Dr. Nam and the hygienist I worked with are great. We got a great deal in the mail for new patients and since I don’t have dental insurance, it actually made going to the dentist affordable. They were very thorough, educated me well on my teeth and gum health, and provided me with several options to do at home and for return visits that would be affordable for a broke grad student. I will definitely return and would recommend.

I just had a fantastic experience seeing Dr. Nam and Broad Ripple Family Dental. I usually have a lot of anxiety about seeing the dentist, but I had a tooth that was bothering me so it was time to go. They got me in for a cleaning and repaired a filling that came out in a very timely manner. The experience and staff really made me feel comfortable and made sure the whole process was as painless as possible. If it’s been a while since you seen a dentist and you want to go to a practice that really cares about their patients I really recommend Broad Ripple Family Dental.

Nova was very thorough-love the feeling of clean teeth! She also gave me good suggestions about ways to improve my dental health. Dr. Nam is very knowledgable and willing to offer options before more involved procedures. Toni is such a great receptionist-competent and welcoming. I had a dental emergency, and with the current situation was unsure if I would even be able to get in to see Dr. Nam. However, within hours of calling the office (the phone was answered by Dr. Nam herself, who was already there, seeing another patient who had an emergency) I was in the chair, being seen by Dr. Nam. Unfortunately, she had to refer me to see a specialist, but it has all been set up and my appointment is for Monday. I appreciate the prompt emergency appointment, and taking care of seeing that all of the referrals, x-rays, etc. were forwarded for my appointment on Monday. Thank you Dr. Nam for seeing me on such short notice and for taking care of all of the details. I highly recommend BR Family Dental!

Ok let me start by saying if you are one that may be nervous, scared, or even like me petrified of the dentist, than this is the place for you to go. The staff here is nothing but smiles and the atmosphere is always uplifting. Let’s talk procedures. I recently had 4 cavities filled (one HUGE being a possible root canal) and from the start, the numbing process was by far the easiest and most painless method I’ve experienced. The doctor has a way of shaking the area so you feel no pain whatsoever. I barely knew the procedure was happening and before I knew it I was set to go! Oh yeah she salvaged my tooth with the massive cavity and filled to be like new! Thanks Broad Ripple Family Dental 🙂

I usually hate the dentist. I had actually avoided going (before my latest appointment) for 8 years because I have such a big fear of getting my teeth cleaned and having things go into my mouth! However, I had such a lovely experience with Broad Ripple Family Dental that I’ve already scheduled my next 6 month teeth cleaning! I highly recommend anyone going here if they have a fear like me. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, everyone was incredibly patient with me and answered all my questions, and I enjoyed the conversations I got to have. Broad Ripple Family Dental is amazing and I intend on being a regular patient here 🙂

Called up and was able to get in as a same day appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and explained everything carefully. Usually the dentist isn’t something I feel compelled to rate but Dr. Nam and her staff, and especially the hygienist Dana really made me feel comfortable and confident that they wanted what was best for my teeth. I am so happy to have found Broad Ripple Family Dental. Dr Nam is the best and most personable Dentist/Doctor I have ever had in my entire life. The staff is so warm, helpful and friendly. I started services there in 2018 and will never go to another dental office. My adult son and my daughter are now patients there and they love it as well.

Dr. Nam and all her staff are wonderful! If you are concerning about going to the dentist during the Covid-19 pandemic don’t be! She and all her staff are fully prepared from taking temperatures and using pre-wrapped pens when you fill out paperwork, to being fully gowned and masked in complete PPE . Their new office is state of the art. Highest recommendation!

Wonderful staff and facility. I felt safe and comfortable my entire visit. I appreciated the doctor and hygienists explaining the procedures and the exam results so I had a good understanding of my situation. They were very kind and considerate of the work needed to be done and using my insurance policy effectively to benefit me the most. Excellent experience and I definitely recommend them!
