I’ve been going to this office since I moved to Houston back in 2018 and have had a positive experience each time I’ve been! The staff is friendly and the services have been efficient (under an hour for cleanings). If you’re nervous about going to the dentist the folks here make the experience less daunting by letting you watch Netflix and working efficiently during your appointments. For COVID, they take thorough precautions by only letting in person in the lobby at a time, and checking your temperature at the door. You’re also required to fill a few forms regarding COVID. The hygienists and dentist wear face masks and face shields, as well as full-body smocks over their scrubs. Definitely an excellent place to get dental care and I’m happy I’ve chosen Byte on Weslayan.

This is Alan Winters. I don’t know why it is under my wife’s name. I had my appointment yesterday. It was the most thorough evaluation I remember. I was a little skeptical at first, I walk by this place all the time when I go to Randalls. I needed a dentist, and I’m lazy. So a dentist near my house would be ideal. When I looked up the reviews I was surprised to see it have 4.5-5 star reviews. Next day when I was walking back from the grocery store, I decided to take to take the plunge. Everyone was nice and the place looks great inside. I met the staff and Dr Rewari; everyone was so warm and inviting. De Rewari even called before the first appointment to welcome me and see if there was anything special I wanted to cover during my visit. During the office visit everyone was nice and thorough. They have an advanced 360-degree X-ray machine and TV on the ceiling. Hygienist was diligent and even checked my gum levels (which not every place does). Dr Rewari was great and easy to talk to. She was supportive of me keeping my baby tooth as long as possible. I liked that she didn’t try to do any hard sell, which I’ve had happen at other dentist offices over the years.

I dont post on Yelp much but i had to for Dr Rewari and her wonderful team. I had gone in for an unbearable tooth ache and i was told i needed a root canal. I’ve only heard bad things about root canals. Upon hearing this, i thought i have a bottle of whiskey at home and some pliers. I might as well go out on my own terms. However, i decided to leave it to the good folks at Floss Dental. I had just started a new job and Dr Rewari and her team were extremely accommodating in working me into their schedule. They even stayed way past closing to finish the procedure and then some. The procedure itself was for the most part painless. Given the fact that they are cleaning around the nerve there was a mild pain, but that only lasted a couple seconds and nothing compared to what i thought it was going to be. To conclude, i will be going back to Dr Rewari for any dental procedure i need in the future. These are some of the most professional and sweetest people ive ever had the privilege of knowing and working with. Definitely go here. I mean they give you headphones and netflix to watch while they work on you. What more do you want.

Omg I don’t know where to start! The level of care and patient education here are second to none! From the very first person I saw, Mary until I saw Dr. Rewari, I felt like I was going to my family dental practice. So extremely helpful, welcoming and patient! I love how this practice is fully technically advanced! New patient forms can be filled online before your appointment so you can save time for your actual appointment. Phoebe (sp?) was so welcoming and gave me a tour of the practice, did my xrays and cleaning. My favorite part is that she actually took time to explain everything she was going to do and she explained to me in lamens terms what she was checking for using a visual guide. I felt fully knowledgeable about what she was looking for and what the numbers meant! Then Dr. Rewari came and examined my teeth and all of the xrays that Phoebe did. Oh and this office had this neat device that does a 3D scan of your teeth with actual pictures of each tooth-how awesome!! So when Dr. Rewari came in she had everything she needed to do a comprehensive exam. She went above and beyond by answering my million questions while explaining anything to me so that I fully understood my dental health. One of my favorite parts is that both Phoebe and the dentist were very conscious about any pain that I may have felt. They were very attentive and readjusted everything to give me maximum comfort! While I got my cleaning done, I had the chance to watch Netflix with wireless headphones! Then after finishing, Mary took me to the consultation room and explained everything in detail. What I loved is that she too knew a lot about what she was explaining and didn’t mind explaining what the treatment plan was detail by detail to make sure I knew what all the charges were for! Everyone made sure that the patient was knowledgeable in what was being done or what needs to be done. Mary truly went above and beyond by literally answering all my million questions and explaining how my insurance worked! I can’t be happier with this practice! I was at Byte Dentistry a few weeks with my daughter for a regular checkup. Now prior to even making an appointment with them, I called to ensure my insurance was accepted at their practice. I was told over the phone that they do. So we go there and my daughter was seen by Dr.Rewari. She was great with my daughter) it was her first experience with a dentist). Dr.Rewari was informative and even recommended a better vitamin supplement. Once we were done with her checkup there was some mixup with my insurance per the young lady who worked the front desk that day. And then apparently they They charged me for PPE which caught me off guard. I paid and went on my way. But I did call up my insurance to verify the charge for PPE and was told any dental practice who are out of network can charge you for PPE. Do you see the dilemma? I was told prior to my appointment and never once after getting there that the Dr. we will see is out of network. Per my insurance company they do have another Dentist there who is in network. It would have been better if the staff at Byte informed me of their situation instead of hiding this from their patient. I called them up and was told they’re waiting on the explanation of pay from my insurance and that I’ll get a call back at the end of next week. But for the time being just a 2 star from me because this behavior is utterly unacceptable. I would highly recommend Dr.Rewari, however the staff or front desk need to provide their patients with accurate information. *** Update*** Dr. Rewari, the owner was kind and courteous to call me and resolve the issue. This shows how passionate she is about her job and truly care for each of her patient. Thank you and I’m changing my rating based on the conversation we had. As a healthcare worker myself this gesture goes a long way in my book.

Have been coming for cleanings over a year since I moved from NJ. Mary at the from desk is beyond accommodating with multiple last minute schedule requests. The hygienist, Phoebe, is fantastic and efficiently gentle in her work. Dr. Rewari is cool, calm, and collected immediately setting me at ease and making 2 cavities and a crown come across as effortless. My 3 hours in a chair felt like I was in a movie theater relaxing all the while watching Netflix from her chair.
