I went there to for a normal orthodontist consultation and was surprised on their service and their friendliness. I loved it so much and the the price so much that I paid in full for my braces and they started my treatment the same day. If that’s not good enough their going to start putting my braces on next week so only a few days after my first visit. I loved tit there. They are definitely the places to go!!!

I have been going to this location for close to three years now and the ladies at the reception desk are very polite and welcoming every time I have been in. Their office is clean and nicely decorated, no matter what time of the year. They clean and disinfect everything thoroughly, especially now during COVID time. They like playing 80’s music, which I enjoy so the anxiety level is less than at a regular dentist office. All the assistants that have helped me have always been very helpful and informative whenever they do their prep work and the hygienists are always nice and gentle. I especially enjoyed Kay. She made my last visit quite enjoyable.

I love that can do all my treatment in one location. They have general dentists and specialists in one place so I don’t have to go to different offices. I can get my cleanings, fillings, root canal, implant, crown, Invisalign all in one place with the doctors working together as a team. Everyone is warm and friendly. The quality of care is great and I’m really happy with the work and care I’ve received. The also have convenient hours. It’s hard not to love this place!

Brightside Dental in Farmington Hills is awesome! At the front desk Bethany is really friendly and greeted my family with a big smile. Anna is super sweet and was mindful of our comfort and needs. Her name is slipping my mind right now but the woman answering all our questions regarding finances for a few procedures my husband needs was amazing. So patient and knowledgeable. Would defiantly recommend this dentist to everyone!

They truly live their motto of pain free dentistry. Everyone in the office (I have seen many of the dentists here and hygienists) has always made it a priority that I am seen quickly and am comfortable throughout. I came to them with a mouth full of problems and my previous dentist had all but given up on saving my teeth, but everyone at Bright Side has calmly and tirelessly worked over the past three years to set things right. I moved away from Farmington but I still make the drive back here because I just don’t trust anyone else to care for me as much as the staff here does.

I have a deep fear of the dentist. Well that and costumed characters, I mean who would really subject themselves to that? I have avoided the dentist for the longest time until the world of selfies have taken over and I came to the realization that if I wanted to up my selfie game I would have to improve my smile. I decided to go to trusty google and begin my search. I made a list of a few local dentist who had decent reviews and decided I would choose based off of how they answered the phone. Yes people first impressions matter. If you’ve had a crappy day because Mcdonalds forgot your extra sweet and sour sauce or because your cat decided to pee on your favorite Victoria Secret Underwear and you answer the phone accordingly , someone may not choose you or your business. The first dentist I called the receptionist answered and I’m pretty sure her cat peed in her whole underwear drawer and I promptly hung up. The second call wasn’t much better and the third……well we won’t even waste the letters. I finally called Bright Side and let me tell you Stephanie answers the phone wonderfully and cheerfully and I decided to make the appointment. Long story short…..yeah it’s already long I know. I have had 4 appointments so far and I love this office. They make me feel comfortable every appointment and explain everything they are doing. I still have a long way to go but even now I notice a major difference. Last week I had the Zoom Whitening done and they actually hugged me when it was finished. MY MOM DOESN’T EVEN HUG ME! How can you NOT go to this place. Every time I turn my camera around and take another fabulous picture I will think of Bright Side. And every time I see a nice shiny Mustang I could have bought instead of fixing my teeth I will thank my parents.

Wow! just Wow! When they say pain free – they mean it. The staff was professional, the services direct and fast. I was in and out for both my treatments. The staff is very friendly and kind and the price was right. I am so grateful that Amanda who works mentioned her passion for the clinic she worked at and told me I should give it a try if I was looking for a new dentist. Strange to say, but I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.

I take my husband to this dentist. He loves it there. They take good care of him. They are aware of his dementia and double check with me about the things he tells them with no embarrassment . The staff is very kind and helpful. When I was frustrated with their new “paperless” system and had to answer questions I had no answers for, they took my phone and filled in the information they needed so we could continue with the scheduled appointment. Very helpful and considerate since I was more than frustrated with the task at hand. Oh, and his teeth are fine.

On August 3, 2016 I have my teeth cleaning appointment, I arrived extremely early, I told them that I was going to go and get something to drink and then come back to sign in for my appointment; I wasn’t gone but maybe 15 minutes and they called me on my cell phone and said that they could take me now. How may dental offices would do that. I like the promptness and that they don’t try and get you to do work that isn’t needed. All the staff and dentist there are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Bright Side Dental of Farmington to everyone.

Best dental office in the area. Over the past 40 years I’ve had several dentists. Some were ok, some were not good, and some were ripoffs. I changed dentists last year from a place on Grand River between Orchard Lake and Powers that was impersonal and unorganized. I got quotes from Alpine and Brightside for the same work. Alpine’s was over $18,000 and padded with BS. Brightsides’ was just under $8,000 and the work was excellent. Plus visits there were like dropping by for a visit with people who are always friendly and remember your name. They are the “Cheers” of dentists.

I had zoom whitening done prior to leaving for vacation and a mouth guard for clenching. Tara did a thorough job of explaining what I should expect with Zoom. I’m very pleased with my results and haven’t been able to stop smiling since. Khal took my impressions for my mouth guard; it was easy and not messy at all. My experience at Bright Side Dental in Farmington has been a great one. I repaired a tooth that I had chipped when I was younger and happy to say that I have received a lot of compliments on it. I was also looking to get my teeth whitened and happy to say after having zoom whitening my shade was at least 5 shades whiter. I would recommend this office to anyone!
