As a parent, braces for your teen is an expensive, necessary pain in the butt. CFSS made it easier. They will walk you through everything and explain everything to you. After each appointment the Orthodontic Assistants will come out and explain next steps and goals for the next appointment. They have a payment plan for everyone. Appointments are on time – sometimes they get you in early and there have been times I’ve left before my actual appointment time. Receptionists are great and will do their best to get you the appointment time you need – even if you need to go to an a different office location. My kids liked the practice – loved the games, the gift cards they could earn and of course the frozen lemonade machine. They do cater to the kids – they are the patients. My dentist recommended them to me. I have no negative experiences and would and have recommended them to my friends. My time at the orthodontist is over…. 5 years of CFSS visits – but thankfully it was a good experience and hopefully my kids will keep wearing their retainers….

This place is amazing! I have been a patient here for over a year and the staff and workers are so kind and understanding! I broke a bracket a couple months in and they replaced it without questioning me of how it happened. I would definitely say that anyone who needs braces should go here and experience laughter and excellent quality braces!!

This is a very kind and helpful place! My family has been going for years and the doctors are very well trained. I would always recommend this to anyone. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed by them and they always do a great job. I’d jut like to say keep up the good work and the point system for real world rewards is icing on the cake!

First of all I went here when I was 21 years old and got braces on. Now I’m 23 and this what I loved about the place.. I have been a patient at this facility for 2 years and 6 days, and I have had the best experience. These guys know what they’re doing all the way from the financial planning in the beginning that is 0 interest by the way, to the doctors to the desk girls to the people that change your braces everyone gets along it’s amazing process. There is not one person that does not enjoy working there or seeing you. They truly do care because they will fit you in last minute to help you in any way. Ruth from Financial is very good also to help you if you run into any problems. They even have the top-of-the-line equipment in the orthodontist field. If you have kids they take care of kids like gold.. They give them gifts for not breaking their braces and they have water park parties they go above and beond. If you ever have a problem they have an on-call service that I have used that is amazing 10 am on a Saturday. For the one-time price everything is included retainers the permanent retainers that I didn’t even know about I mean they go so far above and beyond it’s is quite an amazing process and they know what they’re doing and if you want braces done right this is the place to go!!!!!
