My son got his braces off today!! His teeth look amazing!! From the beginning , the consultation to today, I can’t say enough about the staff !! They always have smile on their faces , even during Covid, they were up neat, professional, kind and caring!! They make you feel welcome. My youngest also just got his new set of braces !! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They are amazing and so amazing work!! Dr. Neil is awesome and very pleasant !! You can tell the staff are happy to work with him, not for him!! Great team!! She was nervous about getting her x-rays at first, but Rebecca helped to calm her down & made it a fun experience. Initial consultation took me 30 minutes from the point my appointment was scheduled to when the doctor came in with the results of my free teeth X-rays to explain what my options for treatment were. I paid 3,600 for my braces with a $300 down payment. They have beeen responsive by phone after the braces went on. I can’t complain at all with their services.

I am pleased with this Orthodontist location because they are very prompt with appointments. It’s never a long wait. The staff is kind and willing to fix misunderstandings quickly.
