Let’s be frank here. Orthodontic treatment can sometimes be very pricey, depending on the extremity of your position. But honestly, you’re paying for the best care and with best outcome and they work so well with your payments. My entire family comes here, my daughters, son, nieces, nephews, and in laws. I think, in total, there are about tfifteen of us that come here. And not a single one of us has ever had a problem. Their monthly payments can work with you to be as low as 50 a month. And occasionally, when forgotten, they take off your late fees if you aren’t a habitual forgetter. And even if you are, they understand financial issues. They work with you. Everyone there is polite, informative and patient. I used to be in invisalign and truthfully I hardly wore it. It prolonged my treatment for that much longer. The only time a treatment goes on for so long is if the patient never wears their aligners, constantly break their brackets or just don’t care. He’s very generous. At some point, I couldn’t afford to pay for my daughters retainer and he made me one for free. He’s very sweet. The entire staff is so friendly. They treat you as if you’ve been best friends for years! Dr. Brigham and staff are miracle workers and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. You’d be doing yourself a favor

I got a consultation for some jaw pain that was caused by the last orthodontist I saw. The staff was very professional and timely and Dr. B was incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive to my what was going on and provided a treatment plan and explained how it will work and made sure I understood every detail. I’m also thinking about getting Invisalign to correct a couple small shifts in my teeth, and he is a Elite Premier provider, so I’ll definitely be headed here when I’m ready!

I normally don’t write too many reviews but I have to say Dr. Brigham and his staff are the best. My daughter has been going to see him for this past year. She needed to have an appliance and braces put on. The experience so far has been top notch. Dr. Brigham is very knowledgeable and his staff is constantly on top of any issues that may arise. Dr. Brigham even gave us his cell number for emergencies. We did have one issue that came up that we had a question about. It was a weekend when I texted him and he responded almost immediately. Dr. Brigham *saved* us today! I mean literally. My little girl’s gum around the bracket in the back swelled so much it was swallowing the bracket! It was hurting her very much. We aren’t even patients of Dr. Brigham, and he agreed to see her emergently because our orthodontic office closed and have no access to help during the COVID-19 outbreak closure. We were so scared, and Dr. Brigham made us feel comfortable and he worked quickly to make her feel better. He is genuinely kind and caring, you can tell from the second you meet him. Dr. Brigham is simply amazing! My teeth and smile are extremely important to me as I am an actor. A camera is always close to my face when I am on set and the camera picks up everything. Even my crooked teeth. As a teenager I had metal braces and like a normal teenager, I didn’t wear my retainer. My teeth shifted back to crooked and I just couldn’t imagine at all going back into braces with the work that I do! That’s when I went to Dr. Brigham’s office! He offered me Invisalign Express since I didn’t have too much work to be done. It was AMAZING!! No metal! No poking wires!! And the best part about it was no one even noticed I was in treatment! I was finished in 20 weeks and I felt wonderful. Dr. Brigham even offers whitening treatments at his office! Not only were my teeth straight, they were Hollywood white! My family has been with Dr. Brigham for more than 10 years. Two sons had standard hardware while one son and I have done the Invisalign program. Perfect results, of course. MOST important is that not only is he a gifted ortho, he is a wonderful, wonderful guy who genuinely cares about his patients. Our family has been coming to Dr Brigham for 15 years. My brother had his braces first and because our experience was so great my sister was next. After a potentially facial disfiguring accident and several surgeries my brother needed braces again. Although this could have posed as a huge challenge, Dr Brigham restored his smile to its previous perfection. Both of their smiles were gorgeous and their teeth have not budged so when it was time for my own children to get braces there was no question who I would take them to. After a lot of research on orthodontists and Invisalign I decided to start treatment with Dr. Brigham. I am 7 weeks into my treatment and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr Brigham is the best orthodontist there is. I went to several consultations and was told by 3 different providers I would have to wear braces for 3+ years and that my overbite was horrible yada yada yada. Dr B was very understanding and after only 6 months months in my braces my teeth already looks near perfect and amazing. Invisalign was not for me but Dr B was more then understanding about me wanting braces instead. I work in a Dr office and Dr B is still my favorite Dr in town! The staff is not only supper sweet and friendly but they are so beautiful as well. I feel prettier just walking in there! If you have teeth problems, he can fix them. I tell everyone I know to go there even if it’s a far drive.

I previously had braces with Southwest Dental. I was so excited to get my braces off I didn’t realize all the problems still current in my mouth. I still had a slight crossbite, my teeth were flared and it was unsatisfying. I came to Dr. Brigham’s office and wanted to do braces again, although I’d prefer not to since I’m older now. However, the treatment coordinator explained to me that invisalign would cost just as much as braces would, so I got Invisalign instead. And I’m super happy with the results already. I’m starting to see a huge difference. My whole family goes there now. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I decided to start on my invisalign journey a few months ago and I was nervous because tge last time that I had tried it was way pricey and the doctor that I had tried to go to just wasn’t very inviting! It was also a time period where we weren’t sure about COVID still but I walked in to the office and not only did I feel safe I also felt like they were just a family which I love! Dr. Brigham is so nice and funny! I’ve loved being able to meet everyone in the office and just how flexible they are with appointments, I am able to come in as early as 8am and they also sometimes have Saturday appointments which is super convenient with the fact that I work 9-6 Monday-Friday. I would definitely suggest you come to Brigham for any orthodontic needs!

I absolutely love Brigham Orthodontics. I had a bad experience with braces with another provider as an adult about five years ago that really set off my TMJ. I really wanted to straighten my teeth but was so afraid of going through all of the jaw pain again. I went for a consult with Dr. Brigham five months ago and have been in Invisalign for the past five months and my smile is back to perfect. Everybody in his office is incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do. Dr. Brigham is a perfectionist and makes sure that everything is just right. He remembered that I was moving and I needed to be on an expedited schedule and he still had my teeth looking great on the accelerated timeline. Dr. Ly is also a pleasure to work with. I’m so sad that I’m moving and won’t be able to keep coming to Brigham Orthodontics for all of my smile needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Brigham since Feb 2011 after a co-worker referred me to him after she had started her invisalign treatment. I had my initial consultation and was originally going to go with invisalign myself but decided after getting fitted for my retainers to just do the traditional metal braces. The office staff and techs were all so very nice even after me changing my mind twice! Even when I call about something as little as a poking wire they are always so quick to accommodate my schedule by fitting me in to have my issue looked at! All of the Girls in this office are wonderful. Mercedes and Tristan are always so very polite on the phone when I call to make payments or when I e-mail with questions. The were very helpful with working out the payments with me and are flexible with me paying during the month. Dr. Brigham is very polite, knowledgeable and he always remembers me when he sees me (before seeing my chart) I would recommend Dr. Brigham to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment, This team is Top Notch!!

Upon his return, he became certified by the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education for postgraduate study in comprehensive clinical orthodontics. Due to his unique background and education, Dr. Gary Brigham specializes in all fields and phases of orthodontic treatment. He has practiced in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1985, and is a past and present member of numerous professional organizations and societies.
