I just came from my appointment with Crystal for teeth cleaning. She is more than professional, she is caring and fun to be around. Her hubby Dr. Jackson checked my teeth and mouth after cleaning and he was almost as lovely as Crystal. I have nothing but praise for everyone I have encountered at Bluff Family Dentistry, from the front office people to the exceptional Crystal.

My family and I have been going to Broadway for 6ish years now, I believe. They are wonderful people. They treat us all so well and are always extremely personable when we see them. They are great at what they do and make sure to keep our dental health in tip top shape. I adore all the staff but I have to give a shout out to Dani! I look forward to seeing her everytime! I don’t understand how it’s possible to have such a great conversation while you’re getting your teeth examined/cleaned but we sure manage to do it every time! Going to the dentist is generally something people don’t look forward to but Broadway has surely changed our minds!

I had a terrible experience at another dentist in Council Bluffs. Came to Broadway Family & Cosmetic Dentistry they were wonderful. I was very happy that to do the work on my teeth they got them numb. Most other dentist go ahead whether you are numb or in pain. Without pain it was easier to sit in the chair and let them do what they needed to do. Thank you I highly recommend this office.

I have been at the same dentist for more than 20 years, since he retired I was forced to find a new one. Thankfully, I ran into my hygienist at the gym and she referred me to Dr. Jackson’s clinic, Broadway Family, they treat you like family. May very well have been the best dental experience I’ve ever had! If not, it was definitely the best I’ve had in at least a decade. I’ve moved all over the country and had plenty of decent and even a couple of great dentists in the past, but this group easily soared up to the top of the list with the great ones. The staff were all pleasant; the hygienist was gentle, thorough, and described everything she was doing so there was no pain or any surprises; and the painless dental exam was the most complete I’ve ever had and left me feeling I was in very capable hands for any future concerns. Ok, so I don’t usually give shout outs to businesses, but I have to today. PROPS to Dr. Cary Jackson and his team for the best dental work I have ever had. I categorize myself as a high and I do mean HIGH anxiety patient at the dentist that I demand nitrous oxide gas before the numbing. Dr. Jackson does not use that and I was literally terrified to go get a filling put in and my teeth cleaned. He was so gentle and used the top of the line equipment that when he said, “I’m done, now sit and wait until it numbs.” I was confused. I was thinking, “this is not going to work because I didn’t feel anything. I’ll have to dread asking for more numbing solution.” When he came back, the whole area was numb! It was THE BEST, HANDS DOWN dental experience I have ever had in my whole 34 years of living. I will recommend him to all my FB friends, family and even to people I just meet! Thank you Dr. Cary Jackson and his Broadway Cosmetic and Family Dentistry team! Also, thank you to Crystal Jackson for the cleaning! It was also a great experience! Next time, I’m gonna have to buy one of those sonicare tooth brushes!

Been going to Dr. Jackson for a few years now. He and his staff have always been great to work with. I’ve also needed to get in for emergency issues (i.e. chipping your tooth on the vacuum) and the always make sure I can get in within a day or so. UPDATE: had another emergency losing a filling and Dr. Jackson had me in and the tooth fixed within a day. Very thankful for their quick turnaround.

Awesome staff and doctor (Dr. Jackson). I had an emergency with a cracked tooth right before leaving on vacation. They got me in and put a temporary Crown on till I return. I am not a fan of dentists. In fact I told Dr. Jackson I didn’t like him the first time we met, just because I get such anxiety from going. But the 5 star rating isn’t enough for them, I will never find another office for my family.
