I can’t say how happy I am to have found Dr. Briglia! No other dentist that I have ever been to has taken such care in making sure that there is zero pain and discomfort. He really cares about making your visit to the dentist pain-free and comfortable and for the first time ever, I actually don’t mind when I have to go to the dentist (instead of dreading or procrastinating it like I used to)! He is super friendly and nice and he also cares very much about the quality of work that he does, unlike a lot of other dentists that just want to shuffle you in and out and get the job done as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next patient (with quality not being a factor for them). His office staff is very nice and friendly, too. They are great at scheduling appointments because I am always seen right away or within a few minutes of my appointment time, unlike other dentists that I have been to that are usually running very late and have kept me waiting long past my appointment time. I have already highly recommended Dr. Briglia to my family and friends, and I am not someone who usually recommends anything, but I have been so pleased with my visits to Dr. Briglia’s office that I have been confidently recommending Dr. Briglia, knowing that I am recommending my loved ones to someone who really cares about the patient, their comfort, and quality work.

Dr. Briglia and his staff provide excellent care. They are compassionate and listen to your needs, fears, and concerns to make sure you have the best possible experience. They are also very thorough but gentle; so for people who need good dental care but find it stressful, this is the practice you need to visit!

The moment you enter this practice you are warmly welcomed. The staff are so friendly and it really makes you feel at ease. Ella and Dr. Briglia are amazing. They are genuine when talking with you and do a great job of explaining exactly what they’re doing. I highly recommend going to this practice if your shopping for a dentist!

I didn’t have cavities growing up – as an adult who drinks tons of coffee and no longer great about brushing and flossing once a day let alone twice a day – I kept skipping around to dentist – never really loving any of them enough to be loyal – but they all were warning me about some tooth decay – by the time I saw Dr. Briglia I was up to needing four fillings – I was still hesitant – the cleaning was fantastic – gentle and effective – I let some time pass and then decided to take care of myself before I regretted it – Dr. Briglia was able to squeeze me in quickly over lunch – he and his assistant Dale filled all four fillings in the same appt. without having to numb me – they used air pressure to remove the decay – and they were both equally wanting to make sure that my bite was 100% accurate after the fillings and no parts were too high – I left feeling great!  Awesome teamwork!  Dr. Briglia is highly skilled! The office is clean and nice.

I have been going to Dr. Ron for 3 years, and now my husband and son have joined the practice as well. I am continually impressed with everyone in the office from the reception you receive to the cleanings and/or treatments. Dr. Briglia and his staff are the BEST! In the past I have had traumatic, painful, and unresolved dental issues that I was only able to manage because of Dr. Briglia. His office staff are sweet to the core and know you by first name. The hygienists are wonderful and gentle, knowledgeable and informative. I came to Dr. Ron in need of some major dental work and was interested in his practice because of the sedation work he offered. I’m so lucky to have found him! I’ve stayed with him because he is thorough, knows his patients well, offers sedation services when needed, and maintains a high-tech office with first-class staff. He is a perfectionist who offers top-tier care while working with financial restraints and insurance. During my sedation appointments, Dr. Briglia makes sure that I am calm and relaxed before the sedation process or IV even starts. When I wake up from the process, Dr. Ron is right there to make sure any pain is managed. He gives a personal call to follow up and is set on making sure I am okay and his work is perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Briglia and the Briglia Dental Group to anyone seeking a local dentist, a personalized experience, available sedation appointments, top-notch care, and perfect work in a pain-free, kind, accommodating, and high-tech environment.

I had tooth pain late in the evening on 12/12/14 and, being relatively new to the area, decided to google Best Dentists in West Chester, PA for a referral. After reading numerous outstanding reviews of Ron Briglia, D.M.D., I decided he was my top choice and so contacted Dr. Briglia by email at 11:30 p.m. hoping he might still be available. Imagine my relief when he responded at 12:30 a.m. on 12/13 saying he would make time for me in the afternoon. Wow! Dr. Briglia put his needs of rest and family above my own and made time for a complete stranger. During my visit, he and Geri, his very capable assistant, proceeded to care for me like family. As I entered Dr. Briglia’s well-appointed office, he immediately put me at ease by engaging in friendly, casual conversation. Then I completed a couple of short forms, and Geri took some x-rays. The process was very low-key, unhurried, and accommodating. After reviewing my x-rays and examining my teeth, Dr. Briglia clearly explained in a forthright manner my options for treating my periodontal issues. I was grateful for his expertise in explaining my options and was willing to get the work done immediately to remedy my pain. Dr. Briglia performed the procedure in a meticulous, flawless, and painless manner with the aid of a numbing agent. Furthermore, I respect and appreciate Dr. Briglia’s professional opinion and any medical provider who consults with me on the very best preventive care/treatment plan for my condition. Also, I would hope any medical provider would respect whatever decision I made to pursue treatment options, just as Dr. Briglia does. I am very grateful to Dr. Briglia for his selfless concern and help and because he cares as much about my dental health as I do. Many thanks, Dr. Briglia!

About 15 years ago we discovered Dr. Briglia when we moved to West Chester.  My husband and I, along with our three young children, actually enjoyed going to the dentist.  Dr. Briglia was so kind and most importantly competent that we were confident our dental health was in good hands.  When we moved out of the state, we were disappointed to be leaving Dr. Briglia’s practice and apprehensive about finding a new dentist.  Recently we moved back to West Chester and we were thrilled to discovered the Dr. Briglia was still practicing and still had room for new patients.  Everyone in his practice is so caring and compassionate and we feel that they all strives for excellence.  I would recommend Dr. Briglia to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr Briglia and his staff are fantastic.  They are all very friendly and accommodating.  I recently had an issue with a chipped tooth, on a Saturday (nothing major).  I called them and left a message.  They called me back in 10 minutes and told me I could come in immediately (This was not a true emergency, just a chipped tooth).  They took me in and Dr Briglia did some quick magic and I was good as new.  He and his staff are truly concerned with your comfort and always do everything they can to make your experience as comfortable as possible.  My wife and her whole family have been going there for almost 20 years.  Now I know why.

This practice is wonderful. I had a wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Lynne, the hygienist is amazing. She is very kind, thorough with cleaning, and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Briglia is wonderful. I did not feel rushed during appointment and he took the time to answer all my questions. I absolutely trust him to make the best recommendations for my dental care. And, cannot forget the front office. Karen is lovely and very conscientious of patient questions and needs.
