Can’t speak highly enough about my visits to Bright Now! Dental in Costa Mesa. From the moment you arrive till the moment you depart, the staff in this office make heading to the dentist so welcoming, comfortable, and painless. Cristal, the office manager, is always prepared with your files and greets you with a sincere smile and gratitude. Luis, the dental assistant, is kind and patient and always willing to spend extra time to explain your treatment. Neven, the hygienist (and formerly a dentist in Egypt) is extremely experienced, friendly and knowledgeable (my teeth have never felt cleaner after one of her deep cleanings). The shining star of the office of course is Dr. Sahawneh. She exudes competence, compassion, and character. She makes going to the dentist feel like visiting an old friend and is always checking to make sure you are doing alright. Do yourself a favor and check out this office if you are looking for a quality dental experience (I know, sounds like a oxymoron, but it’s true!)

Neven my hygienist did a fantastic job on my cleaning. I had extensive tartar build up after not going to the dentist for 3 years. It was a pain free experience and my teeth feel great. As a part of my treatment I decided to get veneers on my front four teeth that were chipped and had some fillings that didn’t match my natural tooth color. Dr Shorouq Sahawneh did a fantastic job working on my new smile. I was very nervous about getting this done and looking like I had four pieces of pez candies where teeth used to be but they look very natural. The experience was pain free and I am usually a very sensitive patient. I was in an out after a few hours. I highly recommend the whole Bright now team. Thanks Neven, Dr Shorouq, Lewis and the rest of the staff. 5 stars!

I started going to Bright Now Dental in Costa Mesa a little over 6 months ago. I have had the best experience with Dr. Sahawneh, Neven, Luis, and the entire front office staff. They have been so accommodating and I am thankful to have found them. I am so impressed and satisfied with the work done by Dr. Sahawneh. She is gentle and kind and I highly recommend going to her if you are afraid of the dentist like I was! Neven has been my hygienist and she is amazing. She took her time and thoroughly explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. After 7 years in California, I have finally found a dental office I love!

Highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing work done! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in about 10 years and when I came to this office, I found out I had a ton of cavities and an infection in my gums. Dr. Sahawneh has done an amazing job with my fillings. She works very quickly and is always checking in to see whether I am feeling any pain. Neven is the hygienist here and she also does a great job–she’s incredibly thorough. When she finished cleaning my teeth, I instantly noticed a whiter smile. Their assistants, Brenda, Luis, and Pratna are all so kind and really make sure you’re feeling comfortable during your visit. Solid team, you can tell they really enjoy working here.

I came here for my regular check up, and found the place to be so full of energy and joy. I was first brought back by Brenda who was bubbly and kind. She made me feel good when asking me questions about myself. Then the wonderful hygienist, Neven, came in. She was so knowledgeable I thought she was the doctor. I had never considered teeth straighteners before, but with only a couple sentences I felt a real urgency to get them. I love Dr Sahawneh, she was so quick and helpful. Found a cavity and filled it on the spot and even joined my selfie as she was working. Pratna also helped me. She was very kind, always making sure I was comfortable and happy. Overall, this dentist office is my absolute favorite out of the plethora I’ve visited. I’ve never felt so comfortable at the dentist office and I’ve definitely never seen an office so efficient and alive. I can’t give enough stars to show my gratitude to everyone at Bright Now! Dental of Costa Mesa with special thanks to Dr. Sahawneh. I recently had root canals and crowns done on my front 4 top teeth and the results are better than I ever imagined. After going thru a rough patch in life In which I neglected my dental hygiene I had become terrified to smile. Tooth decay on my front teeth caused me to constantly put my hand in front of my mouth and robbed me of my smile. After being encouraged by a family member, I came in to Bright now with a shattered smile and constant tooth pain. After a initial visit with the friendly and knowledgeable staff they explained what could be done to fix the damage I had done. I have to say I was very nervous and worried about showing anyone what had become of my smile and I never once felt judged the whole time. After a root canal,which the team made as painless as possible, and temporary hand crafted crowns, I came in to get my permanent crowns. The results are better than I had ever expected. Now I can’t stop smiling. I didn’t realize how self conscious I had become and what an effect it would have. Thank you again and I highly recommend Bright Now! Dental of Costa Mesa.

I’ve been going here for about a year now. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Neven the hygienist is gentle, precise, and guided me through the cleanings every time. I’ve seen 2 doctors in the office but Dr. Sahawneh was my favorite. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and she was so calming and kind that I was not as nervous as I should have been. She simply numbed me and pulled my teeth out. I was shocked at how easy it was and they healed well. When I tell people about it they are shocked haha and wonder why I only did the numbing, but she is definitely an expert!!! Love this office!!! I’ve rarely had to wait and it’s a nice, clean office too.

I just finished getting a right front tooth filling which was done by Dr. Shorouq Sahawneh and assisted by Luis. I was nervous to have my front tooth worked on, but she did such an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She is gentle and kind and makes you comfortable throughout the procedure. I had a root canal performed by her last week and I highly recommend her for any dental procedures you may need. Luis is very informative and they make a great team. Thanks guys 🙂 I had an appointment today at Bright now dental in Costa Mesa for a deep cleaning. Neven was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing!! She took her time and thoroughly explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but Neven made this such a great experience. She was so calming and gentle, I can’t say enough good things about her. I highly recommend requesting her if you make an appointment at the Costa Mesa location. Dr. Sahawneh and the hygienist Neven Georgey made a lasting impression during my visit here. It was my first time going a few weeks ago and the staff was very friendly and made me an appointment the same day I had an unexpected crack in my tooth. They performed a
Temp crown on me which securely lasted me for the two weeks my porcelain crown was going to be made and I almost even forgot the temp was there! I received the porcelain crown yesterday and the doctor and assistant were very friendly and attentive and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the fit.
When I asked if there was time for a cleaning, Neven the hygienist stayed with me past closing time so get my teeth clean. To say my teeth look amazing is an understatement. She completely made my teeth look new and gave me proper instructions on how to take care of them.
I think it’s safe to say that I found my new dentist! 🙂

I have been coming here for years and the staff has always been amazing, so when dental assistant Pratna recommended Invisalign (such a sweetheart!), I asked for more information, and in less than a year, I am done! Shorouq Sahawnej, DDS, is an amazing dentist and definitely went above and beyond to make my smile the best it can be! Crystal helped me sign up for Care Credit so I can make payments that work for me, and explained all the financial details in a way that I could actually understand. Even the assistants are great, with Karen helping me get all polished up and Luis getting awesome before and after shots! I am so grateful for this wonderful team and look forward to coming back in for my next cleaning soon (which we should totally all be doing every 6 months!)

Bright Now Dental in Costa Mesa is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life. Not only for myself but my kids as well. Two of my children have Invisalign and my son was the most recent one. He’s not the bravest kid out there when it comes to going to the dentist but the entire staff like always was so calm, caring and considerate that it made his experience so much better! They dealt with his crying and a little scream but that was him just being him. The staff goes above and beyond to make all my kids and my self feel so comfortable and welcomed I feel like family every time I walk through those doors! I can’t imagine a better place!! What started as a day from a horror flick ended with a fixed face.
I was power walking on my lunch at work today and tripped and slammed my face on the curb while launching bits of two teeth in several directions while gashing my lip open. Bloods everywhere. I called my mom as most 24 year olds would do since the last tooth I lost was nearly two decades before and I had always gone to her in that situation . She recommended Brite Now Den! Due to the emergency, they squeezed me in and 6 hours later I was nearly good as new! Sonia at the front desk is by far the sweetest human I’ve ever met…she was so kind and compassionate and truly worried about my deformed face. Karen took my Xrays and she instantly took all my fear away by telling me that she was impressed with how I wasn’t freaking out but she has seen a lot of awful accidents in her time and mine wasn’t the worst. Dr. Sahawneh performed my oral surgery, gave me a double root canal making the two most beautiful temporary teeth I’ve ever seen and reconstructed my lip by adding some much needed stitches! Karen was by her side the entire time and the two were constantly worried about my pain levels and my well being and made me feel like I was in great hands. The stayed well after there closing hours which I’m ever so grateful for them to be willing in such a last minute and traumatic situation. Today was pretty scary but man am I grateful that my usual dentist was closed and I chose to come here…. I’ll be coming here for now on. I highly recommend Brite Now Dental to anyone looking for quality care, comfort, and compassion!

I was very anxious when my crown fell out and when I called the dentist office they made me feel so at ease. They got me in the same day and Dr. Sahawneh who is all of my kids primary dentist looked at my tooth informed me that I needed a new crown. The front office staff made it so easy to get financing for me and I found out same day that I was approved. They scheduled me to come in ASAP to get it taken care of.
When I came in I was nervous but only because I don’t usually do good at the dentist office. When I was taken back they did X-rays and then started to work on my tooth and Dr. Sahawneh is AMAZING at her profession!! I didn’t feel a thing I wasn’t nervous anymore she made it so easy and was checking on me the entire time to make sure I was ok. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist. First, I wanna start by saying how amazing this place is. I’m not one who loves the dentist like i’m sure many of you out there don’t, however the staff here at Bright now dental made my experience one that is off the charts!!! This experience was utterly amazing! My newfound hygienist Neveen is awesome. She was so informative as to what was going on in my mouth as to why I was in need of a deep cleaning. Also I was tremendously nervous about the whole procedure as I do not attend my dental appointments as often as I should. That is an understatement however she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. After today I will see my new hygienist Neven for my follow-up cleaning in three months with no hesitation. In addition, Dr Sahawneh diagnosed me with no cavities and sign me up for Invisalign to correct my bite as I have a gap between my two front teeth and explain why having a correct bite is super important in the Preservation of my teeth for the future. Furthermore I can’t believe how affordable the work that I had done was. I’ve often heard horror stories of very costly dental work that was done improperly. I would recommend this office to anyone Especially If you’re looking for an amazing dental staff and quality work.

Every member of the team is so warm, welcoming and professional! I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. I was an “ortho relapse”, which means I didn’t wear my retainer like a good girl when I had braces years ago, but Dr. Sahawneh and her team were fabulous. First time at this dental office and everyone was really nice. I never have any cavities so I wasn’t afraid of that but my teeth have been getting pretty stained from all the coffee and tea I drink. They suggested a deep cleaning because of plaque buildup. The hygienist named Neven came in, introduced herself, and said “you might want to take before and after pics.” I thought ok sure lady, and declined. It was completely painless and I am not even kidding my teeth are legitimately whiter! They look completely different and now I am disappointed I didn’t take her advice and take before and after pictures…. There was this visible stain in between my two front teeth that I’ve had for years and every dentist said I needed to do a round of whitening. Neven got rid of it! I honestly could use a round of whitening but I am definitely happier with my smile 🙂 The Dr Shorouq was the dentist I saw for my exam and she was really nice. I’ve been considering Invisalign for a while and she made a pretty compelling case for it. The office also has a lot of ways to make the payment more affordable!

Had an appointment for teeth cleaning with Bright Now. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in a 3-4 years so I was prepared for a deep cleaning which as many of you know who have experience this procedure is not the most painless. My appt was at 11:10 and finished by 1:10. Neven Georgey my dental hygienist spent a good hour and half making sure I was comfortable and felt no pain during the procedure. She did a fantastic job through out the entire process.
