Doctor Neuman is the bomb! (Translation: personable, professional, patient-centered and caring.) This is my third visit and, on every single occasion, have found both her, and her staff, to be incredibly kind, patient, professional and thoroughly skilled at their craft. On this most recent visit, Doctor Neuman replaced an older, cracked metal crown with a newer ceramic version. Based on prior experience with a crown replacement with other dentists, I was apprehensive about (and accustomed to) being subjected to lots of time in “the chair,” and lots of discomfort, if not outright pain. All I can say about my experience this time is “Wow!” From start to finish, the entire procedure–removing the deficient crown, preparing the tooth to be filled and then having a made-to-match crown permanently affixed–was completed within just two hours. That’s right–no temporary crown and come back in two weeks for a permanent. A new ceramic crown was made in-house immediately and fitted. And the entire procedure was pain-free. I can’t praise Doctor Neuman’s skill enough–she is a terrific person with whom to trust one’s dental healthcare! And to a person, her staff is equally, and uniquely, just like her: professional, kind, and caring. My wife and I both see her because of all of these qualities. We have been going to this practice for years before Dr Neuman owned it. We have always loved the honest and helpful way they cared for us – giving us watch areas instead of constantly finding ways to preemptively deal with problems. Since Dr. Neuman took over, care and communication has steadily improved and we always suggest this practice to our friends.

Our family of 5 goes to Caring Smile. Dr. Neuman is fantastic, and we like all of the hygienists. They are great with adults and children. We really trust Dr. Neuman and don’t feel like unnecessary procedures are recommended. We have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend!

I brought my toddler in with me today and the entire office was wonderful with her! Dr. Neuman took her to look at the fish in the lobby while I was getting my x-rays and everyone else took turns making sure my daughter was happy and occupied. It was a marvelous experience to have my family welcomed as they were. Great practice! Bridget is wonderful and Tamra is the best hygienist I’ve experienced.

Very Happy!  Having previously worked at a dentist office for several years I am quite picky about what kind of dentist I and my family go to and I can say that I am very happy with Dr. Neuman and her team.  This is the kind of family dentist office that is professional, clean, friendly and willing to work with the patients.  I am very happy I have finally found them and would happily recommend.

Dr Neuman is so professional and focused on her patients.  My former dentist sold his practice to her and we feel we are lucky to have inherited Bridget.  She is able to do a variety of dentistry and you won’t be referred to other specialists for issues, as she can handle most procedures no matter the age of patient.  My hygienist Tamra is the most patient, positive, and supportive dental care person I have had clean my teeth.  My wife and two elementary aged daughters are patients at Caring Smile and we are confident we have the best combo of dentist and hygienist in Raleigh.

I never rated a dentist before, but one of the reasons I picked this place was by reviews. So, I thought why not! Being new to the area, and lacking dental insurance, I called around for the best prices. Caring Smile had a very competitive price, and Angie was extremely helpful telling me the prices and associated procedures. She also was not pushy to set an appointment (like some other places I called). I told Angie I’d call her back after making some other calls. I was so impressed with my initial call with Angie and the prices, that I pretty much knew I’d be going there. But I like to think of myself as an educated consumer; so, I had to call other places for comparison. When I eventually called back, Angie knew exactly who I was. They were able to get me and my wife in immediately…gold star for that alone! The waiting area was small, but nice, clean, and organized. They had a saltwater fish tank, which my wife proceeded to sit in front of and ogle…ha ha…she’s a sucker for fish! A young child also enjoyed it later as I was waiting for my wife’s appointment to finish up. I was in and out rather painlessly. The dental assistant (can’t remember her name- let’s get that website updated with staff bios) was a bit chatty, but very friendly and got the job done. It reminded me of Cheers. 🙂 Dr. Neuman is efficient, personable, down to earth, and knows her stuff. I couldn’t ask for more in a dentist. No one LOVES going to the dentist. Well, maybe some weirdos do. 🙂 But I feel confident having my care here when I do have to go back. I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Neuman and her staff.

Dr. Neuman and the whole staff are wonderful, been going there since she opened the doors and by far the best practice I have been to in my 40 years!  If your looking for a gentle hygienist and compassionate and talented Dentist then come here!  Very clean and great environment and always leave feeling like I was well taken care of.  Great job team!

Dr. Neuman and her staff are friendly, outgoing, and clearly care a great deal about their patients. When I visited the office to make my first appointment, and at the appointment itself, every member of staff I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and in safe hands. Highly recommended!

Caring Family Dentistry is awesome! Not only do they do a great job taking care of my teeth, they are such a friendly and welcoming staff that I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I really appreciate all of the staff! The environment is nice and clean and they even give me a blanket when I’m chilly.. Thanks guys..:-)
