Gentle, Honest, and Kind are the three words I would use to describe this facility and it’s staff. For a little back story I had previously been going to (a different dentist) all of my life but had to get a second opinion (…) I decided to go to this dentistry after reading some of the reviews on (the internet). As soon as I walked into the establishment I was greeted with open arms by the sweet ladies at the front desk and was quickly seen by the doctor after arriving, something I previously had trouble with (..) While getting my X- rays done I noticed how well the dental hygienist was at making sure I was comfortable during the whole process and even offering me water twice. Soon after Dr. Labib came to assess the the condition of my teeth. He let me know that I in fact didn’t need a deep cleaning but only a mere quick (affordable) cleaning to improve the state of my gums. Since this was my first time visiting the dentist in way too long (~3-4 years) I suspected I needed some cavity work done as well and I did with 8 cavities that needed to be filled. Luckily Dr. Labib offered to do all of them in one session. When the day came to do the fillings I was afraid as I had previously had dentists that made the procedure very uncomfortable and hard to endure. I had the exact opposite experience here as I was so comfortable and pain free I could have fallen asleep during the procedure. They could have easily charged me way more and gotten away with it. They could have easily not been as comforting and professional and I would have been accepting of it. These are testaments of how incredible this dentist office is ran. Their honesty, gentleness, and kindness are unparalleled, and very hard to find. If you are coming for dental work of any time I HIGHLY recommend you to at least give this place a try as they will not disappoint.

After being scared away by my last dentist 3 years ago, I finally decided to try out this place (after much recommendation) and I love it!! The staff was super nice & welcoming and answered all my questions! The dental assistants were the same & made me feel comfortable! Dr. Labib knew I was a little hesitant after my last experience so he was super understanding and explained everything!! He even showed me the X-rays and explained his reasoning as to why I should get certain things done. He’s awesome because he’s not the type to push you to remove your wisdom teeth like other dentists, which was one of my fears when I first went. They constantly asked if I was feeling okay during my procedure and answered ALL my questions. I’m definitely sticking with this place and would highly recommend Dr. Labib to anyone! 🙂

I came into Buena Park Smile Dental which I was referred to, I’ve always been scared of the dentist since childhood and have always avoided it however, I first came in 6 months ago for a cleaning and the Staff and Dr were amazing ! Since then , I’ve been back for extractions of my wisdom ( which I felt absolutely no pain or swelling ) , bridge work and back again for a cleaning. Dianna and Gabby in the front made me feel welcome and comfortable , exceptional service and always make sure I leave with well informed or Witt no questions. The Dr and the assistant Saresa were just as great, Saresa ensured that I didn’t get nervous and the dr was not rough when working on my mouth. I will definitely make sure that this remains the office that I visit and I highly recommend for others to do so especially if your scared like I once was. I LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! I have absolutely nothing but great service when I come in. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here, and the staff were so helpful and understanding to my needs, even giving me a little goodie bag for a “job well done”. A few days after my extraction i noticed something funny near the tooth extraction, and they had no problem taking me back in to quickly check the area. I came in with my boyfriend, who insisted we not go in the first place to the dentist, but he too loved the atmosphere of the office. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!

4/11/19 – Update on my visit. I have had to have major dental work done and with my phobia I HAD of Dentists I no longer have. Dr. Labib was AMAZING with my surgery pre and post. All of the girls in the office are AWESOME! They called and checked on me to see how I was doing. I had a lot of pain which was normal and Dr. had me come in same day to check on sutures. I canNOT say enough about the Dr or Staff. I now have a beautiful smile and I never in my life thought I’d be able to say that or see it again.

I usually don’t leave reviews regarding my experiences but I must say this place by far has been my favorite experience with Dentists.
From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and social, I felt welcomed.
Fast forward to x rays and such the techs were very laid back and very informative which led me to being comfortable in asking any and every question that came to mind.
The Dr. himself was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was telling me, which was awesome.
I proceeded with treatment in hopes that I wasn’t going to be hurt in the process (I have very sensitive teeth & have had horrible experiences before).
Overall amazing experience and I will surely be making this my primary dentist and recommending my family & friends as well.

Hands down, the most pleasant experienced I’ve had getting injections in my gums and holes drilled into my teeth. The entire staff from entrance to drilling are kind, personable, and professional. They take pride in their work and do it well. They are accommodating, have great hours, and their referral perks are awesome. My one kind of sort of complaint is that I’ve worked in the same building for over a year and I just found out about them. But that’s equally my fault, and I haven’t been to a dentist office for a few years, so maybe even more so my fault. Hopefully, this inspires those in the area to not make my mistake.

This is a long overdue review for Buena Park Smile Dental and I got nothing but praise for Dr. Labib and his team.
Everybody in the clinic from dental assistants Seresa & Kimberly, Diana the office manager to dentist Dr. Labib have always been professional, friendly and caring. I appreciate how they respect a patient’s time – as every single time I had an appointment, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken in.
I do not typically leave reviews whether good or bad, but I had made an exception due to the exceptional service I had in this clinic. I had a tooth to which I had a big filling on and at least the past 3 dentists I had noted this; however, have all said that due to the filling they are uncertain what’s going on inside it and are unable to distinguish whether what’s inside is still good or bad just by viewing my x-ray. Dr. Labib on the other hand, asked more specific questions, noted the ulcer on my gum that I’ve had on and off, performed additional test and came up with a definitive diagnosis. In an easy to understand manner, he explained the purpose of the test that he performed as well as the pathology and recommended treatment for my tooth. His assessment skills are spot on and he was very thorough in doing the treatment for my tooth. I truly feel fortunate to have found him and his clinic and would recommend this to my family and friends should they be in the market for a dentist!

Due my everlasting fear of the dentist, I’ve always had a hard time finding a good dental team that would make me feel comfortable enough to ease some of my tensions.
After a few recommendations and building the courage to visit Buena Park Smile Dental, I feel like I finally found a place that I will frequent as recommended by the dental professionals.
At our first appointment, we were greeted by the front office, who were all helpful, kind and very knowledgeable(..). They made my children feel like family.
Our appointment times were honored, in that we didn’t have to wait much before going in for X-rays and Dental work. The assistants were sensitive and caring to our dental needs, especially with my daughter who was in pain. She stated, “they held my hand.” I appreciate this type of care, especially in times of pain and fear and especially when it involves my children.

I’ve always been considering a veneer or crown because of my one tooth that was rotated. It’s been my insecurity, so I researched a place near my home. I’m happy to say I found Buena Park Smile Dental Group.
Initially, I had a different doctor than the doctor who did my consultation. I was referred to do a veneer, but after returning from my consultation, the new doctor recommended the porcelain crown. I really appreciate his input, because you could tell he wanted what was best for you. The porcelain crown last longer and less susceptible to decay?
I appreciated the staff, the receptionist, dental technician/assistants. They have great bedside manners, and kept the place warm and welcoming.
I opted for the porcelain crown, and loved the end product. It came out super natural and what I desired. It takes 2 weeks for the crown to come in, and during that time they give you a temporary crown. (Which looks natural as well)
Overall, I will be back for any dental issues, cleaning, etc.

Update on my review. I LOVE THIS PLACE ALREADY. Today was my first appointment with them and they could not have made me happier. The woman at the front desk (Gabby?) was so sweet! We chatted while I filled out my paperwork, had a few laughs, and she offered me some coffee. Within 1-2 minutes after filling out the paperwork, I was in the back getting x-rays done. They’re super quick here! The dental assistant was very nice and attentive. The dentist blew me away! He asked me to turn around and look at my x-rays with him so he could explain everything he sees. He went into such detail on everything and explained it in ways that someone with no dental experience could easily understand. He even drew a couple diagrams on some scratch paper so I knew EXACTLY what was happening and what needed to be done. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming here, I don’t know how anyone could write a bad review of this place. They fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible for my next appointment. I could go on and on about this place!
