Not all dentists are the same. My first encounter with Bright Now Dental was horrible. I even put off going back for a couple of years. I recently broke a tooth and opted to go into the newly opened office near my home. I drive by it everyday, so I knew it was there, but after my initial experience I was reluctant. Expecting the worst, I had the BEST office visit EVER. The staff was AWESOME and I even booked my 6 month cleaning before I left. Thank you to the staff at Tualatin, Oregon for making my dental nightmares go away.

Firstly, let me say that I am terrified of dentists and dental work. I was referred to this office for the surgical extraction of two wisdom teeth and one molar. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with kindness and respect by VERY knowledgeable front office staff. This continued thru the X-Ray dept, the consulting nurse and dentist, and the surgical staff. During the consultation, they answered my questions and listened to my input, agreeing to use nitrous oxide instead of IV sedation. The office manager went over every aspect of the costs involved and provided me with very affordable payment options. The actual procedure went better than I anticipated and I am extremely pleased with thier office. My wife and I are transferring ourselves and three children to this office for all of our dental needs.

It’s not often that you can find services with the quality and courteous manner in which my wife and I were given by Bright Now in Azusa. Love this office and staff!!! I took my 2 year old child and husband!!! My child was a bit scared at first and the staff was really patient and made it a pleasant experience for my son. The office staff is really organized and efficient. Had to set up a series of visits with specialists, and they walked me though the whole thing, including what my INS did and did not cover. I felt I was in good hands. Also, I felt very safe as I saw employees sanitizing the X-ray room after each time a patient left. They are taking COVID-19 seriously.

I am very afraid of the dentist. However, I was extremely pleased with Bright Now Dental in Azusa!! Very knowledgeable staff. When I walked in the girls in the front were very nice and professional. I was not sure about my insurance plan and the girls did great in helping me figure it all out! The back office staff was also great and I love the doctor! I called in and asked them if they took my insurance and how much my copay would be luckily they did it was only $10.00 compared to another place I had called in (Azusa Gentle Dentistry was going to charge me $199.00 because they said that my insurance has a big copay ) So I decided to stay with Bright now ! they scheduled me right the same day since I had a really bad toothache (wisdom tooth). They were able to take some X-Rays and prescribed me medication for the pain and inflammation which I took next door to CVS . And now I have an appointment for my wisdom tooth removal not excited about it at all , but I’m happy they were Anel to take me on the same day and give me something fife the pain thank you staff and doctors.

Best Experience I have had in a Dental office in a very long time. they made me feel at ease , Staff was very friendly and the Manager Sheila is Back and she is absolutely wonderful, she worked with me and explained the procedure to me in detail and took her time until I understood and felt confident and very importantly did not push me into to doing something I was not comfortable doing. I really appreciated that. The Doctor and the Hygienist all where very knowledgeable and gave great advice on treatment and really worked you through the procedure. I really got the feeling they cared even though we had just met and more over allowed me to come in at short notice. Thank you for that , Yes definitely they get an A++++++ from me. I hate going to the dentist. I have literally gotten out of that chair when it hurt and the dr or tech wasn’t listening. Bright Now dr and techs are brilliant and kind. Also it’s the first time in my life that a crown fit perfectly on the first try. None of that seemingly endless frizzle frazzle fitting “bite on this, grind on this stuff. Amazed. I’ll be honest I was a little doubtful of visiting this office when I read the reviews but I saw the new Visit promotion and I couldn’t resist I absolutely loved and enjoyed my visit everyone is super Friendly Alex was super funny and made me feel happy lol the dr was awesome She explained everything I needed. Just went for my 1st visit & everything was fantastic. I showed up 30 minutes late and was still able to see a dentist. They got me in the back quickly after getting the other appointments that were on time. I took a book to read. The staff was outstanding!!!! I am a bit odd Star Wars Sith, Batman, WeedHead type of woman and they still treated me like a regular ol person. The Dr., The dental assistant, the hygenist all GREAT!!!! I was looking for the most convenient Dentist Office that can make me feel complacent. I went to two other diffrent offices and i felt very scared i was not comfortable at all. There colors were dark and the ladies at the front desk were grouchy and i felt LOST … So I came across Bright Now Dental and i said well lets check it out. So I called, and the lady who answered was very nice very attentive. I made an appointment for the next day and as soon as I arrived they took care of my appointment.
