I was assigned this practice by my insurance and after reading the reviews – in particular the extremely negative one – I was a little nervous. I scheduled my appointment online, showed up at 9am and was greeted with a clean, simple waiting room and a perfectly friendly administrative assistant and the dentist herself. Going to the dentist isn’t a spa, so obviously the actual cleaning wasn’t super enjoyable but the doctor was quick and thorough. She was friendly and nice, as was the assistant hygienist. They both were professional but also we had nice little chats in between different stages of my cleaning. Everything in the room was clean and thorough and I was in and out of there in no time. I will definitely be going back because I feel that if something ever is wrong with my teeth, this doctor will make sure I receive the help I need. No frills needed.

Dr. Mkrtchyan and her staff are some of the warmest people I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office. They are so pleasant and friendly. I am also made to feel comfortable and given the information I need. They are also very efficient and exact in their procedures. I’d recommend anyone who has any discomfort or nerves about going to the dentist to see Dr.Mkrtchyan, she is a real human and very warm!

Dr. Silva is just simply amazing. I know a lot of people say that about their favorite go-to dentist, but seriously, this woman is so sweet and hands-on (literally and figuratively) when it comes to your teeth. She maintains a close connection with you on both a professional and personal level. She routinely calls to see how you’re doing, and sometimes even answers the office calls herself. I don’t think she ever takes a well-deserved break. She’s willing to see you without an appointment if you have an urgent dental emergency. There’s just something almost maternal when you’re in her hands. Not to mention, she’s honest, doesn’t beat around the bush, and her prices are completely fair. What I adore most about it all, is she is so realistic about your pain and the management you will need if a major work is done. I’ve had so many prior dentists extract teeth and send me home with mere antibiotics and a recommendation for over-the-counter Advil. She’s even readily available for any hiccups during your aftercare, and gives you home remedy suggestions that always seem to work in my experience. Give her a call, you won’t regret it.

THE BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I was so afraid of taking my nine years old son to the dentist because he was extremely, extremely, afraid of shots. This woman just did a “magic” believe me. She made my son so comfortable with what she was doing. She was very caring, very patient, and very professional person. Dr. Silva Mkrtchyan knew what she was doing with a great passion. My son and I left her office with huge smile. Thank-You Dr. Silva M. for being such a professional and great person.

I’ve been looking for a great experienced dentist for quite a while now. I finally found Dr. Silva shes close by and the most amazing dentist i could ask for. Shes hilarious, I’ve never seen anything but a smile on her face, extremely patient, and very honest which is difficult to find. The first time i came into the office i was welcomed in by the assistant and had some x-rays taken. Doctor Silva came in shortly after and gave me a full on treatment plan with many options to work around my budget. AND WHAT I LOVE MOST was that she told me we would only start on the ones that were the most important unlike other dentists who do unnecessary work just to make more money off of you!! Dr. Silva takes her time, has a nice clean modernized office and a great staff! She truly cares about her patients and that is clearly seen through her work. If you like upfront genuine people then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I just want to start by saying I am absolutely terrified of dentists and dental offices but when I couldn’t sleep because my excruciating toothache I knew I had no choice but to pay a dentist a visit. As soon as I entered the Bright and White office, I automatically felt at ease. The receptionist was friendly and walked me to the room I would be treated in and shortly after walked in the tech. The office was very clean and organized. The tech sensed that I was nervous so she made small talk with me to make me feel comfortable which was really nice of her. I have to say that Dr. Silva’s personality is one of a kind. She is sweet, honest and to the point. She tells you what needs to be done honestly and makes sure she takes care of you. She has a very upbeat attitude and jokes with you to take the pressure off. I am more than satisfied with the work she has done with me and she is a doctor I trust and would recommend family and friends to. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Silva for taking the worst pain I have ever felt in my life away and making me less fearful of doctors in general. Thank you for the positive experience, You’re seriously the best!

Dr. Silva and the staff are professional. Dr. Silva was very patient in explaining me what works are necessary and why my teeth need it. I was expecting the filling is required, but Dr. Silva showed me how filling is not good and crown is required for my specific case. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving me the financial advice. I did a tooth cleaning there, and will come back for the crown when my finance is ready.

I love this dentist! She is funny, compassionate and very competent. She takes the time to do the job right, and you get the feeling that she genuinely cares about you. I also appreciate that the office is impeccably clean, and that she takes you on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Recently visited dental office of Dr. Mkrtchyan. The reason of my visit was to do regular check up and light cleaning. All office team was very friendly, polite and professional. I felt personal touch and care while was at the office. Doctor Silva did an amazing job. What I really like about this place that is no one pushes you to do anything….like in different place everyone wants to push and sell something to you, but again not here. Appreciate all your help! You guys are awesome:)

Great dental office! I would know I have always had dental issues and I have seen at least 20 dentists in my life.  This dentist is the best. The Dr. is gentle and helpful.  I have had extensive work done here and my whole family are now patients of  Dr. Silva.   Aside from affordable and excellent care, other perks are the short wait, friendly staff, lovely office and great location with lots to see and do after my visit.

Came here because I was passing by and saw the place so I just said whatever might as well walk in to do a checkup I live in the area so its convinent to have a dentist practically down the street. So I came in, staff was really nice helped me fill out the paperwork and everything. I didnt even wait long until I was called in. Once I was called in Dr. Silva was so nice and professional, After getting my X-rays done and my cleaning she called me in again and told me all the procedures I would need to have done (my teeth are in pretty bad shape) she didnt force me or pressure me into getting the procedures done but she explained to me all the risks and literally everything from a-z. She was patient and answered all my questions. I accepted the treatment and was a put on a payment plan that worked for me. I will always come back to this place! Dr. Silva is great and so is her staff
