My husband has been to Dr Park several times now. The services provided have been excellent!! The staff is great, and attend to our every need. It is quick and easy to get in and see Dr. Park. The staff is kind and professional and explain everything! What a blessing Bright Dental care has been to our family!

The office staff was helpful and friendly. Notified me of all that was needed and expected from me prior/during/and after visit. Hygienist Kristen was sweet and explained everything along process of cleaning and procedure. Was able to set up appointments at my availability and office very aware of Covid cleanliness. Felt comfortable and safe entire time. Thanks 🙂

The best office I’ve ever been to in my life!!!! I was skeptical at first, but they really do as they say! They do as much as possible to make you feel as comfortable as possible (you’re always greeted by at-least one person and usually Dr. Park when you walk in, there’s no wait or very minimal, and it smells like coffee not a doctors office right when you walk in!), they make sure you feel like a person that matters not another paycheck (they never try to rush you out the door either), Dr. Park explains everything you need done thoroughly, the entire staff makes sure you understand everything thoroughly. They really do try to be as noninvasive as possible and they also won’t tell you to have something done just to get more money. They are quick, but Dr. Park is a perfectionist, so he will not let you leave unless he feels he got it right! They also are the best I have ever seen at any doctor’s office for scheduling and working with you to fit what you need for your situation. I honestly cannot suggest this office enough, I would highly recommend them to anyone!! (I have a tendency to be extremely selective about dentist; Especially as I have severe odontophobia). The kindest and most caring group of people without a doubt that I have ever encountered in the medical world yet!!!!

The staff made me feel welcome. Today was my first visit. Miss Keisha is very wonderful, accomodating and professional… Dr. Park provided me with options for my dental plan of care. The rest of the team are very good with their job! They made sure i am comfortable. Thank you so much! Will definitely refer this office

I’m very happy with the service I received at Bright Dental Care. Nobody likes going to the dentist and I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other dentists. I’m giving a 5 star rating because the level of care I received was fantastic. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. And the office staff and hygienists are friendly and helpful which made me feel more at ease. Dr. Park performed 2 root canals. He did a great job and I was surprised that there wasn’t much pain after I left. I didn’t even need to take any of the pain medication. I was also impressed by the equipment used. It looks like they stay up to date with all the latest technology. I highly recommend Bright Dental. Thank you for an overall pleasant and positive experience.

I was pleased to be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff, all of whom did their best to ensure my comfort every step of the way. It was my first time here so everyone made sure I knew what my options were, what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it. There was even someone who helped me understand my insurance and what it did/didn’t cover. The exam and cleaning was pleasant and the dentist walked me through the issues they discovered (that my previous dentist did not) and gave me a few options to handle them. I was very pleased with the entire experience and I LOVE how attentive, funny, and sweet each employee was. If you’re looking for a great dental office, come here!

I love this dentist office. I will also mention that I generally like going to the dentist, contrary to most of society. The girls in this office are fantastic. Scheduling is easy as they are open until 7, and on Saturday. Text reminders which is so much nicer than a voicemail.

Yesterday was the second time coming to bright dental. All I can say it is refreshing to experience people who love what they did and acted like they wanted to be there. Great technology and they involve you in your care from start to finish. I highly recommend this place. Dr. park and staff were excellent

Great dental office.  All staff is professional and caring. As most, I am not a fan of going to the  dentist. My visit was quick, with no waiting time. I had a tooth extraction, which I had anxiety about but it was done quickly and with little pain. I recommend this office.  Could not be more pleased.

This place is like a breath of fresh air considering the horrible dental experiences I’ve had at Western Dental. All the staff are friendly and personable. The dentist, Dr. Park is knowledgeable and kind. Everyone had a smile on their face, everyone that worked there. I loved the way Desirae, my daughter’s hygienist spoke to her and told her what was going to happen. Our wait time was almost nonexistent for our appointment, we showed up and our room was waiting for us almost immediately following our arrival. They didn’t do any dental work without checking to see what insurance would cover and what our out of pocket expenses would be. I cannot say enough good things about this office and I’m so relieved to have finally found a dental office that I like and trust.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Park for years. I love the staff & the quality of care Bright Dental has to offer. My 6 year old has been going in for cleanings until yesterday. My son had 2 fillings. He had to be numb for the fillings. I was so worried about how he was going to do without sedation. I explained the apt to him a week ago & again the day of. When we were in office it was explained again. I’m beyond happy with how smooth his fillings went. The staff was amazing. Thank you all for being efficient and taking care of my son. You all are very much appreciated!!

Very nice and very professional, they stay on top of things and it shows. They respect their patients time by doing a good job of staying on schedule as opposed to having you wait around for an hour after your scheduled time before they get to you. All my visits have been a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this dentist office.

Short of say, cave diving (claustrophobic), the dentist would be my least fave experience in the world. I get so anxious. I do not like work done/utensils in my mouth. I floss and brush so much to avoid bad news and I get examined every 4-6 mos to keep the drill and needles away. Prevention! That said, I am picky and have been to 4 dental clinics in Bakersfield. This one is the best. I have had some nightmarish experiences at other local places. The best part here is that this practice understands. The front office manager, Keisha knows what the heck she is doing and treats you like an old friend every time. I adore her. Hours here are good. Kristin, the hygienist is very understanding and patient and tells me every step of the way, what she is doing. She is quick to give useful advice for best home care. The dentist is a good one. Maybe not a perfect 5 in bedside manner but I require gentleness that may be unprecedented!Ha! I would rather him be knowledgeable and not be overbilled unnecessarily and so far, no complaints. Thank you, Dr Park! The office is very clean. Water or coffee is offered in the little front lobby and you always get a cool toothbrush pack on your way out! Being so close to home brings this dentist office to a 5 star for me.

My family loves this Dental Office. The staff is amazing, personal and professional. The Dr is the most gental we’ve ever been to. My daughter would only let him pull her teeth when she was younger. Dr Parks is talented, kind and professional. This office is a family and welcomes you in as part of their family. Very courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Park knows his onions. The office is sparkling clean and welcoming. Gabby made my first visit smooth and seamless. The office manager is awesome. In fact everyone you come across in the office leaves a lasting positive impression on you. I definitely recommend a visit.

I don’t like “the dentist” but really have had a great experience with Dr. Park at Bright Dental Care. The entire staff that I’ve encountered (most or all I think) has been amazing. The office manager up front is sweet and works hard to be as helpful and informative as possible about the giant pain in the ass that is billing and insurance companies. The two dental assistants and a third trainee were all amazing and hyper-communicative. The girls were friendly in between and checked in on me often throughout each time I was there. The doctor redid some old metal fillings quickly and without pain. They asked several times throughout if I was comfortable and were basically adamant I tell them if anything was too uncomfortable or hurt (it is worth noting that it never was). They really care about the experience patients have and it shows. I have also gone for two cleanings and the hygienist was just as kind, attentive and skillful as the rest. I hope to never have to seek out another dentist again – as long as Dr Park is around I have ‘my dentist’.

The team was very welcoming and they made me feel very comfortable. The doctor didn’t push any unnecessary treatments and offered very reasonable options. My mom had general cleaning here and the hygienist provided very gentle yet throughout care on her. I’ll definitely come back here!
