures, pricing & insurance, Vanessa was extremely helpful, patient & personable.  The prices were very competitive & I already felt comfortable with scheduling an appointment after bombarding Vanessa with numerous questions (spent over 10 minutes on the phone with her), all answered graciously & tactfully. Going in, the office was very professional – clean, bright, organized & well-kept with nice décor & a comfortable waiting area.  Vanessa greeted me with a big smile & apologized in needing me to fill out a bit of paperwork as a new patient, all to ensure that Dr. Kuo would be aware of any health issues, allergies, etc.  I quickly noticed all of Dr. Kuo’s impressive accreditations & awards across the wall as well. I was warmly greeted by Dr. Kuo & he instantly made me feel at ease.  Vanessa assisted me in taking x-rays & Dr. Kuo examined the results & the live orifice.  He was gentle & careful, checking every few minutes to make sure I was okay.  The whole visit was smooth & painless, and my mouth & smile felt so fresh & renewed. Dr. Kuo did advise me of an emerging cavity & recommended that I take care of that promptly to prevent future troubles.  Found his pricing to be more than reasonable & came back again for a “patch up.”  Second visit was also smooth & easy. Really happy to find Dr. Kuo & would highly recommend him without hesitation!  You’ll be in great hands.  Now I have no worries about my dental care.
