I visited them over the past 8 years for my own need and they did an excellent job. Everyone in the office are so great and treat everyone so nicely. I had Invisalign done from them along with multiple cavity filled for which I received nothing but great care from them. Dr. Salierno and Dr. Thomas are both equally brilliant in their service. The wait time is less than 5 minutes on average.

This was my first time today at Broad Hollow Dentistry I would recommend everyone to go there. Dr. Thomas is beyond phenomenal. She took the time and discussed the treatment for today and also fixed the issue I was having for the time being. The staff there is also fantastic. They were very helpful and answered any concerns I had. Again I will be going back and I look forward to working with Dr Thomas and the staff at Broad Hollow Dentistry. Thank you

I have been going to Broadhollow for over four years now, and have had nothing but great service every time I have been in their care. Dr. Salierno and Dr. Thomas run a professional and delightful practice. It is evident that all employees work well with one another and enjoy each other’s company; these days that can be seen as a rarity. My hygienist, Donna, is amazing, and shows such compassion as she completes my dental work– always making sure I am not in the least bit of discomfort. The office is clean as a whistle, and having the ability to watch TV as your work is done is just a true added bonus! I would highly recommend Broadhollow to anyone in search of a new dentist!

I write this review as a patient of Dr. Erin Thomas. I am a board certified physician who was in need of long overdue restorations. Most important to me was a chipped upper front tooth as I, also, play French Horn professionally. I was afraid, for decades, of having this chip restored for fear of adverse effects on my performing. However, I decided to let Dr. Thomas repair the chip. She was successful! In fact, a respected musician commented that I must have a great dentist since my playing is “wow” better. My other restorations (crowns) were noted to be excellent by a board certified periodontist. I am pleased to be able to write this review. Thank you, Dr. Thomas.

I recommend Broadhollow Dentistry at any chance I get and will continue to do so! You’ll see why below! I was always super scared of the dentist, to the point where I avoided going for 5 years. When I finally went back to my dentist, he said I needed a filling and proceeded to do it right away. I should’ve known better than to trust him, but I was young and stupid. When I got home, I was in such horrible pain, to the point of tears. I couldn’t sleep the entire night! A friend stopped by and recommended I call Broadhollow Dentistry to see if there was anything they could do. I called after-hours on a Friday night without having ever been there before. Within 30 minutes, someone from the office called me to schedule an appointment for the next morning! I was there bright and early and so was Dr. Thomas and Maria. Even though I was a brand new patient, they did anything possible to fit me in to their schedule and help me. I was in so much pain but they did anything to make me laugh through (what ended up being) a root canal. I was told what was going on every step of the way, shown x-rays and felt comfortable and calm. I was able to watch reality television (my favorite) throughout procedures/visits and always left smiling! The office is professional and I am never left waiting for my appointment. They are truly the best!

So happy I went to Broadhollow. I had a severe toothache and could not get in before the office closed for the day. Dr. Thomas and her staff waited for me and extracted my tooth. I felt no pain and did not feel rushed. I was very impressed that I even received a phone call hours later to see how I was feeling. The customer service and care received is beyond great !

I have had the pleasure of visiting Broadhollow Dentistry on more than 10 occasions for general dental checkups, cleanings and several fillings. The staff is very professional and the office is beautiful and spotless (the first thing I always notice). My waiting time has never been more than two minutes; sometimes I don’t have time to take off my jacket before I am called in to see one of the doctors. Dr.Thomas and Dr. Salierno are both wonderful. They listened to my concerns and have treated any issues that I have mentioned. There was NO PAIN with the fillings – during the procedure and after.

Fantastic dentist. My wife and I both go to this practice. I see Dr. Thomas and my wife Dr. Salerno. Both are awesome!! Staff is and hygienist are great!! They are honest, fair and also take and bill our insurance plans for us. I have had multiple cavities and food pockets fixed. They are always fixed accordingly with not a lot of pain during and after the procedure. Highly Recommend!!

I just started going here earlier this year and have had nothing but stellar service. The office is immaculate and everyone there are true professionals and extremely friendly. My wife and children have started going as well and feel the same way. I never write reviews but felt they were more than deserving of a 5 star rating. I have been going to Broadhollow Dentistry since it opened a few years back and I couldn’t be happier! Prior to going here I had missed cavities which were quickly addressed after X-rays, a good cleaning from the hygienist and a check from Dr. Thomas. After fill ins and check ups every six months as recommended my teeth haven’t been better! The staff is super friendly at the front desk while scheduling, the hygienists always make sure you are as comfortable as possible and both Dr. Thomas and Dr. Salerno are overly efficient and don’t let any issues slip by! In addition to the outstanding customer service the office is impeccable which makes the visit all the more pleasant! I have referred many people over the years and no one is disappointed! 5 stars for sure!
