From the moment you walk in the door until your appt is over you feel in good hands. The entire staff at Buena Vista Dentistry are caring and thoughtful. Our whole family goes to this office, from toddler to 30’s. I was referred here by a friend whom is also a patient, and I would def recommend them. Dr. Aldea and her hygienists are gentle and explain procedures well. I also liked that they were ahead of the game for initial paperwork so you don’t have to fill it in when you arrive.

Dr. Aldea has been my dentist for 5-6 years now. I made the mistake of going to a more local dentist. Biggest mistake of my life. This dentist told me that I had 12 cavities, periodontal disease, needed 2 crowns, and 2 gums to have a gingivectomy. Sounds like my mouth should be in a world of pain. I wasn’t and went running back to Dr. Aldea to check me again. To find out I had only 3 cavities, no periodontal disease, and a cracked filling. I will never make that mistake again. Dr. Aldea is one who will take care of your teeth and gums. She’s amazing!

Dr. Aldea is the best dentist you can find! I 100% recommend her! I was told in another clinic that at the time my 3 years old daughter needed 4 pulpotomies (baby root canals), 4 crowns and 3 fillings under general anesthesia. I went to Dr. Aldea for the 2nd opinion and she said my daughter only needed 4 fillings. My daughter now is 7 years old and still has the filling Dr. Aldea did. She is amazing!

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this practice! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and on time! They have the latest technology and I had detailed pictures and xrays to see exactly what they were talking about when helping me with a treatment plan. They took the time to explain charges and insurance payments. Going to the dentist is not a favorite pastime but this staff makes you feel so welcome and Tricia was so gentle that I realized that my previous experiences at my former dentist is not (or at least shouldn’t be) the norm. If you want a dentist who will genuinely care for your health, Dr Aldea is who you should call!

Outstanding practice and dentist. Exemplary care. I am a new patient having relocated to Florida last year. I had the same dentist for 33 years back home and was nervous about finding a new dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Aldea. and her staff. Exceptionally clean office. Staff is highly professional and courteous. I feel very fortunate to have found them!

I am exceedingly satisfied with my 1st visit to Buena Vista Family Dentistry. Upon entering the office I notice a clean and modern waiting room that offered a nice selection of complimentary coffee (bathroom and treatment area were also very cleaned and maintained). As I walked in the receptionist who I spoke with on the phone prior to my arrival quickly greeted me by name. I was seen straightaway by the Hygienist who discussed my new patient chart that listed any issues I noted. the Hygienist was very nice, informative, and gentle with me and my teeth. Once the exrays, and exam was completed I met with Dr. Ximena Aldea who was as amazing as her Hygentist. Then while getting my teeth cleaned I was noticeably cold and the dental assistant placed a clean, warm throw blanket on me (That’s spectacular patient service)… Overall I was blown away by how warm and welcomed I was treated while at Buena Vista Family Dentistry. Needless to say, I will gladly rave and brag about this place and I 100% will absolutely recomend Dr. Ximena Aldea and her team at Buena Vista Family Dentistry. I have already made my next visit and oddly as this may sound I can’t wait for my next dental appointment! **side note everyone there had really nice teeth… crazy but that’s something I pay attention to when I visit a dentist because it speaks for itself. **

The office staff greets you with a smile and are very friendly. They also let you know right away what your cost will be so there are no surprises. I love the dentist, she is very patient and understanding and lets you know what’s going on as she works on you. I also love her dental assistant, she is right there to take care of you and also very friendly. She doesn’t miss a beat.❤️. I would highly recommend them.

This is by far the best Dentistry me and my wife have been to. We come from outta town, and have only been seen a few times and already feels like we have be coming for years. Highly recommended for the whole family, super friendly and professional staff. I definitely will be staying with them for years to come!!!
