Brothers Dental is not what I expected… and that’s good. I’ve been a patient here for years with my now retired dentist. No one can ever replace him but the remodel was done tastefully and they added some nice perks! Now they have free parking so I don’t have to pay for street parking and worry about not adding enough time. Also the previous xrays were on the old side, (antiquities). Brothers dental replaced them with the most modern low radiation units. Another huge improvement is that before they would always send me a bill if I owed money or had a copay. Usually I would have to wait 6 months. It was a guessing game. Brothers dental fixed this issue by having my insurance breakdown before I came in for my visit. They explain my coverage and how it works. I didn’t realized how complicated dental insurance can be. It’s nice to know that from now on I will always find out how much my copay will be before starting any treatment. The previous dentist explained that I would eventually need to have a few crowns. I have several fillings when I was a teenager. No one ever told me that a single crown, or cap, was so costly and my insurance has a set limit I could use each year. I honestly would have started the work years before if someone explained how my dental coverage worked. Brothers dental receptionist was very thorough and professional when explaining all of this in a way that makes sense. When I had my first checkup appointment with one of the brothers, he was also very well informed of how my insurance coverage applies. I think nowadays being better informed is better than just waiting around for a bill and not knowing how much it could be. Sorry to go on a rant… I like the new updates and changes to this office. I would recommend my friends and coworkers go to them if they are looking a good dentist.

My husband and I tried Brothers Dental & Implants after having a less than ideal experience with a less experienced dental practice across the hall (who will remain unnamed because I don’t want to hurt their business). Location was a big factor in my search so I’m glad these guys moved in! Dr. Jeff, Dr. Don, Mimi & Kelley all know what they are doing and you can tell this is not their first rodeo. They helped me retrieve my dental records from the dental practice across the hall and quickly got us setup over the phone. We walked into our appointments and Dr. Jeff had already familiarized himself with our x-rays etc. and got the ball rolling. He was thorough in his explanations, the out-of-pocket was presented before any work was done and we were on our way. Everyone was very caring and experienced. There were no up-sells and everything was straightforward. They have many practices and have been in business for years so you know you are in good hands. If you live in Pac Heights and you’re looking for a reliable & experienced practice, look no further! I’m almost sad I have to wait 6 months until January to go back for my cleaning.

Brothers Dental is awesome, and they are in the Cigna network so 2 dental cleanings a year are covered. They help get my coffee stains out, did a crown on one of my cavities from my teenage years that had an old filling, and my teeth are well taken care of with every visit!

Thank you Dr. Lee and his awesome staff. Dr. Lee is an amazing, pleasant, honest and great dentist of what he does. He is very knowledgeable and he explains the whole process in great details. He informs what I could do, so I know my options but he won’t push me to do anything that I am not comfortable with. Also, Kudos to his amazing hygienist team Don and Mimi. I always have great experiences getting my teeth cleaned by Don or Mimi. They are wonderful, skillful and cared. Overall, everyone here is nice, caring, patient and fun!

Had such a great experience here while here with my mother in law that we decided brothers dental is definitely our go to spot. We are so thankful to have finally found a family friendly dentist. No more dentist hopping! The great part is that everyone here have many years of experience, especially Dr. Lee and root canals. We have had 5+ root canal procedures done here, and every time everyone here has been attentive and very kind. They are honest and genuinely care about helping you out rather than making money off of you. And that’s hard to find these days. Do give brothers dental a try you will enjoy going to the dentist again!

Jeff and Don are so wonderful! They treat you like family. I didn’t have a good experience with the dentist I had been going to for a long time and I was very disappointed when they had me paired with an inexperienced dentist who essentially led me to needing a root canal. Jeff was great at explaining everything I needed and set realistic expectations. He spent a long time getting my root canal right. If you need a root canal or more, Jeff is definitely who you need to go to!

I don’t usually write yelp reviews, and I don’t know that I’ve ever heard anyone say they love their dentist, but here I am: writing a yelp review about how much I love my dentist. I’ve been coming to this office since before Jeff and Don took it over and it became Brothers Dental. When the transition happened, they redid the entire office so everything is clean and modern and updated. When I came in for my first appointment, they went above and beyond to explain their philosophy and make sure I was comfortable. It was clear they wanted to keep the patients from the previous dentist. Every time I come in for my regular cleanings, they ask me about my daughter and remember other details about me. Everyone in the office is super friendly. They are efficient at getting me in and out of the office without making me feel rushed. When I needed a filling fixed and my insurance didn’t cover it, Dr. Lee printed out the bill ahead of time and walked me through it to make sure I was okay with the cost before starting any work. When I casually asked about teeth whitening at the end of an appointment, he took the time to tell me about all the options and the pros and cons and cost of each. It’s as pleasant an experience as going to the dentist can be and I highly recommend them.
