I went to Dr. Begino after having a terrible experience with a Dentist so I was somewhat resistant to the idea of having someone inspect my teeth again. He was patient, understanding and really explained the issues I was struggling with. I like that he and his staff are bilingual and are affordable. I feel like I am being taken care of and would recommend Bristol Family Dental Center to my family including my grandmother.

Excelente service,I’m so glad of found this place to take care of my daughters teeth…se habla español y me siento confortable que sean bilingües,una atmósfera muy profesional y muy respetuosa…las instalaciones están limpias más importante los Doctores contestaron mis preguntas y demás personal muy atentas …al llegar a la recepción me atendieron muy cordialmente y rápido además son muy flexibles en cuanto a las citas también se adaptan fácilmente a mi horario.

I’m very happy to have found this kind & caring dentist for my son.  as a mother, my utmost concern is that my child feels safe and comfortable during any type of medical exam.  i can honestly say that both dr. begino & his entire staff were excellent.  my first impression of this office was via roxanna on the phone.  she was extremely courteous and thorough in explaining everything to me. i asked her lots of questions, and she patiently answered each one. when she put me on hold, she was very kind about it, and i never felt like i was being rushed the dental assistant who did the xrays actually made it fun for my son.  i heard lots of questions & laughter while he was getting them done.  the hygienist who did his cleaning was great and even happily changed the flavor of the polish when my son said the first one was “funny”  🙂 the office manager went over my billing in a friendly manner, and explained what my options were.  because this dentist is well known for his calm & professional chair-side demeanor, he can be booked around 3-4 weeks in advance. he is worth the wait. if the word dentist gives you goosebumps, i encourage you to try this office out.  i think that you will be pleasantly surprised as i was.  my son actually asked when he could see them again.

I had an incident at a restaurant where I bit into a bone that shouldn’t have been in there. I came in with terrible pain and they said I would have to wait. The office staff was very kind and warm. Very clean and smells good. From the outside you may be questioning if This is a reputable place because it is in a rough part of town and the sign is a little outdated. Don’t judge a book by its cover!  This place is a place you want to go if you are in desperate need of dental care. They sent me to see the dentist and he was very gentle and kind. I am a very good judge of character and been to many dentists. This dentist cares about people and doesn’t just want your money. He wants you to be healthy, love your smile and pain free!  Please give Bristol Family Dentistry a chance. You won’t be disappointed!!!!  One other thing I will mention is that they take children and adults so you can get all of your appointments done in one stop. I didn’t hear any crying from the children that were there and they seemed very good with them. Again. Bring your family in and give them a chance… by the way they accept Denti-cal!!!!!
