My 3 children have been patients of Dr. Kalinian going on 4 years. Dr. Kalinian and her staff have been extremely supportive and positive in helping my children learn to love their dental check ups; which trust me was not easy. Prior to seeing Dr. Kalinian three different dentists in Fresno refused to treat my children due to their extreme anxiety with dental visits. In the last 4 years the staff and Dr. K have worked hard to make them feel comfortable and my children are no longer afraid of their check ups and have built relationships with the staff. The staff always greets everyone with a smile and take the time to learn their patients names. Dr. Kalinian even recognized the fact that my son had cut his hair since his last appointment and knows the names of all three of my kids and their dental history without looking at the chart. She takes takes the time to make sure that kids are comfortable and truly listens to what the kids have to say. I highly recommend Dr. Kalinian and suggest that if you have a child there is no better option 🙂

Bullard Dental Plaza is Amazing! Ramona was so pleasant and professional and she got me in right away, mind you I went in as a new patient with severe pain, Bullard Dental Plaza took great care of me that same day in about an hour and a half. The staff are extremely professional and kind. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who wants exceptional service. I will definitely be returning to this Dentistry for sure. Man..The immense pain I’ve been through having this toothache was no joke, I’ve never been in so much pain before, I gave Bullard dental a call and they seen me extremely fast it was shocking, they inspected me scheduled me a root canal for the tooth that’s been giving me bad pain, prescribed me medicine and I went on with my day.. I came back a week later because the pain came back but worse, and they worked on my tooth that day and they were very fast also, they drilled out my tooth drilling out the cavity and disinfecting the tooth and filling It with a temporary filler, for the amount of pain I was in they took my pain into consideration and was very respectful and was on my side the whole time, Making me feel comfortable.. Thank you doctors for taking this miserable pain away so fast. See u guys soon for the root canal in 1 month I’m happy now the pain is gone, thank you felt like you guys saved my life That’s how bad of pain I was in.

Working for Dr. Kalinian has been one of the best experiences in my life. She is an awesome doctor to work for! Coming right out of dental school working in pediatrics was a little nerve wrecking for me but being taught how to handle the kids and how to work quickly and efficiently Dr. K taught me every step without being frustrated with me! Whenever I had questions or I was confused she always would take time out of her day to properly go over things with me & would NEVER brush me off. She also would do the same exact steps on every patient no matter how rowdy or calm they would be . It was great to be able to work with a Doctor who would never change the way she works because it gave me time and a better understanding on how to work with children! From an assistants stand point there is no other pediatric doctor I would prefer to work with then her! The care and dedication that she puts into each and every patient is wonderful as well as how she puts the same feeling into her staff! When I have kids I would definitely take them to see Dr.K just because of how she really makes sure the kids are comfortable and not afraid and she actually cares about the kids teeth and well being! If you have children and you want their teeth to be properly taken care of I would 100% recommend Dr K! Dr. K you are awesome !

I highly recommend this place. All of the staff is very friendly kind and helpful. The billing department is on top of it and really let you know everything about your insurance and out of pocket expenses ahead of time so there is never any confusion. They go over all your options with you. Scheduling is amazing especially if you are in pain. I have gotten a lot of dental work here (as everywhere else I went previously was a major disappointment) All the work they do here is very good and thorough and thanks to the team of dentists here I have a great smile again. I have never had any problems with any of the work in fact I am impressed. By far the best dentist I have been to. I am very happy with this place! My entire family goes here from my children to my mom and siblings because we all kept recommending it to each other. Very glad I found this place.

Very nice office, I was quite impressed with all the new technology and digital gadgets. I found this practice very patient oriented and accomodating. I went for my appointment despite being really sick, and the doctor asked me if i felt up to getting treatment !! ofcourse I said NO! and I was so surprised that she was fine with re scheduling me. It was nice to see that she cared more about me as a whole and my well being rather than my tooth which got fixed anyways the following week. I have recommanded them in the past and will continue to do so.

This is one of the best Dental offices in Fresno. I was personally cared for in a very special way. Coming to Bullard Dental helped me smile again when I gave up the possibility of ever smiling the staff here worked with me and my insurance to make sure I could smile again!! I am a United States Veteran and during the time I and my family could not afford care or received less than sub par care, the staff at this office were a true Blessing. I just want to take the time to commend Isis Arceo, an employee of Bullard Dental. I must praise this employee for her excellent service that she has provided me and my family. I have been coming to This office for several years now for both my sons dental work and for my own. Visiting the dentist can be frightening but from the beginning we have appreciated Isis, because she has made our experience at Bullard Dental very pleasant. I was searching for a Dental place for my son a couple of years ago and came across Bullard Dental. I am SO GLAD I found this place! Dr. Kalinian is very nice and patient with the kids. I love how she takes her time, and as she is working on them explains on their level as to what she is doing or what’s going to happen next. This really helps my son feel comfortable. He also likes watching movies on the tv they have up on the ceiling while they work on his teeth. Very kid friendly and staff is great! They also let the parents go in the room with them. Dr. Susie Kalinian at Bullard Dental Plaza is fantastic! I actually used to bring my daughter to her about a two years ago and had to track her down again (when we had time to do more dental work) because my daughter loved her! My daughter, age 6, has seen two other children’s dentist in the past and she had the most horrible and unforgettable experiences. Her bad experiences are still so vivid in her mind today. Every time we drive by one of the previous dental offices, she points and says, “Look Mom! There’s the bad dentist!” My daughter became terrified of dentists up until we met Dr. Kalinian. My daughter does not dread going to her appointments and she has no fear at all when I tell her she is getting some dental work done. She is even happy and proud to tell her friends at school that she has a dental appointment so she “can’t have a play date” that day. The office at Bullard Dental is very clean and welcoming. The interior decor gives you a cozy feel and the dental equipment look clean and new. The staff are very relaxed and friendly. The dental rooms have televisions mounted on the walls. Some rooms even have a second television mounted on the ceiling! This showed me that the children’s comfort is definitely a high priority here! Kids have a few DVD options to choose from as well. The dental assistants who help Dr. Kalinian are also very friendly and seem to be more knowledgeable compared to others I have met over time. They are great at sharing tips and explaining how to improve child’s diet to prevent tooth decay. Overall, I would highly suggest all parents who have young children or teens to give Dr. Susie Kalinian a try. She is VERY friendly with children. And she is always smiling which I think helps make my daughter more comfortable with her. Dr. Kalinian seems to be great at multi-tasking too…She is able to chat with my daughter while working on her teeth with the outcome of the dental work still turning out flawless. When she is working on my daughter’s teeth, she let’s my daughter know what procedures she is doing next, in words that make my daughter feel more calm, safe, and worry-free. Dr. Kalinian is awesome. She is definitely a PROFESSIONAL at her occupation as a dentist.

My son was new a patient at Bullard Dental and we elected to see the pediatric dentist as he is 6 years old. My son is autistic and can have trouble with dental exams. He scares very easily and needs someone to be gentle and patient with him. Dr. Kallinian was awesome! She was patient and made him feel more comfortable right away. Although the exam wasn’t super easy for him, the dr and staff were great at comforting him. Dr. Kallinian is in the same building as Bullard Demtal however I believe her practice is separate or contracted separately. The only improvement I would like to see is from Bullard Dental. They provide the x-rays and only have the traditional x-rays that you put the plastic piece on your mouth and bite on. Those dont work for most small kids and definitely wont work for my son. He hasn’t been able to get x-rays done for awhile. My hope is they would invest in the x-ray scanner that you dont need to use the plastic pieces for kids.

Dr. Kalinian is awesome! The best pediatric dentist I’ve taken my 2 boys to see. After relocating to Fresno, we randomly selected Bullard Dental and my kids have been coming to see Dr. Kalinian for over a year now. I’m so glad we found her as she is very sweet, gentle, and positive with the kids. Her and her staff communicate and reassure the kids what they’re doing when they’re looking or working on the kids’ teeth. When my oldest son (who was 6yrs old at the time) needed dental work, he freaked out and cried a lot! But Dr. Kalinian and her staff did such a great job to explain things in a calm manner to comfort him (as they always do). Now my son asks plenty of questions during his checkups and he’s no longer crying. It’ll be very sad when my kids can longer see Dr. Kalinian for their future checkups since she only sees children to age 8 I believe, but I’m very happy she’s paved a positive reflection on dental visits for my kids as we know that even adults hate dental visits. My little 4 yr old enjoys coming. He only panicked the first visit but he’s been great and very comfortable now due to Dr. Kalinian and her staff. Another incentive is their little a Treasure Box they offer to the kids to select from after each appointment. It’s definitely a bonus that my kids look forward to. I absolutely recommend Dr. Kalinian. Especially if you have a crier and have had difficulty taking your children to the dentist. Her and her staff are great with kids

I have taken my family here for at least a good 3 years…I absolutely LOVE this place. Never had any issues. People whom ive refered have also felt the same. Last year my lovely job decided to cut benefits. I was so bummed to think that my kids would have to go to a different dentist. I worked my butt off at a new job just to secure my kids dentist. I grew up being afraid of the dentist and did not want that for my kids. I feel this group is a savior. I do NOT stress taking my kids here. I would highly recommend this dental office! I’ve had very terrible experiences with a few dental clinics throughout the years causing me to have anxiety with the thought of even walking into a dental office, but this one by far has been the best I’ve been to. The entire front staff is lively and so nice. They focus on helping you out with all your needs, from setting up appointments that best suit your availability to helping you choose the best payment plan for you, if needed. My hygienist, Ruben, walked me through everything he was doing which really calmed my nervous. I look forward to continuing my ortho treatment with this team! I also want to add that they’re VERY clean and sanitary with their instruments! I’ve been to a dental office that was not sanitary at all and had to walk out after having sat in their chair because I was disgusted by their lack of sanitation and protocols.

I absolutely love this place! Yesterday was my first time coming to the office I have really high anxiety and the office was a little crowded I did wait awhile but knew I would because It was my first time. I was seen by dr Johnson who made me feel super comfortable but straight to the point. I was givin a appointment the next day. Today I come in and was directed to another lady who helped me and told me when to take my sedation pill I waited not long and then was seen by Nicole and Dr. Visha they understood my needs and me having high anxiety and sorted out the best plan for me. The were patient and kind and I never felt any pain. I still need more work and Ramona was super nice at the front counter she is very efficient and has great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this place. Dont let the parking area scare you people leave fast.

I have no idea where all the negative reviews come from. Maybe I just happened to come in on that rare day where the staff decided to be nothing but wonderful!! My 6 year old was referred here from our primary dentist for a lot of work he needs to have done. I called them to set up the appointment and it was a rough start because they couldn’t really accommodate my schedule. Their pediatric dentist specialist is only there 2 days out of the week so I was limited on the appointment times. My little man had a lot of discomfort so I took the earliest available appointment. I took extra time off added to my lunch for what I thought would be just another exam and to set up a treatment plan and schedule me to come back to actually do some work on my son. Well I was very wrong about it. Dr Kalinian did an examination and determined that he needed two extractions ASAP!! This office moved right away and was ready to do the work right then and there without having me to wait and get scheduled for another appointment. I took an extra hour off work because I was so happy that something was finally going to get done to help my little 6 year old son after so many appointments and X rays. This was my first time here and they actually helped my son right then and there. They extracted two teeth and even tho I was 15 mins late to our appointment we were done by 2pm with a 12 pm appointment that I was late to. My son was so scared and ready to jump out of the chair at the start but Dr Kalinian and her assistant were so great and gave me time to calm my son down and also were so positive and calming when talking to my son that he finally calmed down and relaxed while they pulled two of his teeth. I seriously thought he would have to be put to sleep to allow any work to be done because I know my son. Well this place was able to get him to use Nitrus and have his initial work done and got us out of there all within less than two hours. Dr Kilininian is seriously awesome and so was that young lady that assisted her….wish I remembered her name. My son will be going back there to take care of some more work he needs done. I was so impressed that I switched my Primary dentist for my entire family to Bullard Dental Group.
