I have been seeing Dr Ty, since the early ’90’s.
He’s done root canals, implants and the yearly checks. He’s realistic, gentle, and fun to talk to.
The new office is incredible!

Dr Ty Caldwell and (other doctor) are amazing! You won’t find a better dentist anywhere. Going to their office is like going to the spa. They always have coffee and fresh baked cookies ready for their patient, and they give you the option to play soft soothing music while your having your dental work done.
They provide quality service, affordable care, and a staff that truly cares for their patients. They have the latest in dental technology and provide high quality dental work. They also put on a free dentistry event every year for those who are in need throughout the community! Great people who also happen to be amazing dentists!!!

I hate the idea of going to the dentist. I think I was scarred back in the day by bad scraping and nightmare’s that my teeth were going to all fall out by the age of 20. I’m over 30 now and still have my teeth…although they aren’t in the greatest of shape…which brought me to Caldwell Dentistry.
(Other dentist) and Ty Caldwell have completely restored my faith (and my teeth!) in how gentle, careful and caring dentistry should really be! The entire staff is helpful and truly nice! They have all of the latest and greatest in technology for dentistry. I was able to choose my preference of pain relief…everything from nothing to IV sedation is available. They also are upfront about costs and will help to make the burden on your pocket a little less heavy when they can.
The hygienist (sp?) is great as well. She is very knowledgeable and GENTLE! Key words when someone is scraping and cleaning your teeth!
I would definitely recommend them!

I am really glad I tried this new office. I found a winner! The front office staff is really friendly, and they worked hard to make sure that my insurance would cover my treatments. I even brought my 4 year-old in for an exam, which went really well. I appreciated that both Dr. Ty and (other dentist) explained everything to me in detail, and the front office staff kept in email and phone communication with me about my insurance/billing status. Dr. Ty fixed a chipped tooth of mine today and it was the easiest, least painful, and shorted crown visit I’ve had (only one 2-hour visit for a crown, start to finish). I can’t say enough nice things about this office, not because I need to, but because they deserve it. Finding hard-working, dedicated, and personable professionals in any industry is difficult. I am glad I found a good dental office that I can stay with for many years to come!

My husband and I loved this dental office.  My daughter recommended us here and we couldn’t be more pleased.  I typically have high anxiety before going and this visit was no different haha…but the staff was so kind and made me feel welcomed. Plus I was able to listen/watch a movie while they worked on my teeth.  It was such a better experience than I have had in the past.

Now, I don’t fear going to the dentist.
The doctors and hygienists there always make me feel comfortable and at ease. If you have high anxiety about seeing the dentist, this is the place for you to go. If you dislike the sound of drills and dental equipment, they will allow you to watch a movie while you have your treatment done (no matter how big or small).
Do you have sensitive teeth like I do? No fear, they use warm water to clean your teeth and rarely do I bleed during or after a cleaning.
Do you just not like the people in your current dental office? Well, rest assured, the staff at Caldwell Dental are ALL gentle and caring towards each of their patients. They greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable.
So what’s your excuse now? 😉

What can I say? No other dentist even compares to the Caldwells. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, as does my 8 year old. Everything about their cleanings is comfortable, professional, and done better than any other dentist I’ve been to. They never try to manipulate you to get extra unnecessary services/work. I have an issue that is not of immediate concern, but they are really good at informing me of my options and educating me about what to expect. They are really focused on making cleanings/fillings as comfortable as possible so I’ve never had any anxiety. I know I’m in good hands there. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Ty is not about quantity he’s about quality he explains in detail what work you need and how long the process will take. He’s not the best deal in town but he’s the best value for sure. He will do what it takes to make you happy even if it mean going in on  his day off. This is not a production dental office it’s a customer oriented one on one dental experience.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed 20 minutes ago, & I’m well enough to write this review right after surgery! Absolutely fantastic staff, building, & options. This is now my go to dentist!!!!

We had three appointments scheduled in one afternoon, so we spent a good amount of time in the office yesterday. It was a first visit for all three of us, and we were very, very impressed and thankful to find a new and long-term dentist for our family! It was a very pleasant experience – even for our two boys, one of whom had a have two wiggly but stubborn teeth pulled unexpectedly. The staff was very communicative throughout the process, thoughtful, and down to earth. They handled the relentless inquisition from our eight-year-old with grace were very sensitive to our ten-year-old’s anxiety. It was sweet! In addition, the front desk was very upfront about cost, etc. It was a very good experience, and we are most appreciative.

I’ve had problems over the past 12 years with my teeth ever since I shattered my two front teeth in a skateboard accident..I’ve been to multiple dentists over the years, most of them terrible.. It was very hard for me to find a good reliable dentist until I stepped into This office. One day I came into Caldwell dental with my fiancé because he had an appointment; I was so impressed with this office! They took me in, did all my scans and I put two implants on my two front teeth and I’m absolutely in love with the end result! They match so perfectly!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this dental office! Everybody is so friendly and caring, If I could give them 10 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called Friday night and left a message regarding an urgent appointment for the next day because I had just chipped a tooth on my permanent bridge. I got a call back the next morning and received a same day, SATURDAY, appointment. I had a good time. Can you imagine? A good time at the Dentist office. Good advice. Good service. Virtually pain free bridge repair and a filling to a cavity in another tooth that I knew existed, but had not attended. Great staff. Great office location right here near my home in Cypress, CA. Dr. Ty is wonderful. He is skillful, kind, sociable, personable, and patient. Yes, he is handsome and just an all around nice guy. Did I leave anything out? I am a self-funded, i.e., cash, fee-for service patient. Not a problem for them. We reviewed the cost and charges, I agreed, the work was done. I wrote a check and was on my way feeling great within two hours of arrival. I have had a lot of dental work within the past number of years and especially within the past two years for repair and maintenance of my teeth because I believe dental health is paramount to overall health especially when you are over 55. Bottom line, Caldwell Dental is a hidden gem. Yes, this is as good as it gets for dental care and service. Thank you Dr. Ty and staff. I will see all of you soon for my dental and cleaning and follow up within a month.

Today I was able to have the opportunity to have my tooth extracted at no cost since it was a “Free Dental Day” for the community. The building was very spacious, nice and clean along EXCELLENT customer service. Such a great atmosphere as well. The procedure was quick and easy. Dr. Ty and the beautiful Ms. Diana did a lovely job along with a pain free tooth pull : ) Dr. Ty had such a great humor as well! I left very happy and every employee had such a warming, genuine smile. I would definitely recommend this Dental Team because not only do they make you smile, but they care about your smile : )

This is a high quality, clean and efficient dental office which gives me the best in excellent care, affordable pricing (I do not have dental insurance) and service above and beyond my expectations. Talk to Dr. Caldwell before any work is done and let them know your preferences, they will go out of their way to make your dental visit as enjoyable as it can be. Love these dentists and hygienists!

I was very happy with my previous dentist but since I needed 4 crowns I wanted to be sedated and my dentist did not offer that.
I had the work done 3 weeks ago and wish I could be sedated more often. There were no bad side effects. Take 2 pills, wake up 12 hours later feeling fabulous, have dinner, go to bed, wake up the next day feeling more refreshed from a great nights sleep. Oh, and I had about 6 hours work done on my mouth, I almost forgot that part. Perfect.

I have been seeing (partner dentist) and Dr. Ty since they started.  I was extremely traumatized by dentists as a child and was somewhat leery of new ones.  They have been fantastic, have done many procedures on me, and I have NEVER been afraid to go to them.  Everyone is very nice, professional, gentle, and understanding.  They keep up with all of the latest state-of-the-art dentistry, making it easy to recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. I think that they are fantastic!

I’ve been a patient of theirs for at least ten years. (Other doctor) and Ty, as well as the entire staff) are friendly, patient, explain things thoroughly and treat their patients like family. Often the smell of freshly basked Bread or cookies lingers in the air. They provide coffee, tea or water, along with those treats, as you wait your turn. They are prompt with email and phone reminders when an appointment is coming up. Visiting them always puts a dent in my bank account (no ins. ) but I keep coming back!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to.  They have the newest of new equipment and procedures, are personable, gentle, kind, and fun.  Just had a crown done and, as I said upon leaving the office, “I just had a great morning at the dentist.”  When was the last time you said that about going to the dentist?  This is a great place.

Our family has been going to Dr. Ty and (partner dentist) for over 15 years. We have always been impressed with their high quality work. They make recommendations to improve the appearance and bite of your teeth, but aren’t pushy. They are very professional and want you to leave happy with the results. We have our teeth cleaned every four months with John who is one of the best hygienists we have had. He is also very thorough and professional. We think it is important to go to dentists we can trust and who are highly qualified, so that is why they are our dentists.

The price is decent. Great customer service. The staff Sandy and Mayra along with Dr. Ty are kind and friendly very knowledgeable of their work. Looking forward to going back on my next visit. I recommend Caldwell Dentist to family, friends and everyone else.

I have been a patient at Caldwell Dental for more years than I can remember. They are the greatest doctors and the best staff of well trained people you could ever meet. You have a problem they will help fix it with compassion, empathy, intelligence. Oh and they love to have fun, and are always doing something to give to their patients. It is a warm and inviting office that would put anyone at ease..

Best dentist I’ve had my whole life!!! Finally someone who listens and explains things to you. What a concept! I can actually say I look forward to going to the dentist now. Highly recommend!

I took my 15 year old daughter to Caldwell Dental yesterday. They had been recommended by a friend after I explained how paranoid my daughters and wife all are of the dentist.When we first arrived the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Ty was terrific. My daughter is very comfortable, I am comfortable and will never go any where else. Who ever thought a dental visit could be such a pleasant experience. I  honestly can not say enough positive things about the entire group at Caldwell Dental Care.

Had a appt today with Dr TY and he is stand up guy, very personable and explains things very well!  I had been going to another dentist for a few years in Fullerton and they said I needed (extensive) work done by removing old crowns and bridges because they were 4-5 years old, he stated they should be changed out due to age. I have had and still have no pain whatsoever so that threw up red flags to me. I did have work done there and it was done well so thank god! Dr. TY explains things very clearly and easy for anyone to understand, uses a camera to show u what he’s seeing and explains everything upfront! Absolutely not pushy about any treatment just recommends. His office is absolutely top notch! Everything is new, high tech and cutting edge. If your thinking of a new dentist see Caldwell your teeth will thank you!
