My family has been seeing the amazing Dr. Chae and now Dr. Choi for many years. They are very easy going, professional and caring. I’ve built a great friendship with the staff members Jackie and Evelyn. They have always accommodated me with last minute emergencies that came about with the kids. Evelyn is great with making sure I don’t forget about any of my appointments. Thank you for making me feel like family when I walk in the door.

Moved to city and kept putting off finding a dentist. Picked one near my house and crossed my fingers. I couldn’t be happier. Bright Dental got me scheduled fast, was accommodating to my crazy schedule and made me feel incredibly comfortable and my teeth well cared for. I really appreciated how they walked me through my ex rays and not took care of my teeth but helped me learn about them too. I do not fear my dentist appointments anymore. I wont say I enjoy it because, well, does anyone? But the folks here will get you as close to enjoying going to the dentiat as possible.

Is the end of the year, it is not too late to come and see the dentists Dr. Chae or Dr. Choy They’re very professional and these guys know what their talking about, best of all they will not let you spent money on unnecessary work. They are looking for your best interest. They take majority of insurance, call and talk to the receptionist Evelyn, she’s awesome as well.

I can’t say enough about this office and how great they are. I had a few bad experiences in the past, making me really anxious about dentists. My teeth were suffering from my fear of seeing a dentist again, and then I found this place. They made the process of correction so easy and comfortable. I’ve only had two visits so far, but plan to do Invisalign through their office and stay with them as long as I’m in Chicago. I am thankful for their patience and thoughtfulness with dealing with an anxious patient like myself.

The first time I went to Bright Dental (about 3 or 4 years ago), I was blown away by how thorough and knowledgable everyone was. They explained a lot of things to me that no dentist had ever taken the time to do before (granted, the dentist I went to before basically just grunted at me). It sounds weird, but I definitely told all my friends about what an amazing experience it was. What’s better is that now that I’ve been going there for the past several years, including an Invisalign treatment, I’ve gotten to know the staff and there’s a beautiful sense of community there. I enjoy chatting with Jackie, Kristy, and Dr. Chae whenever I go in, and they always treat me like someone they know and care about and not just a chart. My Invisalign treatment went beautifully, and even when there were issues (one time my new aligner did not fit because attachments were supposed to be removed first) everyone was super accommodating in helping me get in quickly to fix the problem. Overall, my dental health has improved dramatically thanks to the help of Dr. Chae and the staff at Bright Dental.

I came here for the first time just before COVID, after procrastinating about seeing a dentist for quite some time. They started a dental procedure but it was interrupted due to the pandemic. I first saw Dr. Chae (who warned me sternly not to eat Laffy Taffy or Now & Later’s, pretty hilarious!) and he was kind, knowledgeable and gentle. Fast-forward 10 months later and the small problem had turned into a big one… I saw Dr. Choi and she informed me I’d have to have the tooth removed. She said this in the voice you tell someone that a family member died; she was so sweet, respectful and concerned. I shed a tear! I’m not afraid of the dentist, or needles, or even a little pain, but this was certainly the most worrisome dental procedure I’ve had. This fantastic team made a scary moment so painless and easy. Great doctors. Evelyn, the front desk receptionist, is also super helpful, friendly and on top of her job. Very happy with the service I’ve received here and would recommend to anyone, especially anyone nervous about going to the dentist. Thanks Bright Dental and see you soon… still more work to do, ha.

I recently had a small part of a back tooth fracture and fall out. I have not had a regular dentist for a very long time. I looked up dental offices on Google maps; Bright Dental Logan Square was among the best-reviewed, so I made an appointment. Dr. Chae and his staff are excellent; they made me feel at ease throughout the process. Dentistry, with or without insurance, is not inexpensive. As a patient you want to feel you’re getting the best care for your money. You also want to experience as little pain as possible. I give Dr. Chae and his staff 5 stars for these reasons. My only discomfort was having my mouth open for an hour while he prepared my tooth for a crown. Beyond that it was much a much easier experience than I’d anticipated. After coming home from the appointment I recommended Bright Dental Logan Square to someone I know who recently asked for a referral.

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 8 years and went to Bright Dental for the first time last year. They really care about their customers. The staff is kind and really helpful if you have anxiety. They are really knowledgeable on what they are doing and let you know before they do it. Nice, clean, friendly place. They work with your insurance as well. One of the best dentists I have been to.

The best dental office I’ve even been to. The staff is kind, patient and thorough. I’ve been a patient here for several years and when I started I had a list of work to get done. The dentist and staff helped me put together a plan of treatment and scheduled my appointments over the next several months. It’s been years after following the treatment plan and my oral hygiene is better than ever! Now, I only come in for my regular teeth cleaning and maintenance. Even moving to a different part of town wouldn’t stop me from coming to this dentist office.

First let me start off by giving a special shout to my awesome dentist Dr. Kenneth D. Chae . He made me face my fears of being toothless for almost a year while I was wearing my Invisalign.,so that I could kill two birds with one stone as we often say . He was even sweet enough to color the space in to match my other teeth so that no one could tell it was missing . And let me tell you it worked , especially with me being in the service industry this was a very big important issue for me . I would also like to give another shout out to my financial advisor like I like to call her Ms jackie for working with me in getting the best in house payment plan so that I could finally get my Invisalign . Cause I sure was procrastinating on it . ” you know financial issues ” and last but not least I can’t emphasize enough how much I love and appreciate Ms. Evelyn . She has definitely gone above and beyond for me . I would/will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family . Check out that smile !!!! I started going to Bright Dental in 2013. I went through the roulette wheel of downtown dentists who all wanted to do massive dental work for lots of $ after my childhood dentist retired. I would put myself in the not a fan of the dentist category. However, that’s different with Bright Dental. Dr. Chae was great. He focused on 1 tooth that needed some attention and put me on an accelerated cleaning program to fix some gaps. I’m now back on schedule with regular cleanings and check-ups that I actually look forward too and very pleased with each visit (including lots of tips about things no dentist/hygienist has ever shared). I find everyone there very personable and I truly consider this a diamond in the very rough world of Chicago dental practices.

Was referred to this location after a filling came out. Coming to this location was the best decision I made. Needed a root canal, I was nervous going in Dr Choi was very thorough with the procedure and made me feel at ease. Evelyn at the front desk was very polite and makes everyone feel welcomed. This was my first dental facility I visited once I moved to Chicago and I don’t regret it one bit. From the front desk to the back staff just great and professional. They’re always able to accommodate my appointments from my crazy work schedule and I always get a call or text to confirm my appointment date. It looks like a small place but don’t let that fool you, they’re organized, clean and very fast. I want to thank Bright Dental for being so patient with me, I have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth and they do there best in my cleanings and take as much time as needed so my cleaning can end spectacular. I also have gum issues but due to this reason bright dental has me coming in every 3 months to make sure my gums are in healthy shape. I appreciate there dedication and work.

This is the best dentist office that I’ve ever been in! Not only is the receptionist caring and accommodating, they are very quick to answer any and all questions. When you go in the dentist assistants are very sweet and Dr. Choi and Dr. Chae are extremely sensitive and consistently ask if I am doing okay during my cavity fillings. They make you feel very comfortable. With all of the work my teeth need I am very grateful to have found these doctors who are saving my teeth and are very nice about it. The office is also clean, comforting, and has good music playing.

I’ve been going to Bright Dental for about 10 years now and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Chae and his staff. He is very personable and good at explaining what needs to be done; he seems to enjoy what he does. Although there have been staff changes over the years, I’ve found the hygienists to be uniformly professional. Even though I have a strong set of teeth and am now over 60, I still learn how to treat them even better. A few years ago I was advised to use an electric toothbrush, which I had always felt was unnecessary. But I got one, and what a difference it made! I live in Logan Square only a few blocks away from the office, but I’d continue to go here even if I moved to another part of the city.
