Dr. V and his incredible team are so amazing that despite the fact that I’ve moved away from the Brier Creek area, I will continue to drive 30+ minutes to see them. After over a decade of dental issues (and subsequent anxiety over the amount of work I knew needed to have done) I finally made an appointment with Dr. V and I have been so grateful ever since. He could tell I was very nervous, and he and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I went through an extended period where I had to have multiple visits, and each time Dr. V was consistently wonderful. I truly cannot express how much I appreciate him. He’s so great, and he’s one of those people that you can just tell were meant to be doctors. Seriously, he should teach a class or something on bedside manner – more healthcare professionals should be like him! Also, everyone is SO INCREDIBLY KIND. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to the finance person, everyone is just so warm and caring. Not to mention the facility is clean and beautiful. I recommend this practice to everyone. They are the best!!!

I suppose there is a reason why the reviews are consistently stellar for this practice. I have to agree. I have seen both Dr.(s) V and Jones and they were both incredibly nice, and diligent. The staff has always been great as well. I go Brier Creek Dental every six months for my bi-annual cleaning and recently I was fitted for a night guard. Nothing bad to say about this place. They go out of their way to provide top notch service.

My family and I have been coming here for about 4 years now and we love it. They’ve been amazing with my son who has had anxiety of doctors and procedures perviously. They were patient, kind and gentle. He now has trust that what ever they’re doing is in his best interest. I’ve always had a fantastic experience at Brier Creek Dental. Dr V and his staff are as professional and friendly as they come. Today I had a tooth prepped for a crown, and was amazed to learn that they could actually create the crown and install it, all in the same visit. The whole process took less than 2-1/2 hours. They also work with you as far as an affordable treatment plan without jeopardizing any health quality. I have been to see Dr V regularly every 6 months in the last 18 months. I would like to mention that the experience has always been very good. Right from the front desk staff who are not only so pleasant but also are diligent in fixing and clarifying any insurance related concerns. I went to my appointment today after over 3 years of not having been to the dentist. I was nervous and intimidated by the idea and I knew I would get bad news, as I have always had cavities in the past. They were upfront about the cost when I came in for the appointment, were pleasant to talk to, and the office was so nice! Dr. V was very pleasant and the dental hygienist was gentle and kind. Dr. Vasamsetti is INCREDIBLE! You are going to absolute love this practice. I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I have NEVER experienced treatment like this location gives. EVERYONE in this office is polite, friendly, patient, & compassionate. I loathe the dentist’s chair, probably like most people (although not everyone), but Brier Creek Dental is without a doubt a magnificent practice with an unbelievable business model. I love love love Dr. V! Jenny is my hygienist & she is very gentle & very nice. I promise you that if you ever go here & see Dr. V, you will never go anywhere else.

Tried this place for the first time recently, and was very pleased by everything. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Dr. V is a true professional and I am glad to be a patient here. Always a pleasure when going to see Dr. V, Holly and Eddie; been with them for almost 4 years. Today I needed a cavity taken care of (first in over 15 years) I was nervous. Dr. V and Holly were understanding of my concerns and uneasiness; they made getting the cavity filled something that I won’t put off again. Amazing service, especially with my five year old daughter. She loves the dentist so much, she wants to be one when she grows up. I called less than an hour before showing up as my daughter had a loose tooth that was causing her a lot of pain due to a permanent tooth that was behind it. I was amazed to find a Dentist Office with such incredibly high reviews online and was even more amazed to find out why when I went in for my first appointment yesterday. The staff, was amazing all around. From the nice gentleman who greeted me upon entry (Eddie), to Darby and Dr. Prasad , to the nice lady who helped me at the front desk on the way out, the staff was incredible. The office is extremely clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and full of high-tech equipment. I wouldn’t exactly say that I love going to the dentist now, but it certainly seems like less of a chore.

Great experience as a new patient to to Brier Creek Dental – the hygienist, Jenny, was exceptionally skilled, thorough, gentle, and friendly! Dr V was very warm and professional – also very skilled. The admin, Eddy, was awesome as well – had all my insurance questions answered even before I could ask them! The clinic is clean and inviting – loved the TVs in the pt room as well. I went for a regular cleaning and xrays but also had a few cosmetic questions – never did I feel pressured by the Dr. to spend money on anything else – which I really appreciate – left with the feeling that it was totally up to me if I wanted to move forward with the cosmetic inquiries. Definitely would recommend – told my fiance to switch to this clinic already.
