I love Doctor Chen!! I get anxiety around dentists and getting work done and Dr. Chen was so nice about it. He’s calm and funny and makes you feel 100% comfortable while also explaining what he’s doing to you. He is so kind and is also very professional as is the entire staff. The entire office is super clean, everyone is masked, and they are taking amazing covid restrictions ensuring chairs are thoroughly cleaned, etc. I’ve been coming to this dentist for a couple of years now and don’t plan on leaving.

I haven’t changed dentists in 25 years but when I moved and needed a new dentist, C&C came right up with 5 stars so I decided to check them out. Everyone in the office was so nice, they were very accommodating to make my first appointment. They helped me with my insurance and continued to email me after to make sure it was set up correctly. The office is also beautiful and clean! I also love that they have after 5pm hours for someone who works full time! I’ve suggested them to a few friends because you just won’t find a sweeter staff anywhere!

Exceptional – I’ve worked in dental offices so I am critical. Dr. Chen and the hygienist Bonnie were great. They both took their time with me and were personable and kind and made sure I understood what they were doing and why at every step. Dr. Chen has a great sense of humor and I felt so comfortable. I had a routine visit with x-rays and a cleaning, so I can’t speak to the restorative work experience or prices (never saw a bill due to my insurance). The office was very clean. I’d recommend C&C to anyone in the Allston/Brookline/Longwood area!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Hygienist was excellent with children, and they rewarded with adorable toys in a goody bag. Dr. Chen was kind and funny, great with kids! Dr. Chen educates the parents well regarding what to expect from their children’s dental development. Overall AMAZING, 5 stars for sure!

I’ve always liked getting my teeth clean, but LOVE going to C&C Dental for my cleanings. The team there is great, friendly and warm. Dr. Chen and his hygienists are very personable and knowledgeable. They’ve told me to watch out certain areas of my teeth that are prone to cavities (due to the teeth orientation) and so far, no cavities there since I’ve been more diligent cleaning those areas. I don’t want to disappoint them by having cavities! They’re great! I’ll be sad losing them when I move out of Boston.

Dr. Chen is by far the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. The first step I took out of the elevator, he was already sitting at the front desk and greeted me by my name. The interior is modern and absolutely clean. The most impressive aspect of Dr. Chen is his level of personal care. I’ve never had a dentist show me xrays of my teeth and explain what cavities/healthy enamel look like. He also was able to show me with a live camera all the hidden nooks and crannies. Eliane, his assistant, was really gentle as well. Both are really patient and soft spoken health care professionals. If I were a kid, I’d be 100% comfortable in their presence. Dr. Chen makes it clear that he loves his patients to make their own decisions regarding their treatment. He doesn’t push his patients to do anything. He is actually the first dentist to not ask me whether I want braces because I don’t have impeccably straight teeth, which I appreciate. He completely understands that everyone’s financial situation is different and lays out the pricing for various fillings at the end of your appointment. I was really surprised to get a goody bag of tooth paste, brush, chap stick, and floss at the end. Sweet! Fantastic practice and care.

I like Dr. Chen for all the same reasons mentioned by others – he doesn’t focus on making money off my teeth to perform unnecessary procedures, never have to wait long at his office, very knowledgeable and patiently explains the condition of my teeth and genuinely caring. I sent my husband to see him (not his patient initially) for an emergency appointment for a broken crown. Dr. Chen was able to see him the same day despite his full schedule and my husband came home happy with a new crown the same afternoon (one appointment only) because he is able to make the crown himself in his office, unlike other dentists who have to send the mold out to other labs, taking a few weeks for the permanent crown to come back.

Dr. Chen was spectacular! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go and see him! The outside of the building seems a little sketchy but once you go up to the 3rd floor to C and C dental you will see how beautiful the office is! The personnel were all extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Chen took the time to explain everything he was doing and make sure I understood everything when I was there and when I left. he has state of the art technology and even was able to show me inside my mouth on a TV screen! I normally HATE going to the dentists and am so happy to have found Dr. Chen!

I hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year and came to Dr. Chen because of good Google reviews. This was the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had! The staff are great at giving transparent explanations and made me feel very informed and comfortable. It was also very easy to book appointments and fill out paperwork by phone ahead of time. Dr. Chen was also very responsive by email. I’m excited to come back and definitely encourage anyone reading this to give them a try!

I had to switch dentists due to an insurance change but am so glad I found Dr. Chen. His office is located conveniently in Brookline and was very clean and modern. Even the office music was very soothing, like I was in a spa. I’ve gone to see him twice now, for a routine check-up/cleaning and also to repair a tooth/get a filling. He was very gentle and kind, easy to talk to, and very meticulous with his work. I really dislike going to the dentist but it’s comforting to know that he will take care of me with integrity and kindness. I sent my husband to see him too and my husband reported that he asked about us and remembered some of what I had shared with him. When I left the 2nd time, he asked me to say hello to my husband for him. What a guy!
