Comfortable, Low-Pressure, Professional, and Friendly. I (like most people I assume) do not enjoy going to the dentist. This office has eased so many of my fears through their genuine nature and gentle practice! Dr. Snipes is a clear expert, but his interactions are so human you feel like you’re speaking to a friend! I’d say the same of the technicians. I’m so thankful to have found this office. Would recommend to anyone!

The office was very clean and had a modern style. Everybody, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, was welcoming. I liked the high tech equipments they used for a simple annual dental exam and cleaning. Dr. Snipes was genuinely personable and engaging. I highly recommend this place for its service and welcoming atmosphere. The only downside to it is the parking, but that is to be expected in downtown Columbus.

I’ve seen the same dentist since I was little (I have proof because of a picture of me in the dentist chair with giant stuffed dolphin.) That dentist has changed zero since, super stuck in the 80’s…anyways… Today was a refreshing change. The Capstone Dental offices are easy to find and I grabbed a 3/hr meter on Gay that was 2:45min full! Easy walk over to Broad/High, really nice modern office well lit and nicely designed. No wait and I was in the chair with a nice view of the street below from the 4th floor window. The patient gets to watch tv during the exam and cleaning which was nice, and then they use the tv to show you after the exam/cleaning exactly what’s going on in your mouth which for me was tremendously helpful as I’m very visual. My old dentist has nothing like that. For the cleaning instead of the normal scrapers my old dentist used, they used a water pick. Never experienced that before, and while still not exactly pleasant it was way better than the old method. Brea, my hygienist was super friendly and outgoing. Dr. Matt Snipes followed up and gave me a followup/schedule for future work. All very transparent and easy to understand as well as a program offering more flexible payment options. I plan to return in October and would recommend Capstone to anyone looking for a awesome dentist in the downtown area. Thanks, Capstone Dental!

If you are looking for a wonderful group of dental professionals who seem to love what they do and where they do it then the Capstone Dental Downtown location would be hard to beat. With their leading dental technology and helpful side-by-side discussions I gained new insights for informed decision making and methods to continue maintaining my teeth for years to come. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had my first appointment on Friday the 13th, (September 2019). No bad luck here! I had a cleaning and an initial examination. The dental practice is high tech, and they can make your custom fit crown in the office, during the appointment. I really was amazed at the “state of the art”, dental equipment. I have never seen x-rays that were so detailed. There is no hard sell here. They explained my dental plan based upon priorities, and they do not “double book”. They are very detailed oriented. Make sure you get there at your scheduled time. You do not wait. I was pleased with my first visit. My hygienist was Georgia and was very sweet to me, (an old, widow that needed a pillow for her artificial knee, and who was a little anxious about the dental procedure). Georgia was truly a “peach”. I could not resist the metaphor, and I cannot resist further treatment at Capstone, even thought I have dental anxiety. I know that I will be treated well, but I think I will need nitrous oxide for the next procedure, deep cleaning. “Stay tuned”.

Convenient location and super friendly staff. I really enjoyed the services they provided and the enthusiasm and passion that they have for the work that they do! Dr. Snipes and Georgia were amazing, and took time to explain my treatment plan in detail with the imaging that they took. The x-rays were really interesting and I appreciated the additional photos that they take in order to show you what they see – makes it super convenient to follow. I highly recommend and actually look forward to going back to the dentist!

I found this office as a new resident asking around for recommendations. I’ve now had two cleanings by different people and both were excellent. My definition of excellent being my teeth feel clean but not like they were scraped by an axe. The cleanings were also very fast compared to what I’m used to…and yet no difference in the outcome. The office is modern with the latest equipment. The dentist took close up photos and gave me a detailed tour of my mouth in addition to traditional x rays. Scary but very thorough. He spent a good amount of time with me during my first appointment. The office staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. At my recent cleaning appointment I passed the dentist on the way out and he greeted me by name and asked about my husband (also a patient). I’m sure he was briefed on the patients that day (doubt he knows my name) but good for them for striving to make their patients feel special.

Dr. Matt and his staff are in a league of their own. They are kind, gentle, and offer a great service with friendly and professional attitude. Dr. Matt is a Dentist that you develop a lifetime relationship with and brag about to your family and friends.

This sounds cliché but I really hated going to the dentist before I started going to Capstone. They provide such high quality of care, have always worked with me throughout different insurance plans and are friendly and organized. Even after I moved out of state I continue to use Capstone as I trust their level of professionalism and always have a positive experience. I cannot recommend them enough

After moving downtown, decided to move everything else, too. Glasses, dry cleaners, grocer, pharmacy, doctor, etc. and finally dentist.  After several appointments with area dentists, I’ve been exclusive with Capstone for over two years. The staff is competent and cordial. The doctor is skilled and personable.  I needed a couple of big things and they have been able to handle it all. Currently working through a dental implant and it’s going very well. Highly recommend.
