Most people don’t like going to the dentist, myself included. However Butler Family Dental makes going to the dentist easier. The staff is very friendly and professional. Doctor Butler knows his business. I trust him when he tells me what needs to be done to my teeth. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is not happy with their current dentist.

A few years ago, my husband was told he needed a root canal or an extraction and implant that would cost 4 to 10 thousand. He searched for a dentist to give him a second opinion and found Butler Family Dental. Dr Butler said it was only a cavity and filled it for a fraction of the cost. My husband was thrilled and stayed with Butler Family Dental after that tooth never gave him any problems and he loved the care he was given. In 2020, both my daughter and I decided to see Dr. Butler because both of us hadn’t been to a dentist in years due to bad experiences. Dr. Butler and staff were great and helped us both get back on track with our oral care. We were not scolded or shamed for the duration of time we went without care. We no longer dread going to the dentist. We love Butler Family Dental and highly recommend them.

Top Notch care at a reasonable price from people in our own community. What could be better? Excellent quality on my very first visit. These folk are caring, efficient and warm. I was able to relax and leave my dental health in their capable hands. At 70 that was not easy to do on a first visit, having just moved here from Seattle. From the front office to the procedure room, I can recommend each and every person.

My own oral surgeon couldn’t fit me in for several weeks even though it was an emergency and I was in a lot of pain. I called Dr. Butler‘s office and they got me in immediately for an infected tooth. The staff was friendly and they were prompt. I signed up for their annual member plan as I don’t have dental insurance. The prices are much more reasonable then my previous dentist. I am relieved to know Dr Butler can take care of most or all of my dental needs in the future.

Dr. Butler and his caring staff are wonderful! I had some phobias about the dentist and they worked with me to relieve my anxiety. They also diagnosed me with having severe tounge-tied issues, which my mother had thought was the cause of some long standing speech issues that speech therapy has never corrected. I was referred to a specialist in Portland to have this corrected. This is a life changing procedure that no one else paid any attention to until Dr. Butler and his team. My family and myself will always be grateful! Thank you to everyone at Butler Family Dentist!

My first visit. Busy practice. The staff were delightful, professional, friendly, and I noted they knew several patients by name. The clinic was exceptionally clean and adorned by large and amazingly beautiful photographs on metal taken by Doc Himself. Calming for those with dental anxiety. Doctor Butler could not have been more accommodating. He answered all my questions without seeming rushed and with concern. His Dental Technician was top-notch and they worked well together. I recommend 100% Referred a colleague today. She called immediately and got Initial appointments for !!!!5!!!! The very next day. Amazing scheduling and the Insurance girl (Natalie) is top notch! I made my Open Enrollment decision to NOT switch to another coverage based on my desire to return to Bailey? Beltner? Baxter? Oh, you know…whatever place I’m reviewing. Lol.

They are very kind people, I found out after scheduling an appointment that my insurance wasn’t specifically taken (it’s insurance fault for being so confusing to navigate). Butler dental helped me by suggesting alternate locations and were overall very supportive of my health even if though I was no longer going to be a new patient. It’s nice to have a business with people who clearly appreciate how difficult finding a doctor, that takes your insurance, can be.
