I ended up picking this dentist due to the yelp reviews. They are as everyone says: extremely friendly, smiles everywhere, holistic thinking and extremely efficient. Their office is clean, modern and comfortable. The receptionist, Vanessa, is very friendly and takes the time to explain the specific forms, the reasons for the forms, and how my everything worked. While filling the forms out there was one other patient waiting and I was very surprised how quickly they received him and had him in the back since, they had literally just opened up 5 minutes ago. My own wait was short, a mere couple of minutes, before I was called to be seen. She explained at the very beginning what she will be doing with me and during each process (x-rays, measurements, cleaning, etc) and then talked me through each step and what she’s looking for (good or bad). My dentists in the past would do the cleaning after the exam but at Brighton Dental, they did everything prior to the doctor coming in which I really like and you would think that would be more common since you’d be “fresh and clean” for the dentist. The stff was great, even though I was  pestering her about whitening and invisalign information. She provided me with her experience, cost, and told me the pros and cons of the options. I love my invisalign and my teeth feel like new already! Dr. Woods was friendly, along with her staff, I was in their office a total of 90 minutes.  Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience and glad I went to this office!

Dr. Woods was very nice, personable, and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. She was so kind and thorough and spent a lot of time teaching me about my teeth, holistic approaches to oral health to address my cavities, and about teeth alignment. She has a compassionate demeanor and gave me a great treatment plan going forward and got me started on invisalign which I’m excited about. She was very thorough in being sure to explain all of my options, her recommendations and being patient with my questions. The entire experience at Brighton Dental is absolutely impressive! From the moment I walked in until my exit from the office, the staff and Dr. Woods made my visit incredibly comfortable and I felt safe in their care. Their facility is stunning and the technology and equipment used is state of the art. Would recommend Brighton Dental to anyone!

Dr. Woods and her staff got me in for emergency crown and stayed late just to complete my work! They communicated their process the entire time and consistently asked for my permission on things (billing and procedures as they were being done). I felt valued and respected as a client. Additionally, Dr. Woods truly strives to make dentistry a positive experience for her clients by creating a welcoming vibrant environment and careful treatment. I was so impressed, I made an appointment for my 2 year old for her first dental visit ever! That’s a big deal!

My whole family loves visiting Brighton Dental, and I can’t tell you of many people that enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Woods and her team are very thorough and attentive. From the front desk team explaining costs, to Dr. Woods taking personal time to really examine my teeth and explain to me what she was seeing, to the hygienist who was so gentle while giving me THE deepest clean I’ve ever gotten. You can tell this team cares about their patients and about providing great work. I came in for a regular cleaning and based on the high level of quality and professionalism they showed during my visit, I decided to get my crowns replaced – something I’ve gone to 3-4 dentists for quotes in the past few years – but never felt comfortable enough with a provider to pull the trigger. I’m so glad I found Dr. Woods and Brighton Dental.

Dr. Paige Woods and her team are the best! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paige for about 5 years and I would never trade Dr. Woods for another dentist and all her assistants, Michelle, Vanessa and Angelica are amazing. They are very honest and passionate about what they love most, helping people and making others happy. There’s no other like Dr. Paige and her friendly staff. They are all incredible people and really make you feel like home. Love the cleanliness of their dental office with modern, private rooms, updated equipment and pure products. I truly appreciate Dr. Paige’s holistic dentistry with mercury-free materials and pain free treatments. She’s certainly one of a kind! The clinic is very comfy and super safe during the Covid situation. They truly take their time to listen and talk to you and understand your needs. They also will never try to upsell you and are very thorough and careful treating their patients because they only look out for what is best for you. Dr. Paige is 100% genuine and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. She is honest, humble and full of heart! It really shows that Dr. Paige pours all her heart out into her work. Thank you so much for taking good care of me and my family! I definitely recommend.

There are not enough kind words for Dr. Paige Woods and her staff! From the minute I stepped in the door, I could see the lovely, friendly manner and nice relaxing waiting area.  They were very professional and thorough; and made sure to find out exactly what was going on with my teeth. I am very fearful of going to the dentist, but because they were so kind and gentle the whole time, it really was a pleasant experience (and that says a LOT coming from me!). I am just so sorry it took me so long to find Dr. Woods and her exceptional staff….5 stars?????????? if permitted how about 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you very much for your kindness.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paige Woods for three years, and she is exceptional, patient, very talented in the art of dentistry and very proficient at what she does. I would recommend her and the Brighton Dental team to anyone. I’ve been thrilled with the service and the individual attention she and her team gives and the veneers she did for me are simply amazing and were life changing. The whole team is extremely thorough and make recommendations tailored to your personal situation. The office staff is very helpful with billing and willing to work with patients on navigating insurance issues. Excellent all around. Every doctor’s office should be this way. This is the first time in my life that I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Woods truly make it a comfortable experience. They are the best!

If you are looking for your next dentist, you found it. These ladies will take you in like family, and become the best advocate for your dental care. A couple months ago I knocked out my front four teeth. I was at another emergency dentist at the time and I felt as if something was off, so I found Paige on google, and reached out to her. She immediately called me because she was how terrible the other doctor’s work was and took me in. From that moment on, Paige and her entire team were so overwhelming kind, they were attentive, and you could tell that they genuinely cared about you as a person. Also, they care about what is going into your mouth and body, offering natural options. If I had not come to Brighton I wouldn’t have teeth right now. They took me into their office and made me feel right at home, offering the best care in San Diego. Dr. Paige Woods, and the individuals in her office are angels, and you would be mistaken to take your business anywhere else.

I’ve been looking for an honest holistic dentist in San Diego for years, and am so glad I found Brighton Dental. It’s a pleasure to have gotten my oral health back on track with the help of Dr. Woods and her incredible staff – I only wish I’d seen her sooner! It was so great to learn how invisalign would be able to solve many of my current issues, which have vanished over the last year since completing my treatment. Dr. Woods and the staff are very friendly and they don’t over-sell you on things you don’t need. The office is very professionally run and everyone is friendly, attractive and so helpful.

I had a major fear and dread of dentists and have avoided dentists for years. Last week I broke a filling and was forced to seek treatment. Being referred to Dr. Woods, I was able to be seen very quickly. When I arrived for the initial visit, she went out of her way to ease my tensions. She administered the Novocain quickly and painlessly; this was very different than previous dentists I had seen. The entire staff was so kind and took such great care of me that I felt confident enough to schedule another appointment for a crown and root canal. The entire time Dr. Woods and her staff went above and beyond to treat me with compassion and reassurance. This is great quality dental care and work and will continue to see her. I strongly recommend to anyone with a fear of dentists to choose Dr. Woods. As soon as you tell her what your issues are, she is able to provide a solution for you. Don’t wait any longer; I wish I hadn’t!

Dr. Woods and the team at Brighton Dental have been amazing! The level of care and attentiveness is trulu beyond words. She always spends a lot of time with us and her prices were beyond fair.  Everyone is very friendly and they truly care about you and your treatment. They keep me informed about my progress and they make sure that I leave with a beautiful smile. It is definitely the place to come to for the best treatment and I’m extremely satisfied with my invisalign treatment. Dr. Woods and her wonderful assistant Sheila did a very good job to make sure I finished my treatment 100% satisfied and they gave me the propel device which cut the time for invisalign in half. Now I get many complemants on my beautiful smile every week.

Dr. Woods is one of the best the best dentists office I’ve ever seen. She and her team made me feel comfortable with a warm and friendly atmosphere. She took time personally to make sure I understood what was happening, unlike other dentists who just dive in and tack on extra services with little consultation. Dr. Woods and her team were professional, respectful, caring and efficient in cleaning and diagnostics, laying out options clearly and providing good advice. I’m normally pretty nervous at the dentist, but they put me at ease with holistic dental practices, pleasant aromas and natural numbing. I left feeling confident that I’d received great care, feeling like my teeth were back in great shape and with new strategies on how to keep them that way. (You know that feeling when you get new tires or brakes on your car and you realize how how much better it feels to drive in a safe car? That’s how my mouth felt)

Having my longtime dentist retire, I did my research and looked all around San Diego to find the best dentist that would be able to provide care for my dental needs. The entire Brighton Dental team is supportive, helpful and attentive. Dr. Woods has always been caring, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything to me. She has always been extremely responsive and attentive at every appointment. Her energy, and that of the staff in this office is so positive and really assured me I was being taken care of by the kindest, most professional, and best dentist in San Diego. It has taken me a lifetime to find a dentist that I can confidently visit and feel comfortable with. Don’t let the overpriced dental spas fool you like they fooled me. Go see Dr. Woods and the team at Brighton Dental. Dr. Woods is very professional and courteous. She clearly explains what you’ll need, why you need it and can even fix what other dentists have done wrong. Her entire staff treats you like a person and as a holistic dentist, also care about your total health and offer a range of suggestions and solutions that are natural, more effective and substantially less expensive than the treatments a lot of dentists will try and upsell you on. Dr. Woods has spent extra time with me making sure my teeth are in perfect condition. She is very flexible to my needs and her team know that because of the crazy traveling I do for work, my schedule is very tight. They make extra efforts to accommodate me by starting early or working through their own lunch hour, even once staying a couple hours after closing time. I have never had this kind of service anywhere before.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Paige Woods or her team – she is by far the best dentist in San Diego (I’ve been to a dozen dentists in town having grown up here) she always comes through for me. Not only is Dr. Woods an amazing dentist, she’s a wonderful person with a warm personality, and she’s very competent, knowledgeable about cosmetic and holistic dentistry approaches to oral health, and professional. She’s proactive when it comes to caring for your teeth without being overzealous – a great balance. As a bonus, she’s also extremely personable and has a great sense of humor too. I’m very happy with the work she has done for my daughter, husband and me. Her hygenist is also amazing too. They both really go the extra mile to see to your comfort and they explain everything very well. The girls at the front desk are also terrific, they are super nice and accommodating. Plus, you know that Dr. Woods truly cares about her clients, she treats them like family, and goes above and beyond – even personally calling after a main procedure and all in all she loves what she does, which is great! The last thing you want is an you don’t have an angry dentist working on you. You can rest assured that Dr. Woods genuinely care about the health of your teeth and gums vs the amount of money she can profit from you. A previous dentist wanted to get rid of most of my front teeth and replace them with crowns instead of trying to save them by working on the real issue, gum disease. It’s a big relief that I won’t have to hurt my pockets and replace most of my teeth with unnecessary crowns and to know I’m in the hands of an honest dentist. I am very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful Dentist!

Dr. Woods and all of her office staff are careful, informative and focused on a positive results. They are all very respectful of your time and your needs. She is very pleasant, honest, humble, and most importantly very up to date on her knowledge, expertise, and top of the line equipment – they’ve got a super cool new itero machine which gives 3d scans of your mouth and even shows you how Invisalign can change your smile in as little as 6 months, which is what I’m doing. You really don’t need to go anywhere else for dental work as she has everything you want there from a dental office. Overall, great experience which doesn’t happen at a dental visit always. Would highly recommend Dr. Woods and Brighton Dental.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Woods and I have always had a wonderful experience with her and her staff. Dr. Woods has always been professional, courteous and honest in her treatments and recommendations and she’s the best holistic dentist in San Diego. I feel that she listens to my needs and restrictions and is always very respectful. I’ve had a couple crowns, implants and invisalign done and everything has exceeded my expectations. Her staff is very welcoming and polite. I can’t think of many people that truly enjoy going to the dentist, but because of Dr. Woods, I am always reassured that I am in the best possible hands to care for my teeth. She is amazing!

It’s surprising to say that I had fantastic experience at the dentist office! The hygienist was especially helpful and fun to talk to, it felt like a social call where I also got my teeth cleaned. Dr. Woods was so fantastic, too, and totally blew my mind with her knowledge on how teeth impact all parts of the body and I learned all about the holistic approach to dentistry! Brighton Dental is definitely the kindest and most friendly dentist and dental office I have been to. My teeth are clean, and I won’t be avoiding my next checkup. Great experience at the front of the office and in the chair. My highest recommendation, especially if you have a bit of anxiety seeing the dentist.

Dr. Woods is truly all that you could ask for in a dentist and more. She gives you all the information you need to understand the condition of your teeth, talks through each procedure she is doing before/while she is conducting it, and most importantly – she looks at the entire situation holistically and works with you to find the best plan of action. The staff goes above and beyond to help with every aspect of your visit. I left with a treatment plan so I know what lies ahead and what my insurance will cover. I would recommend Dr. Woods and Brighton Dental to anyone looking for a Dentist and if you have one I would suggest you consider switching.

It was refreshing to make my first visit to Brighton Dental this week. The dentist and staff were very professional, caring, and were just so friendly. The office is super conveniently located in Mission Valley and it is sleek and clean inside with modern equipment. Dr. Woods was fantastic, great demeanor- calming, efficient and mindful to the apprehension and anxiety I had about visiting the dentist. I appreciated them fitting me in on short notice and I doubly appreciate all the excellent information and clarifications they gave me. Dr. Woods walked me through her observations, concerns and recommendations and her attention to detail and visual references truly helped me understand what work needed done and why. She was also very personable and fun to talk with. If you’re looking for a new dentist and just read this and the other great reviews she has on yelp – you’re done looking, Brighton Dental and Dr. Woods is the place to go.

Doctor Paige Woods is wonderful! She’s gentle and explains the procedures well so that you’re aware of what is being done and why, as well as the holistic approaches that may also be a viable alternative. I like smaller, privately run practices like this, some of the bigger dental groups I feel like sometimes have an agenda, but the feeling I got here was they truly wanted to do what’s best for you, and were not focused on how many services they could sell you on. Though you can’t really tell from the outside of the building, the office is state of the art and really comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and I felt that Dr. Woods gave me honest advice and a great oral health plan moving forward. I highly recommend Brighton Dental.

Connection is healing. I felt a great assurance of connection from Dr Woods and her staff. I went to Dr Woods because I had a crown which did not fit, and my previous dentist said “there is not enough tooth left for me to re-build your crown.”  Dr. Woods was very positive my crown could be rebuilt even with a cavity under it. I walked in with a lot of anxiety which is common for me.  I was quickly relaxed and assured by Dr. Woods positive and joyful approach to her work.  I was even more amazed by how a very skillful Dr. Woods and her dental assistant removed my zirconium crown in only about 5 minutes!  Dr Woods and her assistant were both very attentive, assuring, helpful and supportive during and after my procedures. I left Dr Woods office feeling more whole and proud I made the right choice.  I have had no pain from the beginning, Thank you Dr Paige Woods and staff for a very connected and meaningful experience!  I highly recommend you and look forward to seeing you all again.
