Dr Bronsky is a miracle worker !!!! Look no further he is the best ! Nobody leaves his office without a perfect smile . Just look at the before and after below of our son. I came to Dr. Bronsky at age 27 with major concerns about my smile and overall appearance. Dr. Bronsky was the linchpin to my deciding to have jaw surgery combined with orthodontic treatment because of all the doctors I visited, he laid out the facts in the most sensible way possible, and my family and I trusted him. My treatment included 15 months of braces with Dr. Bronsky pre-surgery and 6 months post-surgery. In the end, my smile and overall appearance DRAMATICALLY improved, and the surgery was a huge success! When I visited my dentist after surgery, he said that what Dr. Bronsky and my jaw surgeon did for me was “nothing short of a miracle.” During this process, some of my family and friends gave me an extremely hard time about my decision to the have the surgery. They thought it was too invasive and that I didn’t need it. Leading up to the surgery, my family and I requested several additional consults with Dr. Bronsky to go over the details of the surgery and its possible risks. Every time we needed him, Dr. Bronsky made himself available to patiently listen to our concerns and thoroughly inform us of the facts. I highly recommend anyone who may require braces for any reason to see Dr. Bronsky. He will provide any patient with the best possible advice and treatment because of his talent, experience, and judgment. Also, the super friendly scheduling staff and highly attentive and talented dental assistants always make going to Dr. Bronsky’s office a great experience!

Dr. Bronsky and his team are amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bronsky, Dr. Equinda, and Dr. Matos throughout my Invisalign treatment. All three doctors were so kind and passionate about what they do. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments as they took the time to explain the next steps and answer all of my questions. The dental assistants were very attentive and professional, and the ladies at the front desk were always gracious. I cannot thank Dr. Bronsky and his team enough for the care they took in correcting my teeth. I love my new smile! I highly recommend to anyone searching for a top-notch orthodontist.

BRONSKY ORTHODONTICS! My absolute favorite appointment to attend. I cannot stress enough how much Dr.Bronsky & his staff have helped me. I had a gap in my front two teeth that have been driving me nuts for years. Invisalign was a good option for me and Dr.Bronsky’s staff came up with a more than satisfying payment plan for me. That was the first good sign I got when first visiting Bronsky Orthodontics. Next, I decided MID Invisalign treatment I wanted to eliminate attachments. Most orthodontists would say its impossible to switch the entire course of treatment mid way, but not Dr.Bronsky. Dr.Bronsky takes the time to LISTEN to all needs, concerns, and answers every question to the fullest. His staff is so amazing that I have been brought to happy tears with hearing some of their tips and tools to help my Invisalign process go smoother. Anything from appointment booking to how to handle the discomfort aligners sometimes can give patients-his staff goes over and above. Appointment bookings are easy and friendly, their office is also open so early that I can even call around 8 AM some days and get a response. IF YOUR CHILD NEEDS BRACES, INVISALIGN, ETC.,  BRONSKY is the place for them. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is!

To prospective patients (and their parents), please read! I’m not big on writing reviews, but I know how stressful deciding on an ortho and treatment plan can be, so I really hope that my experience can help someone else find the right care provider. In summary: If you’re researching orthodontists in the tristate area, seeking quality care (and results), you absolutely need to meet with Dr. Bronsky! I cannot recommend him and his office enough. Why you should trust me: As a surgical (TMJ) patient embarking on a daunting adult orthodontic journey, I did the homework on my options. I previously had braces as a teenager, and stakes were much higher the second time around; I needed an ortho that would collaborate with my surgeon to achieve perfect results (context: a successful jaw surgery requires extra precision, detail orientation, nuance). I needed best-in-class, while also being mindful to spend $$ wisely. I thoroughly researched orthodontists in the tristate area and had consultations with quite a few. Meeting with Dr. Bronsky’s office made the decision easy — I knew that I would be in the best hands if I started treatment under his care. (Spoiler: I was right) Why I chose Bronsky: Even in initial consultation, he was considerably more detail oriented and thoughtful in his suggested approach than the other doctors I met with. The man is thorough. A humble orthodontic rock star. The qualitative stuff: He doesn’t sugar coat*, but his ‘bedside manner’ is absolutely delightful. He is as charming as he is talented, an excellent choice for patients of any age. He’s funny, personable, and down-to-earth, totally simpatico with kids and adults. It’s nearly impossible not to like the guy. His demeanor makes every visit enjoyable. *This is really important! An orthodontic journey is, by nature, going to be full of unappealing news. Bronsky is straightforward, but knows how to deliver the tough stuff in the right way. His staff is just as delightful. I found a lot of comfort in the sense of community in his office. They’re smart, hardworking, lovely people that seem really, truly, invested in all of their patients. I’m very sensitive when it comes to pokes and prods… But every technician I’ve worked with at Bronsky’s office has been highly competent, mindful of my comfort, and just a pleasure to work with all around. The Bronsky Orthodontics office is *chill* — a far cry from your run-of-the-mill, somewhat-unsettling, marginally depressing, ortho/dental office. This isn’t something I factored into deciding on an ortho, but, looking back at all the hours I’ve spent there, I do think it is important. The care that his team puts into the atmosphere is a reflection of their dedication to patient experience/satisfaction. Cost of treatment: Pricing was completely transparent up front. In the 3yrs I worked with Bronsky’s team, there has not been one unanticipated cost based on the initial consultation, despite how finicky my case was. Pricing was in the same range as other qualified orthos in Manhattan, but the quality of care I received was unquestionably worth every penny. In the end: Bronsky is a perfectionist, a realist, and also a ray of sunshine. I can’t really think of a better set of qualities for the person entrusted to work on your mouth bones for lifelong results. Working with him has actually made this big scary getting-braces-having-surgery-as-an-adult ordeal a positive life experience. At the end of a 3yr journey, after a successful surgery (thanks to Bronsky’s outstanding work), I now have an absolutely perfect smile, and no TMJ symptoms. The results speak for themselves!! All that attention to detail, investment of time and energy really paid off. Note to parents: If you send your kids to Dr. Bronsky, I would suggest sending them to a normal dentist… or you’ll probably spoil them.** **Or do what I did: switch to Bronsky’s dental colleague… She’s also amazing. Now, I don’t really mind going to the dentist, either. 6 of 5 stars. I highly recommend Bronsky Orthodontics!

Dr. Bronsky is to orthodontics what Bach is to the Cornelius-styled Three Bs of classical music. A talented practitioner with great bedside manner and an excellent grasp of your work, lifestyle and interests. A slim yet well-rounded physician. The doctor is complemented by two associates–the m&m’s–Drs. Matos and Moon–both quite proficient, even if they are yet to develop the gravitas of their senior partner in crime. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with the rare exception. And with two locations–Tribeca and the UES–you have some flexibility with your appointments. His services come at a premium (five figures!). But you cannot find better braces to help correct your bite, or a better doctor to fix your irregular incisors, crowded canines and misaligned molars. So don’t wait to get your appointment for a new patient consultation with Dr. Bronsky. And don’t forget to bring a hefty retainer. You will likely get two pairs in return, as your treatment draws to a conclusion after a couple of years of professional care rendered by Dr. Bronsky and his deservedly flourishing practice.

I don’t believe that anyone should select an orthodontist based on yelp. However, if you are looking at yelp and you are looking up Bronsky Orthodontics, you have found a superb office where you can be sure that you will have excellent work done. Getting braces as an adult due to a problem with my bite that had gotten worse over the years and was really starting to change the appearance of my teeth too, I carefully researched and then saw a number of orthodontists before I selected Dr. Bronsky. While wearing braces has not been any fun, Dr. Bronsky has made the whole experience worthwhile. I have never regretted my choice. Dr. Bronsky is the best orthodontist anyone could possibly have! Really!! When I write in praise of Dr. Bronsky, it is true that he has a lovely personality, great knowledge of what he is doing, a real perfectionist streak that will make sure that your mouth will be the best that it can be, and any other good traits you could possibly want in an orthodontist, he is not alone. The impeccable standards in Bronsky Orthodontics are consistent throughout the office. Duda, Dr. Bronsky’s assistant, is the perfect partner for Dr. Bronsky. She is fabulous in every way and has really helped me with her great skill and compassion. Just like Dr. Bronsky, she is fantastic at what she does. The very few times that I have not seen Dr. Bronsky or Duda, I have always had someone see me who was also highly skilled. Dr. Pompei is clearly a superior orthodontist that anyone would be lucky to have as their doctor. Everyone in the office is wonderful. As for the front desk, the staff who checks you in, makes appointments, and keeps the office running like clockwork, they are all just lovely. Everyone of them is so nice, patient, and does everything that can be done to help you as soon as you walk through the door. Whenever I talk to one of the women at the front desk, she immediately becomes my favorite. That is true no matter who I speak to. While this is a very busy office, the front desk is great at finding ways for you to get an appointment that will work with your schedule. However, if you want a bargain basement place to have your orthodontia work done or a rush job that will only superficially fix any problem that you might have, this is not the office you should go to. If you want a place for truly superior orthodontic work done with excellent doctors, dental assistants, and an efficient, lovely staff–this is the ideal place to be. The only warning I have is that if you have a sweet tooth, you should avoid the delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies always welcoming everyone at the front desk that Dr. Bronsky’s wife bakes from scratch.

My daughter has been treated at Bronsky Orthodontics for the past two years and I have to say that this practice is the very top of the top notch.  From the moment we enter till the moment we leave, the experience is really enjoyable, not the least of which because the office itself has a terrific vibe; Dr. Bronsky is a music lover and he displays his passion for it with photographs of legendary performers throughout with the tunes to go along with them. The staff is always warm, welcoming and efficient — we’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for our appointment. The doctors are first-rate — highly skilled, friendly and gentle. They take the time to make sure everything is done to perfection and the results are a testament to that. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a fantastic smile. It’s totally worth it…

As both a patient and parent of a patient, I have to say Dr. Bronsky, Dr. Matos, and their entire staff have been truly wonderful to work with.  As an adult who never had braces to get them at 35 years old is not an easy decision to make, but after meeting with Dr. Bronsky, I knew I was in good hands and after 2 years, my teeth now look perfect!  My daughter is also a patient there and she is beyond excited to be getting her braces on next month.  I’m excited for her too since I know what the results will be.  AMAZING.  Thank you Bronsky Orthodontics!

Excellent office! We switched to Dr. Bronsky after few years with another orthodontist, and I’m glad we did. Dr. Bronsky took the time to study my son’s case in depth, explained the treatment options in detail and put me at ease as to what should be done next. In addition to Dr. Bronsky himself, who was exceptional, everyone else in the office made me feel my son’s case was not just another case. When you call, everyone on the phone knows exactly at what stage the treatment is and what will happen in the next appointment. A very professional, organized, beautiful and friendly office! I’d like to also mention Regina, the treatment coordinator, who was super nice and helpful in making sure all my questions were answered (and I had many)! If you are starting braces or have any issues with your orthodontist and need a second opinion, definitely go to Dr. Bronsky. You won’t regret it! My eldest son’s smile came out gorgeous. Years later, I called the office to ask questions about my youngest son’s dental treatment options. Dr. Bronsky and Regina again went out of their way to explain the options and made me feel that I knew what’s the best course of treatment for him. I don’t think you can get a more trustworthy office than that!

As a man in his mid 60’s I made a big decision. I decided to do what I should have done 50 years ago. I decided to straighten my teeth and improve my health. My dentist recommended Dr. Bronsky. I’m glad he did. After 2 years of treatment, I now have a new look. I feel better about my smile and feel a lot healthier all around. It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t fun but it was worth it. Dr. Bronsky and his staff are professional and understanding people. His dental associates are first rate. The office is comfortable and organized. Looking back, I’m very satisfied with the decision to get braces in my later years and with choosing Dr. Bronsky.
