I’d give Capital City Dental 6 of 5 stars if I could. Both my daughter and myself love Capital City Dental. We adore Dr K (Dimple), she is caring, intelligent, thorough and very professional. The hygienists are all diligent and thorough in their jobs. They keep me informed of their actions before doing, which greatly reduced my stress. The staff is always extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating to my schedule. They are well organized which gets you in and out quickly. No waiting for an hour to just be seen. I hope to go there for a long time and would recommend anyone to the Capital City Dental.

Dr. K and Carol are my dream team for dental care. I feel safe physically and emotionally when I’m there. I have difficult jaw misalignment from childhood that causes discomfort, but over the years it has improved greatly through their efforts and advice. They explain procedures incredibly well and thoroughly describe available options. I am grateful for their attention, even knowing that the next time I see Dr. K may be to have a root canal! I am confident she has done all she can, and it’s in my body’s aging hands now.

Capital city dental is one of the best dental service provider in Columbus Ohio. I have never experienced such wonderful service anywhere else and simple made my teeth look amazing and shiny bright just in one appointment. She personally took care of my crooked teeth and aligned the shape which instantly helped in building my self confidence. I would highly recommend her.

I felt the need to update my review now, a few years later. I’ve always hated the dentist office. In fact, when I was a child I hated it so much that I just didn’t go for 7 years. As an adult I have actually jumped out of a Dentist’s chair and ran out of the front door. It’s not something I’m proud of, but it’s the truth. Don’t get me wrong, I still don’t go to the dentist for fun-sies, but I also haven’t missed an appointment, and I’ve signed up for elective things that I wouldn’t have done in a million years. I just finished my Invisalign treatment, and Dr.K and her horde of merry tooth fairies made my experience so pleasant. I am ecstatic with my results. I even had a previously chipped tooth redone, and my dental technician took so much time to ask my opinion about it, and was open to making small changes to make sure it matched my other front tooth. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I can’t rant and rave enough about this office. Thank you guys so much.

Love the staff in this office. This location came highly recommended to me several years ago from a patient who lived near Coshocton, OH and continued to drive almost 2 hours to this dentist. I will continue to call this my family dentist and will continue to drive all the way downtown, even in rush hour traffic.

I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had so many terrible experiences, that it has taken me years to go back. I was terrified to go here, but the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was kind and patient. As soon as I told them about my fears and worries, the hygienist immediately found a weighted apron. She said it seemed to help clients that were stressed or scared, and was it OK if she placed it on me. I said sure, and it really did help. They also had the Great British Baking show playing on a monitor directly in front of me to keep my mind focused elsewhere. The hygienist and dentist explained everything they did before they did it. They let me know the pricing for everything before they did anything more then examine and x-ray me. This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have an appointment coming up for a deep cleaning, so stay tuned for more reviews. 🙂

I really enjoyed my time as the office is up to date and recently remodeled. All the employees were nice and they offer you sunglasses to wear during your cleaning. They have a lot of newer technology and cool dental accessories too. Great selection of magazines and I think some rooms have TV too.

My visit to Capital City Dental was absolutely incredible. Everyone at the office is so fabulous. I am always treated like family not a patient!!! I always look forward to my visits there. Would never dream of going anywhere else ever!! My husband started going there first and tried to convince me to go there too. He was definitely right about the doctor and the staff. Being so phenomenal so glad he was so happy there and now so am I!! Capital City Dental is the ultimate best dentist office. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100!!!!

I’ve been going to Capital City Dental for years and have always had a great experience. Everyone is always incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve had 3 crowns replaced with no issues and countless 6 month cleanings. I’m currently in the process of exploring Invisalign and everyone has been so helpful in answering all my questions and following up. Highly recommend

I started going to Capital City Dental about 2 years ago when Dr. Tam was still there. She was great. Dr. Dimple Kotwani has since taken over, and she’s amazing. I can’t say enough about her! She explains everything thoroughly, and she genuinely cares and understands when you have about 100 questions. She has been great to me, and I appreciate all of her hard work and patience. Let’s just put it this way, I hadn’t had a dentist in over 10 years, and she was able to fix everything at an affordable cost, making it nearly painless too! The staff are great, and the atmosphere is calming.
