This place is amazing. They offer several programs that can help your entire family. The staff is so amazing, they treat you like family. This is currently my favorite dental office. My hubby hates the dentist, in general, so it was hard to get him to come, but after been seen by this office he change his whole way of thinking. He lovessss it here. He can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for the hospitality you provide. We are going to be part of the USC program this weekend and we couldn’t be any happier. Give this office a go, once you do, you’ll stay for sure 🙂

I saw Doctor Lau a couple of weeks ago and the service was outstanding. From the moment I set up the appointment they took care of me, checked my insurance, and everything was ready for me when I walked in the door. It is hard to find competent people now a days. The office has an amazing view which makes it that much more comfortable (especially when getting dental treatment) lol.. I recommend this dentist for anyone. Especially if you’ve been upsold in “boutique style” dental offices. He is honest, direct and won’t try to sell you treatment you don’t need.

I’ve had a throbbing, whole left side of my face pain due to a broken tooth. It was a nightmare for the past 3days. I got referred to Dr.Lau by a friend. Called that same morning they squeezed me in (thank goodnes) I couldn’t take another day with the pain. Everyone in the office was very polite! Especially the office manager! It took a while longer than I expected but once he got in there it was quick! Prices where very reasonable especially if you refer a friend! Thanks!

My husband and I have had our teeth looked after by Dr Lau almost his whole career, and when we have to have other dentists do work they invariably comment on the exquisite quality of his crowns. He is consistently kind, gentle and supremely competent. His prices are comparable to other dentists, but his work is superior. He teaches at USC, one of the finest dental schools in the world. If I hadn’t moved so far away I would never go to anyone else, and I almost always regret it when I do. Other dentists wanted to do fillings in our children’s teeth, but we always went to him for a second opinion, and they have no fillings to this day and their teeth are excellent.

I’m so glad I was referred to Dr. Lau several years ago. He is in the downtown area, so convenient, his office and staff are totally welcoming and I always feel comfortable. But, more importantly, Dr. Lau is a good listener, and his work is meticulous and precise. He has never tried to “upsell” me but has an eye for detail and will watch areas that need to be watched, fix areas that need to be fixed, and accommodate any and all of my concerns. Dr. Lau is The Best!

I have been going to Dr. Lau for 35 years. I was in the dental profession and without a doubt, he is one of the best dentists you will ever find. He is pleasant but most importantly he is highly competent. When I have had an emergency, he is available. He even leaves his home number on the answering machine after hours so you can contact him directly. I highly recommend Dr. Calvin Lau. You won’t find any dentist more competent than him.
