After moving back to Columbus, I was searching for a new dentist in the area. I couldn’t be more impressed with the care that I have received from Dr. Cheung and his staff. The front desk staff are welcoming and the office is immaculately clean. After my primary visit and follow up appointment, I would confidently recommend Dr. Cheung to anyone in the area. His hygenists were friendly, professional, knowledgable, and thorough. Following the cleaning by the hygenist, Dr. Cheung spent almost an equal amount of time examining my x-rays and discussing his observations. I felt very comfortable and it was clear that he knows his stuff. He was not pushy with respect to additional services, but I did end up requesting a bite splint. I had the fitting for the bite splint today and am beyond impressed with how precise and detail oriented Dr. Cheung was – he was not going to let me leave the chair until it fit perfectly. I am so grateful to have found this dentist and would recommend him to anyone!

Like others have said the staff here is very friendly and professional. One thing I’d like to mention is the lack of wait time here. My appointments have all been right on time with little to no wait (2-3 minutes max). This has been such a large contrast with my last two dentists where it was normal to have me waiting 30 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It’s refreshing to have a dentist office that respects your time. All of my appointments so far have been with Dr. Cheung. He is very open to questions and he is very thorough and explains everything in detail. My wife found Bright Smile Dental from Google reviews and picked it because of the high scores and I can confirm these are all well deserved. I foresee Bright Smile Dental to be my dentist from here on out.

I hate going to the dentist but I loved going to Bright Smile Dental Powell! I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and they were completely understanding. They just got straight into the reason that brought me to them. I went in for a tooth extraction and Erin helped me through the whole process, while Dr. Cheung eventually extracted my tooth. Erin was beyond nice and so was Cheyenne and Dr. Cheung. I felt very comfortable being there and like everyone genuinely cared about my well-being. This is definitely going to be mine and my family’s dentist. Cheyenne killed it on the music while I was there too!

To start off, the minute we walk into Dr. Cheung’s office we already felt welcome by the front desk. It’s my 1st time here & was referred by a good friend. I own a business with that being said I’m very observant about the environment & energy. This place definitely have it. True test is my service with Dr. Cheung & his staff. I have to say one of the best dental experience I’ve ever had & especially my son. I was nervous that my son will cry or act up. We switched so many dentist because of my son having anxiety with dentistry. We are so happy that we actually found a forever dentist that we can trust & love coming to. Both my daughter & wife come here as well. I highly recommend Dr. Cheung. He is amazing & over qualified. All the dentist I’ve ever been to in the past I felt like this one is definitely exceptional & walking out feeling confident. They have up to date technology & machines that I’ve never experienced or seen before. With my son being afraid of traditional X-ray they have a kid friendly X-Ray machine to make him feel comfortable. Bottom line they try to cater to every individual level of comfort zone. Enough said, I can go on & on. You just have to try them out once & see it for yourself. You will not be disappointed, I promised. Very happy customer….

It’s been years since I’ve been to the Dentist and like any other person i was terrified of stepping in the door and getting a lecture from the Dentist about whatever problems they would find upon the exam.  To my surprise and to my peace of mind that was hardly the case.  Doctor Cheung and his whole staff made me feel relaxed and discussed with me all the possible outcome in a calm and respectful manner.  Dr. Cheung and his staff truly cares for their patients.   I work in the medical field and it is good to see a doctor who really does care about his patients and their well being especially if you are sensitive to issues such as pain.  I give major props to my dental hygienist Jess she truly made me feel relaxed and was absolutely professional and empathetic to everything.  I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking a dentist or even a new one.

Dr, Cheung and every member of his staff need to be recognized for their outstanding patient care and professionalism. For the past 3 1/2 yrs Dr. Cheung and his staff have taken exceptional care of my family and I (and this is coming from someone who has Spent a lifetime dreading the dentist). It’s hard to find and select a qualified dentist to entrust and this is the purpose of my review. Look no further. I am a busy mom of two who relies on conveniences. Recently we moved farther away making our commute 35 min each way and finding another dentist in the area wont ever be in the cards.

Dr. Cheung is truly the best dentist I’ve encountered in 40+ years. He has a gentle touch yet incredibly precise with all the work I’ve had done (crowns, fillings, extractions, etc). And he has such an incredibly pleasant demeanor that you feel like you just made a good friend with your doctor. He and his entire staff are simply the best in central Ohio!

My experiences here have been nothing but good, calming, and comfortable. All the administration, hygienists, and both Doctor Kim and Doctor Chueng have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and warm. Before coming here I had a really bad experience with a dentist from a different office that left me with some mental trauma that made it very hard for me to go to a dentist without uncontrollable anxiety. Dr. Kim and his assistants have changed my life in this regard. I don’t fear the experience anymore and plan on coming here for years to come! Thank you, Bright Smiles for helping me regain my confidence!

What an amazing office! From scheduling (called Saturday appointment MONDAY!) To staff (seriously the nicest people ever) and finally the dentist himself! Mr Cheung was very thorough and extremely gentle for having a surgical extraction. I will forever be a patient!
