The staff here is amazingly nice and helpful, Dr Bassil is the best dentist I’ve seen in all my 36 years, gentle, kind and caring!! That numbing needle everyone fears, well see Dr. Bassil and your fears will go say!!! I’m a patient for life!!!

Marcy was extremely helpful and kind when I scheduled my son’s first appointment. She took initiative to help me every step of the way with a miscommunication between my insurance company and myself. I am so grateful for her help! Melissa cleaned my son’s teeth, she is fantastic with kids! She maintained enthusiasm, kept my son engaged, and was informative in delivering feedback to me. The atmosphere of the office is very appealing, and the space where we sat for cleaning was private. The entire process was quick, easy, and no hassle whatsoever. I appreciate you all!

I have had a good experience so far at this dental office. The staff and Doctor were pleasant. The space was clean and in good order. My cleaning was gentle and good. They seem to be a popular office and have good reviews. I would have given five stars if I was able to have my appointment on time but I had to wait almost an hour.

Terrific result on a last minute crown. Whole thing took 2 hrs & walked away with a permanent crown. This was yesterday. Molar already feels like my own tooth again. Took me in right away (next morning after I called) and their rate with my dental insurance (Delta) was better than my other long term dentist who would’ve made me wait 3 weeks for the final crown. And very comfortable treatment room & nice accomodating staff.

I was so impressed with this dental office. Everyone there was kind and helpful. From childhood going to the dentist had been my least favorite appointment. NOT ANYMORE! Now, as a senior, I have found an office that I love. The dentist was wonderful. He fixed my problem and it didn’t hurt at all. The calm, accepting, warm atmosphere of the office spilled over into every aspect of my appointment from signing in to paying my bill. I told one of my best friends about them within days of the appointment and recommended them highly.

I tried this practice after having a horrible experience with my prior dentist. It was like night and day. This office is always so sweet and caring! I’m always able to schedule an appointment with ease. When I go in for my cleanings, they explain everything to you. They don’t push to have procedures done and they give you options. For someone who hates the dentist, they have helped me calm my fear. I would highly recommend them!

I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist but here. Since my first visit they were very friendly and understanding about my fear. So they made me very comfortable and explained everything they were doing before they did it. Awesome and caring staff. I totally recommend Bridgewater Family Dental.
