I recently switched to Brighter Smile and it was such a great decision! From the start, Dr. Beckerly was very helpful in designing treatment plan and made me feel at ease at every step in the process. Lisa at the front desk is very friendly and extremely helpful with the insurance process. Going to the dentist is not always everybody’s favorite thing to do, but the staff here always have good conversation make it as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend Brighter Smile!!

First time here and I’ll definitely be back. Dr Beckerly was very thorough and answered all my questions. Lisa at the front helped me figure out my insurance and was very welcoming. The hygienist Rebecca cleaned my teeth and was great. I finally found a dental office I trust!!!! Thank You Brighter Smile!!!!

I am a new patient to Brighter Smile. I have to start off by saying that I am petrified of the dentist because I’ve had extensive dental work done over the years. When I got to the office, Ziggy made me feel comfortable right away. He was very pleasant and informative. He took my X-rays and told me everything that was happening step by step. Then I met Dr. Beckerly who was very nice, gentle, and also informative about what I needed done. What I appreciated the most was that before doing anything (cleaning etc), I got her recommendations for a plan and Ziggy broke down the cost of everything up front. I can’t emphasize enough how important this is. The choice of what I have done is always mine and having all of the information ahead of time is imperative to making the best choices. I have been to another “high end ” local dentist in the fancy office and was sorely disappointed….getting costs after the fact and feeling disappointed and let down. I’m excited to finally get the dental treatments I’ve needed from caring, sensitive people. I urge anyone who is looking for a new dentist to give them a try!

Dr. Beckerly and Ziggy are very welcoming when you walk in and highly professional during the visit. Dr. Beckerly was very gentle and mindful of any sensitivity I had during the imaging and cleaning process. She was also delightfully talkative during the cleaning. I also had several questions regarding invisalign and they took considerable time reviewing the dental and financial plan, all the while showing utmost professionalism and patience with my concerns. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Highly recommend Brighter Smile with Dr. Beckerly! Fast and quality service. Front end service is excellent as well. Up to date with new technologies. Even have the option to chose the music you listen to, allowing you to feel comfortable where many people do not. Friendly atmosphere, where you’re remembered even if it’s been 6 months since you’re last visit.

I do not like getting dental novocaine shots; they’re usually awful! This practice was wonderful and patient-centered, and they are very strategic about keeping you comfortable. They use lidocaine intentionally, not just a quick smear and then horse-syringe-of-pain. The shots didn’t bother me at all; I barely felt it. Everyone there, administrative and dental, is very pleasant and supportive. My teeth look and feel good. Highly recommend

Clean facility, friendly staff. They take multiple opportunities to see if you have questions and/or are ‘okay’ while in the chair or lobby. I’m fortunate to not have dental issues beyond normal cleaning so it was nice they asked I had questions, but I hardly do. My appointment started a bit after scheduled yet I received two apologies on that. Convenient location with parking lot; however I had to circle around the small parking lot shared with other businesses and it was full for 5 minutes before I found free parking. There is pay for parking next door.

Let me start out by saying, wow! I’m 36 years old and not only have i seen alot of dentists, but I’ve caused a lot of damage to my teeth over the years. I am very impressed and satisfied with Dr. Michelle Beckerly, her staff, and her facility. Dentistry is such a difficult thing to talk nicely about, because it tends to cause pain and is very uncomfortable. However, despite the general anxiety, the noises, and the pressure i felt on my oral cavity…I’m actually not dreading my return visits with the doctor to complete my treatment plan. Dr. Beckerly is so nice, knowledgeable, caring, honest, attentive, aware, bright, calm, compassionate, confident, courteous, empathetic, friendly, gentle, humorous, patient, polite, and professional. I kind of wish that she was my dentist all along. Perhaps i would have listened and taken better care of my teeth. What an impressive dentist. Even her staff compliments her well, too. When i walked in, i met Ziggy. He and i hit things off from there very beginning. He is such a bright, positve, friendly, gregarious, polite, and professional office manager. My interaction with him had left me feeling comfortable and welcome. Afterwards, i felt like he took the time to explain everything i needed to know and ensure that i made another appointment. Ziggy is very organized, responsible, and warm. Speaking of warm and nurturing, reminds me of the dental assistant. She was so warm, understanding, tolerant, sincere, sensitive, nurturing, kind, friendly, and professional. My procedure was very involved and complicated. The assistant stayed by my side the entire time and even calmed me at the most critcal moment. She was very cooperative, dedicated, and methodical when it came to performing her job and acquiring the proper equipment. State-of-the-art equipment, by the way. Brighter Smile is conveniently located in the heart of Jefferson Park. There was ample and close parking. The facility is bright, clean, inviting, and brand new. All the equipment seemed top of the line. Dr. Beckerly even had this neat pen camera, that took pictures of my teeth and then displayed them on a large monitor on the wall directly in front of me. This way i could see exactly what the Dr. was referring to, as she pointed it out. No lie, Brighter Smile gets 5 stars with ease. There’s free Keurig coffee if you so choose and a goodie bag when you leave!

Love this place! Dr. Beckerly is absolutely wonderful, she has taken such great care of my family. My children have stopped complaining about seeing “the dentist” since we started coming here. She has great attention to detail and is very thorough. My husband and I are also super happy under her care and can’t say enough good things about this office. Great staff too, Ziggy is always helpful!

My first visit to this office so I arrived a little early so I could take care of the usual paperwork.  Filled out the forms, had X-rays taken, teeth cleaned and polished, all my questions were answered and I was out in about an hour.   Ziggy, at the desk, was pleasant and helpful.   Dr Beckerly was very friendly and calming.  She explained everything as she was working.    Highly recommend this office!

It’s not easy looking for a new dentist but I came across this place after searching, ratings etc. This is one of the reasons why I haven’t been to a dentist in a decade. Yes, it’s been that long. With that, I was thinking the worst. I got exam, x-rays and a cleaning. Turns out, I’ve kept pretty good care of my teeth since the last time and that made for a much better experience. Dr. Michelle Beckerly recently moved into this location. She was extremely polite and professional. I, like most people, don’t like to visit the dentist but she makes you feel very comfortable in a not-so-fun environment. Her assistant appeared to be still getting used to the new office and equipment but was polite, too. Zac at the front desk is wonderful as well. I hate to say I’m looking forward to my next visit but I actual feel more comfortable now. Thanks Michelle!

I honestly wish we could give this place 10 stars. The fact that we found such an amazing dentist office walking distance from our house is just such a bonus. Ziggy works the front and has such an amazing warm personality. He’s very personable and always remembers what’s going on in our lives to converse and ask. He’s a pleasure to see and talk to. Dr. Michelle Berkley is one of the sweetest and gentlest Dentist you will ever meet. She really takes the time to talk to you about what’s going on with your teeth and she’s also really great at taking the time to chat with you personally which really makes you feel comfortable. Her , her assistant, and Ziggy all feel like friends to our family. Our four-year-old daughter absolutely loves going to her and get so excited. Also Ziggy is amazing handling the insurance to make sure we maximize our benefits and everything is taken care of properly which is so nice because dealing with insurance can be such a headache and he really does his job to take care of everything for you. The office itself is brand-new, beautiful, and all of the equipment is top-of-the-line state of the art. She continues to buy dental equipment to use that as designed to make the patients much more comfortable and be much more efficient. She spares absolutely no expense to make sure that her patients have a wonderful experience in her office. Trust me when I tell you once to go to her dentist office, you will look no further.

I have been going to this Dentist for a couple years. She is great one of the things I really liked about my experience was that she was able to make a new crown in house that day. The environment is always welcoming, clean, the staff is also very friendly. I would recommend Brighter Smile to friends and coworkers.

From the moment you walk in, everyone on staff is friendly, fun, efficient, very informative, patient & kind. The office is bright & equipment is modern. My proposed treatment plan is mapped out to easily comprehend. I feel very comfortable knowing I’m in good hands. I would definitely recommend Dr. Beckerly to “my people” Thank you all!

Have been going here for years and after having been through a couple bad apples over the years, I can attest to how professional and compassionate Dr. Beckerly and her staff are. During the initial visit Dr. Beckerly will do a comprehensive eval so that you are fully aware of all that is needed or should be done to correct or prevent a further issue. The office is always very clean, relaxing, allowing for the smoothest appointment possible. Ziggy is always very nice, professional and greets you soon as you enter the office!

Dr. Beckerly and her staff are wonderful! They are all about making the best experience for their patients. Dr. Beckerly has such a uplifting personality that leaves you feeling you are in very good hands. I could’ve fallen asleep in the chair I was so comfortable durning my cleaning. They even gave me shots to numb my gums for my cleanings because of my sensitive receding gum line. I’ve never had a billing issue at this office. The front desk staff is always extremely accommodating and helpful. The Treatment Manager / Office Manager does a spectacular job at Explaining your dental benefits and how much the treatment will cost and what my out of pocket would be. Very professional and thorough. Everything was proposed on a treatment plan and not forced down my throat. This is a new office in the neighborhood that has a really nice design and modern feel. There are large plasma TV’s in the room to watch TV and listen to music while they work on the patients. They also present the digital X-rays onto the TV’s to help the patient better understand what is going on in their mouths. All in all I love this dental office and will continue to be a loyal patient! I’d highly recommend Dr. Beckerly to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

These guys are great!!! Natalie (hope I spelled it right) put me at ease and was absolutely perfect. Michelle Beckerly (dentist) was very personable and genuine, really knows her stuff and YES you can pull my teeth out if you want to! I overheard her treating a younger patient and OMG I am bringing my kids here because she was AWESOME. Big ups to Ziggy who had to fight my bootleg insurance company for the greater good of man kind. I highly recommend this team for your family’s dental needs.

Dr. Michelle Beckerly and Mr. Ziggy are amazing!!! I was a referral patient through a friend, and couldn’t be happier with my new dentist. Michelle discusses all options with you as a patient with honesty and integrity. She gives her patients the confidence to make their own educated decisions, and is not working in the best interest of the insurance company or her financial benefit, but for the wellbeing of her patients. Dr. Beckerly makes you feel comfortable, and makes sure you feel no pain. Ziggy goes out of his way to assist you through billing and payments. He even delivered my new night guard and bleaching trays to my fiancé at work in the neighborhood, so that I didn’t have to drive into the city. Yes this dentist is so wonderful, I drive from the suburbs into see her. Now if she would only move her practice to the burbs.. 🙂

I moved to the Mayfair area and needed to find a dentist I could trust. After reading Dr. Michele Beckerley’s background and experience, I gave her a try. That was 2 years ago. Everything about this practice is first rate. Dr. Beckerley’s care and treatment are excellent, the office immaculate and full of the latest equipment, and all the support staff are professional and courteous. It was a stroke of luck to find such an excellent  dentist right off the bat.

Recently switched to this dentist. Dr. Beckerly and her staff do a great job. I generally do not like going to the dentist, but I have been very pleased with the care I have received here. I like the email reminders for appointments and they also give you the option to fill out your check-in documents online before hand which saves a lot of time.
