My hygienist is Roberta and I have been going to Bullard Dental for the past few years now. I love going to Roberta as she is always welcoming, friendly, and provides me prevention advice on how to take care of my teeth. Roberta is professional and personable. She is so sweet and always make me feel comfortable. I am so glad I was able to get in since Covid everything has been delayed. I always leave feeling fresh and super clean!!! Bullard Dental Plaza is Amazing! Ramona was so pleasant and professional and she got me in right away, mind you I went in as a new patient with severe pain, Bullard Dental Plaza took great care of me that same day in about an hour and a half. The staff are extremely professional and kind. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who wants exceptional service. I will definitely be returning to this Dentistry for sure. Man..The immense pain I’ve been through having this toothache was no joke, I’ve never been in so much pain before, I gave Bullard dental a call and they seen me extremely fast it was shocking, they inspected me scheduled me a root canal for the tooth that’s been giving me bad pain, prescribed me medicine and I went on with my day.. I came back a week later because the pain came back but worse, and they worked on my tooth that day and they were very fast also, they drilled out my tooth drilling out the cavity and disinfecting the tooth and filling It with a temporary filler, for the amount of pain I was in they took my pain into consideration and was very respectful and was on my side the whole time, Making me feel comfortable.. Thank you doctors for taking this miserable pain away so fast. See u guys soon for the root canal in 1 month I’m happy now the pain is gone, thank you felt like you guys saved my life That’s how bad of pain I was in.

This dentist is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to.. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and every time I come here I always get the best work done.. Dr Fay is amazing at what he does I’ve had an extraction done and felt absolutely nothing.. where compared to other places that just rip your tooth out and your so uncomfortable and in pain.. I’ve had an awesome root canal here too.. they go above and beyond to help you fix and save your teeth . Usually going to dentist is a nightmare .. but not here … it’s clean & friendly .. fast and comfortable.. Ramona at the front desk is so helpful and nice she will answer your questions and not beat around the bush .. during these hard times right now and uncertainty , I felt safe coming here they are taking every measures to make sure everything is safe and sanitary.. gave me my own room . I took my whole family here for a exam/cleaning. The service was excellent my 2 year old was happy throughout his appointment (which is rare as he is timid with strangers) and my husband and I got excellent service! I have such bad anxiety from horrible past experiences with other dentists that I was crying before my appointment like a big baby! Taylor, the dental assistant was patient and kind and made me feel very much at ease. The whole staff was very patient-care oriented and by the end of my appointment I was actually looking forward to my next visit (which is the rarest of all when it comes to denists!!) and very much unexpected!

On May of 2017, I experience a traumatic accident of falling, and affecting my three front upper teeth. Dr. Fay explained that the teeth needed either implants, or root canals and/or crowns. Truly, the entire staff: Isis, Karla, Pam, Kandy, Daisy, and Dr. Fay throughout the many, many months of required treatment were always professional, efficient, caring, and friendly. I had terrible dentures done by another dentist. Dr. Fay smoothed out my jaw, and Augie Sanchez, the dental technician, made a perfect set of new dentures for me. He aligned them correctly, taking into consideration what my original teeth looked like. After a year trying to wear dentures that did not work, I can now smile and chew. The dental lab is right in the building. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I am 100% satisfied.

Having just come back in town from a business trip and having dental work done out of town, I was in so much pain from a dry socket. I immediately went to Bullard Dental Group and Dr.Fay was able to take me right in. He was able to alleviate my pain and he had me come back every couple of days to replace a medicine patch which healed my mouth and got rid of my pain once and for all. I will highly recommend Bullard Dental Group! Finding a good, qualified dentist can often be very stressful. Bullard Dental Group was recommended by a close friend of mine and now I can see why. The staff is very friendly, fun and professional. Dr. Fay likes to spend time with his patients and treat them as they were family. The dentistry is performed as they care for your well-being. I was explained everything in detail. I went in for a procedure that would require at least an hour and during that time I was never left unattended, on the contrary, the assistant took the time make conversation and actually tell jokes to make me feel comfortable and relax. This is not your average practice! 🙂 I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this dental office! I’ve had very terrible experiences with a few dental clinics throughout the years causing me to have anxiety with the thought of even walking into a dental office, but this one by far has been the best I’ve been to. The entire front staff is lively and so nice. They focus on helping you out with all your needs, from setting up appointments that best suit your availability to helping you choose the best payment plan for you, if needed. My hygienist, Ruben, walked me through everything he was doing which really calmed my nervous. I look forward to continuing my ortho treatment with this team! I also want to add that they’re VERY clean and sanitary with their instruments! I’ve been to a dental office that was not sanitary at all and had to walk out after having sat in their chair because I was disgusted by their lack of sanitation and protocols.

I have been coming to This office for several years now for both my sons dental work and for my own. To start I drive 3hrs every 2 weeks just to see the absolute best ortho in all of CA! Dr. Johnson knows his stuff! He is hilarious and truly cares about his patients. I’ve had braces before and never have I received the amount of care as I do with Dr Johnson. Secondly I had been terrified of the dentist for over 6yrs until I met Dr Fay. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the work I needed. And he was super quick!!! I’ve had wisdom teeth removed, fillings, a root canal and a tooth extraction, and a full deep cleaning all done. Some of the most painful work and with Dr Fay it was all a piece of cake. He was super quick!!! And I left feeling great, my soreness only lasted about a day. And the Bullard Dental Office is always willing to work with your schedule and just your treatment overall! I have referred them to everyone I know. Now my entire family and group of friends go there and we all love it! We are treated like family. And they are super accommodating if I ever need to be seen right away! They always take into consideration that I am driving so far to see them and they always strive to exceed expectations! In addition the two receptionists Ramona and Rachelle are always super friendly over the phone and in person! They are always welcoming and very flexible with scheduling. One day I called to move my appointment and they said they would call me back by 2pm if the requested time I wanted because available for the following day. And they did!!! They called exactly at 2pm to let me know. I was so pleased to receive this kind of care. I will forever continue to drive to Fresno to see this amazing Dental Practice. I have been coming to Bullard Dental, going on 4 years now, initially because my wife dragged me along. She came because she is terrified of the dentist, and was always changing dentist. I’m a lot lower maintenance, and didn’t care one way or the other. But as the situation would have it, they were perfectly located where I could run in during the day and get my teeth cleaned on my lunch. They were USUALLY very quick to get me in and out, so I became fond of them, even though my wife eventually moved on to another office when her dentist left. I noticed with every visit, there were always new workers. It didn’t matter to me one way or the other. All I cared about was, I’m on a time schedule, don’t take forever. And with the exception of one visit, they did just that. Today I came in for a cleaning. It wasn’t planned, but when we called to make an appointment, they said I could be seen today. OK sure, why not? I was in and out in less than an hour. X-rays, cleaning, everything! It’s been about a year since my last cleaning, so I knew the hygienist was in for some work. But Taylor banged it out. Gums are a bit sore, but I deserve it for not flossing regularly. That’s my fault. Plus I kept talking about my last experience at another dentist, and how painfully slow they were. Overall, I’m a no nonsense kind of guy when it comes to the dentist. Don’t hold my hand to make me feel better. Don’t ask me 100 questions about my dental experience because you “care.” And yes, I’m absolutely throwing shots at my last dental review. 5 stars for me because that’s just how I like it. Other people, on the other hand, may not.

I highly recommend this place. All of the staff is very friendly kind and helpful. The billing department is on top of it and really let you know everything about your insurance and out of pocket expenses ahead of time so there is never any confusion. They go over all your options with you. Scheduling is amazing especially if you are in pain. I have gotten a lot of dental work here (as everywhere else I went previously was a major disappointment) All the work they do here is very good and thorough and thanks to the team of dentists here I have a great smile again. I have never had any problems with any of the work in fact I am impressed. By far the best dentist I have been to. I am very happy with this place! My entire family goes here from my children to my mom and siblings because we all kept recommending it to each other. Very glad I found this place.

I have taken my family here for at least a good 3 years…I absolutely LOVE this place. Never had any issues. People whom ive refered have also felt the same. Last year my lovely job decided to cut benefits. I was so bummed to think that my kids would have to go to a different dentist. I worked my butt off at a new job just to secure my kids dentist. I grew up being afraid of the dentist and did not want that for my kids. I feel this group is a savior. I do NOT stress taking my kids here. I recently moved to the Fresno area and was in need of a dentist immediately. So, after checking out the reviews on here, I decided to give Bullard Dental Group at shot. When I first met Dr. Fay DMD, he was very comforting and told me he would take care of the problem immediately. I needed a root canal and afraid of having work done on my teeth, so it helped that Dr. Fay was so reassuring.. I was hesitant because I have not always had the best of luck with dentists and I don’t trust very many of them. However he was very thorough, detailed, quick and clean during entire procedure. I t was the BEST root canal I’ve ever had….(should I say that? ) Weird, I do not typically refer to a root canal as a great experience if that says anything. Dr. Fay at Bullard Dental Group really knows the art of making a mouth look beautiful. He did a beautiful job with my teeth. They are so white and I constantly get compliments about how bright they are. Dr. Fay is my little secret. WOW!! EVERYTHING IS SO GREAT ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! All the staff is super nice, especially Dr.Fay. He is an amazing dentist and their waiting room is very amusing. They have a TV and magazines. Nobody is like that evil dentist that all kids hate, they are basically as mean as a kitten. They take care of your teeth, and it doesn’t hurt that much. For me, I didn’t feel it at all!
