I usually don’t leave reviews regarding my experiences but I must say this place by far has been my favorite experience with Dentists. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and social, I felt welcomed. Fast forward to x rays and such the techs were very laid back and very informative which led me to being comfortable in asking any and every question that came to mind. The Dr. himself was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was telling me, which was awesome. I proceeded with treatment in hopes that I wasn’t going to be hurt in the process (I have very sensitive teeth & have had horrible experiences before). Overall amazing experience and I will surely be making this my primary dentist and recommending my family & friends as wel

Compassionate and knowledgeable, they have no problem taking extra time to explain things. They also are very attentive to anxiety. I fear the dentist deeply but they took excellent care of my husband who needed extensive work and were very kind to me as well. Update: 5 stars isn’t enough for this place!! I had my first appt here on Monday. I was full of anxiety but everyone was so kind. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful practice. I have 100% confidence in this office.

Due my everlasting fear of the dentist, I’ve always had a hard time finding a good dental team that would make me feel comfortable enough to ease some of my tensions. After a few recommendations and building the courage to visit Buena Park Smile Dental, I feel like I finally found a place that I will frequent as recommended by the dental professionals. At our first appointment, we were greeted by the front office, who were all helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. My family and I are insured by Delta Care, and they connected with my insurer with no issue. They made my children feel like family. Our appointment times were honored, in that we didnt have to wait much before going in for Xrays and Dental work. The assisstants were sensitive and caring to our dental needs, especially with my daughter who was in pain. She stated, “they held my hand.” I appreciate this type of care, especially in times of pain and fear and especially when it involves my children. Weve completed our complimentary reminder post cards and we will see you in 6 months!

Super friendly staff, very welcoming and always making sure you feel comfortable with any procedure being done, even if it’s just a cleaning. I have been coming here for a couple years now and the quality has remained great. I plan to be here for years to come!

This place is fairly easy to find with plenty of handicap parking at the front. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and attentive. They were very patient and helpful guiding us through the paperwork. Two people came in after us standing around and they directed them to a seating area on the other side and offered everyone drinks. I thought that was really nice. This apt was for my mother and she says she felt really comfortable when they took her x-rays which were always uncomfortable at the previous place we went. After addressing the issue she came in with they cleaned her teeth very gently and thoroughly. All of our questions about payment and insurance and treatment options were addressed. Everyone made sure she was informed and happy. I’m glad we decided to try them out, I’m sure the next appointment will be just as effortless! It’s hard to make a dentist appointment pleasant but they succeeded! We arrived on a Wednesday at 2:00 and were out by 3:30.

The best dental office I have ever visited! As an adult, I’m a bit embarrassed to admit how much Of a scaredy cat I am when it comes to a dentist office (horrible experiences in the past) but this place exceeded my expectations. To begin, the staff is incredible and so friendly! The doctor is so gentle and just beyond great !! I will be returning  of course and know that I will be taken care of.

So let me start this by saying that I am the biggest sissy when it comes to the dentist. I’m genuinely terrified. I went in for a check up, because I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years. The second I walked in the music was great which is an instant mood booster. Then the staff was GREAT! Literally all of the ladies that work there are so nice and considerate! My nurse that helped while I was in the chair – major kudos to her! She was so laid back and sweet. The Dentist – he was strictly business lol but I’m grateful for his gentle hands!! I ended up having to have a deep clean today…. I almost fell asleep in the chair twice?! WTF? At the Dentist while I had 2 people with their hands in my mouth, I almost fell asleep. SO GRATEFUL I FOUND THIS PLACE! And I will be coming back next months hopefully for braces 🙂

Update on my review. I LOVE THIS PLACE ALREADY. Today was my first appointment with them and they could not have made me happier. The woman at the front desk (Gabby?) was so sweet! We chatted while I filled out my paperwork, had a few laughs, and she offered me some coffee. Within 1-2 minutes after filling out the paperwork, I was in the back getting x-rays done. They’re super quick here! The dental assistant was very nice and attentive. The dentist blew me away! He asked me to turn around and look at my x-rays with him so he could explain everything he sees. He went into such detail on everything and explained it in ways that someone with no dental experience could easily understand. He even drew a couple diagrams on some scratch paper so I knew EXACTLY what was happening and what needed to be done. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming here, I don’t know how anyone could write a bad review of this place. They fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible for my next appointment. I could go on and on about this place!

I’ve always been considering a veneer or crown because of my one tooth that was rotated. It’s been my insecurity, so I researched a place near my home. I’m happy to say I found Buena Park Smile Dental Group. Initially, I had a different doctor than the doctor who did my consultation. I was referred to do a veneer, but after returning from my consultation, the new doctor recommended the porcelain crown. I really appreciate his input, because you could tell he wanted what was best for you. The porcelain crown last longer and less susceptible to decay? I appreciated the staff, the receptionist, dental technician/assistants. They have great bedside manners, and kept the place warm and welcoming. I opted for the porcelain crown, and loved the end product. It came out super natural and what I desired. It takes 2 weeks for the crown to come in, and during that time they give you a temporary crown. (Which looks natural as well) Overall, I will be back for any dental issues, cleaning, etc.

I LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! I have absolutely nothing but great service when I come in. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here, and the staff were so helpful and understanding to my needs, even giving me a little goodie bag for a “job well done”. A few days after my extraction i noticed something funny near the tooth extraction, and they had no problem taking me back in to quickly check the area. I came in with my boyfriend, who insisted we not go in the first place to the dentist, but he too loved the atmosphere of the office. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!

New patient. Such a wonderful friendly staff. I’m going to bring my family here now. The doctor (dentist) is very knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients was the feeling I got. The same went for there receptionists and dental assistants. Overall a wonderful experience! See you gals in two weeks!

Very helpful all around.The women at the front desk are always polite and sweet.They really make me feel comfortable.When I visit it’s always SMILES ALL AROUND!!!Thats a big plus!!!Love the atmosphere.The Dr is great as well.Love his work and he’s very calm and laid back.When he talks about the work that needs to be done he’s straight foward and very helpful.My teeth looked amazing when he was done.Just made me feeling GREAT and this is only the beginning.Can I just say this denist office also has a great view!!!Thats not common for a dentist office.

I came into Buena Park Smile Dental which I was referred to, I’ve always been scared of the dentist since childhood and have always avoided it however, I first came in 6 months ago for a cleaning and the Staff and Dr were amazing !  Since then , I’ve been back for extractions of my wisdom ( which I felt absolutely no pain or swelling ) , bridge work and back again for a cleaning. Dianna and Gabby in the front made me feel welcome and comfortable , exceptional service and always make sure I leave with well informed or Witt no questions. The Dr and the assistant Saresa were just as great, Saresa ensured that I didn’t get nervous and the dr was not rough when working on my mouth. I will definitely make sure that this remains the office that I visit and I highly recommend for others to do so especially if your scared like I once was. Thank you Buena Park Smile Staff for everything and especially for giving me the confidence that I was lacking before my smile.

When you visit this dental office, you are made to feel right at home.  Everyone here makes you feel welcomed and cared for.  I took my young kids here for x-rays and exams and the dentist had great bed side manner and was very gentle with my kids.  I had whitening done as well and everyone here is very professional.  I highly recommend Buena Park smile dental. Their service is EXCELLENT!!

I thoguht Dr. B was very nice and she was explained everything I needed well and it was a pleasure being her patient. I am very comfortable with her to be working on my teeth. Great dr to be around.

Hey guy I want to let all of you know that this dentist office is very nice and the office is very clean and the front desk worker are super nice too easy to get in and I believe that they take walk in too because one day my tooth hurt so bad and I called them and they See me right away and the doctor he also very nice I’m very happy That I found this dentist office and I will recommend this place to everybody if they need to see the dentist

Very professional and timely dentist office. It is very clean, and I have referred a lot of people here. It is nice because they have a large staff, meaning I don’t have to book an apt 6 months in advance. I can usually book for the same week!

Been going to Buena Park Smile for 5+ years. Very fast and timely appointments. Thorough job and answers a lot of questions. Friendly staff and easy reminders to keep up in my check ups and work around my busy calendar. Received Invisalign here and am very happy with the results and step by step process. Also received complimentary free whitening with one of their new patient deals when I first started coming here. It was a simple process and was thoroughly explained and executed by the staff.

I came here because of the yelp reviews, and it’s true they are super nice & the doctor is super gentle! He asks if you’re okay about every five minutes! He doesn’t judge and that makes it better! I had to get 9 fillings, and it was so much better than any other dentist I’ve been to! I’ll always come back here & refer my friends! Thanks doc! Oh & Staff are amazing! Super cute and welcoming!

I have been coming to Buena Park Smile Dental for a couple of years now and I’ve always been impressed with the service! I’ve brought in my husband and daughter this past year as well. I was looking for a new dentist and decided to try this place out. Glad i did cause they were all hella professional but know how to make fun. Just good vibes all round. Rhonda the dentist super chill …y’all already know shes definitely easy on the eyes lol.  Darlyn? the one who cleaned my teeth was so thorough. She did a dam good job clutch. Oh and shout out to the X-ray lady as well.

I absolutely love my new dentists! I have seen 3 dentists at this location and they are all very gentle, fun and informative on telling me on what’s goin on in my mouth.. I absolutely love the all the ladies from the front office to the back they are very caring and and down to earth. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is great and after several appointments, they have gotten me in right on time. I don’t have dental insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. Prices were great and very competitive! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years, so I had some work to be done. I’m so glad I found this place! I’ve referred my mom and husband. This is my new go to dentist!

Hands down, the most pleasant experienced I’ve had getting injections in my gums and holes drilled into my teeth. The entire staff from entrance to drilling are kind, personable, and professional. They take pride in their work and do it well. They are accommodating, have great hours, and their referral perks are awesome. My one kind of sort of complaint is that I’ve worked in the same building for over a year and I just found out about them. But that’s equally my fault, and I haven’t been to a dentist office for a few years, so maybe even more so my fault. Hopefully, this inspires those in the area to not make my mistake.

I have been searching for a “good” dentist for a while now. Finally, I found this dentist on Yelp. I called them and they gave me a next day appointment for all 3 of my kids (ages 5,11 and 17) for 9am. When I arrived at the dentist office. Since it was my kid’s first time there, I had a lot of paperwork to fill out. They immediately took in my 5 year. They were super gentle with him. He felt so comfortable with them. He didn’t cry at all. He had two cavities plus cleaning that needed to be done. They were able to fill both cavities during the same visit. Other dental offices would of made me make another appointment and I would have to go back a different day. Next, they took in my 11 year old. She doesn’t like the dentist and I have to fight with her to get her to sit down (while she is kicking and screaming) due to a past experience at another dentist office that traumatized her horrifically. But she was very calm and they made her feel very comfortable and very at ease. She even allowed them to extract her tooth. Last but not least, it was my 17 year olds turn to get his teeth checked out. He had 9 (yes! 9) cavities. They were able to fill all 9 cavities the same day as our appointment. I have finally found a new dentist for our family. I love their entire team and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
