I had an amazing experience at Brighter Image Dentistry. Every employee was kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made the transition to a new city and a new dentist very easy! The facility was very nice and had a convenient location. The technician was amazing and gave me tips to help me with my personal dental hygiene and needs. Dr. Maddox was awesome! Cant wait to go back!

Absolute best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I do NOT enjoy going to the dentist and now that has changed. Starting with Priscilla at the front desk you could tell this is an office that really cares about their Patients. Joyce made me feel relaxed and provided the most education of ever had at a visit. It didn’t seem rehearsed but shows how much she cares. She even said “I love teeth” and it shows! Dr. Maddox took the time to explain a lot of things and answer my questions. Leaving my first visit I had to remind myself this was actually my first appointment because I felt so at home.

I went to Brighter Image to have my wisdom teeth looked at and a cleaning. The staff was so nice and friendly the entire time I was there. Priscilla at the front desk helped me figure my insurance and my dental hygienist was utterly sweet during my cleaning, as well as, taking my X-rays. Dr. Maddox was friendly and really explained everything to me at the end of the visit. I have already recommended them to my sister and my boyfriend. They are wonderful!!!

The receptionist Priscilla is waiting for me on door. Temperature screening and hand sanitizer are done as a precaution of Corona Virus. Priscilla is good and giving all the information needed. Ms. Kelly is really done great cleaning of hard strained tooth. She loves what she’s doing. Dr.Maddox appears to have good experience in reading the x-rays and diagnosing the problem. He explain the details clearly. They are giving a free hand sanitizer as a gift which smells really good. Overall, they are a good team to play with 🙂

Oh I have so much to say about Brighter Image Dentistry!! I have been a patient of Dr. Maddox for over 10 years!! When he was at Montclair Dental I was there!! First the beautifully made Mrs Priscilla has great hospitality lol from the moment you walk in and see her beautiful smile to the moment you walk out of the door, she is offering you a beverage or lip balm or something to leave with!! She is always on top of your next appointment whether it’s via text or email Or both! She always wants to make sure that whatever it’s is it’s convenient for you!! I remember a few weeks ago I told her that my husband and I would not be able to get there until 4:30 and she made it work let me remind you I think the office close at 5 but they put us first and stayed late to make sure we got what we needed!! The team and staff are so warm and welcoming also they constantly want to make sure you are comfortable they always ask “Do you want a blanket ?” Or would you like headphones to listen to while you wait?” For me that’s over and beyond the call of duty! Amazing people!! There is a saying that you are only as good as your staff ! With that being said, Dr. Maddox and all of you at Brighter image Dentistry keep doing what you are doing!! I couldn’t be happier with my experience today with Dr. Maddox and his staff. I was a first-time patient, coming in with an emergency fix needed. They happily fit me in as the last patient of the day, although I think technically they were closing.
